RESUMO

A software platform for AI-ECG algorithm research is designed and implemented to better serve the research of ECG artificial intelligence classification algorithm and to solve the problem of subjects data information management. Matlab R2019b and MySQL Sever 8.0 are used to design the software platform. The software platform is divided into three modules including data management module, data receiving module and data processing module. The software platform can be used to query and set the subjects information. It has realized the functions of data receiving, signal processing and the display, analysis and storage of ECG data. The software platform is easy to operate and meets the basic needs of scientific research. It is of great significance to the research of AI-ECG algorithm.

RESUMO

ABSTRACT:Influenza A virus is one of the hottest research topics as it can mutate easily as well as the most likely to trig‐ger local or worldwide pandemics .When a new subtype influenza virus emerges ,it does great harm to human health and dama‐ges social economy .This review summarizes recent research progress and analysis techniques about glycosylation of hemagglu‐tinin and neuraminidase of influenza A virus .

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the surgery in simple ovarian cysts. METHODS: From Jan. 1994 to Dec. 1999, 221 women with simple ovarian cysts were admitted into our hospital. The diameter of cysts was < 5 cm in 76 cases, and was > or = 5 cm in 145 cases ultrasonically. One hundred and eighty-four patients underwent laparoscopy, and thirty-seven underwent laparotomy. RESULTS: Histological findings showed no malignancy in this series. Simple cysts, paraovarian cysts and corpus luteum were found histologically in 90.8% of cases with cysts < 5 cm, and 60% of those with cysts > 7 cm respectively, their difference was significant (chi2=37.13, P<0.001). The simple cysts, paraovarian cysts and corpus luteum cysts were found in 81.5% of postmenopausal women and 84.0% of premenopausal women. CONCLUSION: Patients with cysts > 7 cm are indicated for surgical procedures, while a period of followup is acceptable for patients with cysts < 7 cm, and surgery is advisable if the cyst is persistent during followup. Postmenopausal women with cysts should have operations.

RESUMO

Objective To determine the correlative factors with recurrence of endometriosis after conservative surgery Methods A cohort study was performed on 285 patients who had a minimum of 36 months of follow up after conservative surgery for endometriosis All patients underwent clinical interview, physical examination and ultrasonography The factors measured included: age at surgery, age at onset of disease, gravidity, parity, tenderness nodule at cul de sac (yes/no), uterus mobility (movable/fixed), serum CA 125 level, type of operation (laparoscopy/laparotomy), history of operation for endometriosis (yes/no), side of endometrioma (left/right/bilateral), intraoperative revised classification American Fertility Society (r AFS) scores, post operative r AFS scores, highest post operative temperature, post operative adjuvant therapy, post operative gravidity and parity The recurrent rate and its predictive factors were evaluated and the univariate, multivariate COX regression and Kaplan Meier analyses were performed to determine the predictive factors for recurrence of endometriosis Results The related factors and their odds ratio( OR ) by univariate analysis were as follows: history of endometriosis surgery, 13 630( P

RESUMO

Objective To study the risk of pregnant women with epilepsy and its appropriate treatment. Methods A retrospective medical records review was conducted in 15 pregnant women with epilepsy at Peking Union Medical College Hospital from 1984 to 2004. The data were collected including maternal age at delivery, parity, gestational weeks at delivery, types of epilepsy, occurrence of seizures during trimester, mode of delivery and neonatal outcome. Results The prevalence of pregnancy with epilepsy was 0.06%. Six cases(40%)were aged 20~29, and 9 (60%) aged 30~36. There were 14 primigravidas, and 1 multiparity. One case delivered before 37 weeks and 14 after 37 weeks. The onset of epilepsy occurred before the age of 20 in 66.7% of women. During pregnancy, the number of occurrence of seizures increased in 5 patients (33.3%), decreased in 1 patient(6.7%), 9 cases(60%)were the same to non-pregnant period and 7 cases(46.7%)had no seizures. Ten women(66.7%) were on mono-medication, while 4 (26.7%) cases were on combined medication and 1 (6.6%) patient without medication. The Apgar′s score of all children was 10 at delivery and no congenital malformation was found. Two cases had breast-feeding postpartum. Conclusions Women with epilepsy should have prepregnant counseling. The lowest dose of antiepileptic drug (AED) and folic acid supplementation should be recommended before anticipated conception. During trimester, the blood concentration of AED should be closely monitored in order to adjust the dose. The prenatal outcome will be improved with proper management.
