Introduction of Medical Characters in WU Kuan's Jia Cang Ji and Analysis on the Inheritance of Danxi School / 浙江中医药大学学报

[Objective]To analyze the general characteristics of medical characters in Jia Cang Ji(Home Collected Works),and verify the inheritance relationship of Danxi school in Wu region before the mid-Ming Dynasty.[Methods]Using the literature research method,by sorting out and analyzing the family background,medical activities and social relations of the medical characters recorded in Jia Cang Ji,the lineage of Danxi school in Wu region is clarified.[Results]Most of the medical characters in Jia Cang Ji come from families of medical generation and have frequent communications with each other.Some of them have a close relationship with the Danxi school.WANG Bin is the third-generation successors of Danxi school,while WANG Kuan,SHENG Yin,and HAN Cun are the fourth-generation successors,WANG Min,LIU Yu,and SHENG Kai are the fifth-generation successors,and WANG Guan is the sixth-generation successor.[Conclusion]The records of medical characters in Jia Cang Ji play an important role in clarifying the inheritance of Danxi School in Wu region.It can be seen that Bieji(Collections of Individual Writers)is of great value in discovering the medical historical sources.

The performance appraisal system of medical institutions serves as the cornerstone for hospital management. Thanks to the grow-th of information technology, information platform has grown into an indispensable tool for performance appraisal in hospitals as well. This paper analyzed the 15-year exploration and practice in Zhenjiang City on the reforms of the healthcare reform From the perspectives of the role and impact exerted by medical insurance in hospitals,as well as main challenges and countermeasures or recommendatioas of this regard,the paper discussed the development relationship among public hospitals,healthcare system reform and medical insurance.Main points include the following:orchestrated development between hospitals and medical insurance;establishment of an equal negotiation mechanism between hospitals and medical insurance;establishment of a beneficary system adaptable to medical insurance capacity;establishment of a scientific and feasible pattern of fees settlement and payment;hospitals are expected to deepen the reform and better management,playing the role of providing quality medical services and reasonably controlling medical costs.
