RESUMO

Exploring novel dithienylethenes (DTEs) with efficient photochromism has drawn increasing attention in virtue of the potential applications for photoelectric functional materials. In this contribution, we presented two novel acceptor-acceptor (A-A) type DTE derivatives (4a and 4b) by incorporating the diestervinyl moieties with strong electron-withdrawing capacity into two sides of DTE skeleton. The corresponding structures were well confirmed by the NMR (1H and 13C) and HRMS. When irradiated alternately with ultraviolet and visible light, 4a and 4b showed efficient photochromism in toluene, chloroform and DMSO, clearly implying a solvent-dependence feature. Moreover, excellent photoswitching behaviors were also observed in the poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) film. The density functional theory (DFT) calculations suggested that strong Acceptor-Acceptor effect plays a dominative role in the efficient photochromic performance. Hence, this study will provide a useful guidance for developing high-performance DTE derivatives in multi-media.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: The purpose of our study was to perform a meta-analysis and systematic review to compare differences in clinical manifestations and chest computed tomography (CT) findings between immunocompetent and immunocompromised pulmonary cryptococcosis (PC) patients. METHODS: An extensive search for relevant studies was performed using the PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, and Web of Sciences databases from inception to September 30, 2021. We included studies that compared the clinical manifestations and chest CT findings between immunocompetent and immunocompromised PC patients. Study bias and quality assessment were performed using the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale (NOS). RESULTS: Nine studies involving 248 immunocompromised and 276 immunocompetent PC patients were included in our analysis. The NOS score of each eligible study was above 5, indicating moderate bias. The proportion of elderly patients (> = 60 years old) in the immunosuppressed group was significantly higher than that in the immunocompetent group (OR = 2.90, 95% CI (1.31-6.43), Z = 2.63, p = 0.01). Fever (OR = 7.10, 95% CI (3.84-13.12), Z = 6.25, p < 0.000) and headache (OR = 6.92, 95% CI (2.95-16.26), Z = 4.44, p < 0.000) were more common in immunosuppressed patients. According to thin-section CT findings, lesions were more frequently distributed in the upper lobe (OR = 1.90, 95% CI (1.07-3.37), Z = 2.2, p = 0.028) in immunocompromised individuals. The proportions of patients with cavity sign (OR = 5.11, 95% CI (2.96-8.83), Z = 5.86, p = 0.00), ground-glass attenuation (OR = 5.27, 95% CI (1.60-17.35), Z = 2.73, p = 0.01), and mediastinal lymph node enlargement (OR = 2.41, 95% CI (1.12-5.20), Z = 2.24, p = 0.03) were significantly higher in immunocompromised patients. CONCLUSION: No significant differences in nonspecific respiratory symptoms were found between immunocompromised and immunocompetent PC patients. Nevertheless, fever and headache were more common in immunocompromised patients. Among the CT findings, cavity, ground-glass attenuation, and mediastinal lymph node enlargement were more common in immunocompromised individuals.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between cardiac Cerebrovascular disease and serum uric acid(SUA) in the coastal inhabitant, and try to provide base for prevention of the local metabolic disease and cardiac Cerebrovascular disease. METHOD: We got 3111 local people who had participated in the annual physical examination in the perch hospital for the research on the level of SUA and the relative risk factor. According to SUA level we divided the cases into two groups. One is hyperuricemia group and the other is control group. RESULTS: (1)The average SUA level was (380.2-/+62.58) micromol/L in the males, while (290.82-/+60.32) micromlo/L in the female. The sick rate of hyperuricaemia rate, was 21.8% for male, and the 17.6% of female. This disease affected more men than women. It has significant difference (P<0.01); (2)The SUA level of the showed a positive correlation with the indexes of the total cholesterol, the triglyceride, the blood pressure and the body weight index. The SUA level in overweight/obesity people was obviously higher than that of the normal weight people. CONCLUSIONS: (1)The sick rate of hyperuricaemia is high in Zhongshan coastal area, which due to many related factors. As far as, few people know it, so we should adopt the synthesis measure to prevent and control it to reduce the sick rate; (2)the rise of The SUA level possibly becomes one of the independent dangerous and predictive factor for the heart cerebral von disease.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the presence and genetic background of 16S rRNA methylase gene and Aminoglycoside modifying enzymes (AMEs) genes in Klebsiella pneumoniae isolated from the People's Liberation Army 98th Hospital, Huzhou district, Zhejiang province, China. METHODS: 25 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae were isolated from the inpatients between September, 2005 and April, 2006. 6 kinds of 16S rRNA methylase gene (including armA, rmtA, rmtB, rmtC, rmtD and npmA), 6 kinds of AMEs genes [including aac (3)-I, aac (3)-II, aac (6')-I, aac (6')-II, ant (3")-I and ant (2")-I], intI1, intI2, intI3, mercuric reductase gene merA (merA gene were the collective genetic markers of transposons of Tn21 and Tn501) and tnpA (tnpA gene were the collective genetic markers of transposons of Tn1, Tn2,Tn3 and Tn1000) were analyzed by PCR and verificated by DNA sequencing. RESULTS: In 25 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae, the positive rate of genes of rmtB, aac (3)-II, aac (6')-I, ant (3")-I and intI1 were 60.0% (15/25), 4.0% (1/25), 48.0% (12/25), 60.0% (15/25) and 96.0% (24/25), respectively. The rest 12 kinds of genes were all tested negative. The total positive rate of 6 kinds of AMEs gene was 84.0% (21/25). CONCLUSION: There were very high positive rate on both genes of rmtB and AMEs genotypes in Klebsiella pneumoniae isolated from inpatients, and this was the first report of the emergence of 16S rRNA methylase gene rmtB in Klebsiella pneumoniae identified in Zhejiang province, China.
