RESUMO

PURPOSE: To determine financial toxicity in young and middle-aged women with breast cancer and examine the associations between family resilience and negative emotions. METHODS: A multicentre cross-sectional study was conducted, 538 women with breast cancer were recruited from four hospitals. FT, family resilience, and negative emotions were collected using the Comprehensive Score for FT, the Chinese version of the Family Resilience Assessment in Breast Cancer Patients, Patient Health Questionnaire-9 item, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7. This study adhered to the STROBE guidelines. RESULTS: The valid response rate was 96.8 % (N = 521). Overall, the score for FT was 19.63 ± 10.13. FT was significantly correlated with family resilience (r = 0.30, p < 0.010) and depression (r = -0.11, p < 0.050). The hierarchical multiple linear regression analysis showed that career status, monthly income, religion, and family resilience were the main factors influencing FT in patients with breast cancer (R2 = 0.37; F = 6.83; p < 0.001). CONCLUSIONS: FT was more prevalent among women from low-income career. Women with poor family resilience, no religious also suffer greater financial toxicity. It is necessary to pay more attention of the financial toxicity of female' low-income career, no religious belief and poor family resilience. Developing effective interventions based on family resilience might be helpful in promoting their well-being.

RESUMO

Objective: To analyze the predictive efficacy of HbA1c on nosocomial infection in diabetic patients. Methods: 566 patients with diabetes who received treatment in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects. All patients received relevant treatment in the hospital. Patients with nosocomial infection during treatment were included in the occurrence group, and those without nosocomial infection were included in the non-occurrence group. The level of HbA1c and other laboratory indicators before admission were compared between the two groups of patients [gender, hypertension, age, body mass index (BMI), length of stay, primary caregiver, duration of disease, diabetes complications, antibiotic use, fasting blood glucose (FBG), invasive treatment, hemoglobin (HGB) and insulin resistance index (HO) MA-IR), to analyze the relationship between each index and the occurrence of hospital infection in diabetic patients, and to test the predictive value of HbA1c level in the occurrence of hospital infection in diabetic patients. Results: Among 566 patients with diabetes admitted to our hospital, 139 patients had nosocomial infection, accounting for 24.56%, and 427 patients did not have nosocomial infection, accounting for 75.44%. There were no differences in gender, hypertension, BMI, main caregiver, or HGB between the two groups (P > .05). Age, hospital stay, course of disease, FBG, HbA1c and HOMA-IR in the occurrence group were higher than those in the non-occurrence group, and the proportion of diabetes complications, antibiotic use and invasive treatment was significantly higher than that in the non-occurrence group, with statistical significance (P < .05). Logistics regression analysis showed that old age, long hospital stay, long course of disease, diabetes complications, antibiotic use, high level of FBG, high level of HbA1c, invasive treatment and high level of HOMA-IR were all risk factors for nosocomial infection in diabetic patients (OR > 1, P < .05). The ROC curve showed that the AUC of FBG and HbA1c in predicting the occurrence of hospital infection in diabetic patients was 0.764 and 0.875, respectively, and the predictive energy of HbA1c was higher than that of FBG. Conclusion: HbA1c level is correlated with the occurrence of hospital infection events in diabetic patients, and the correlation intensity with the occurrence of hospital infection events in diabetic patients presents a nonlinear dose-response relationship. Detection of HbA1c levels in diabetic patients is conducive to predicting the probability of hospital infection events, and strict control of HbA1c levels in diabetic patients is conducive to improving patient prognosis.

RESUMO

Under the wave of globalization, the ties between countries are getting closer and closer. Based on the differences in the languages of different countries, the importance of English as a universal language is becoming more and more prominent. In the past, English teaching was mainly taught by teachers and students. This mode of English learning is more of theoretical teaching, which has little effect on improving English ability. In the era of intelligence, with the upgrading of technology and the renewal of ideas, interactive English teaching is more accepted by people and becomes a new solution for English teaching. Studying English teaching from the perspective of social cognition, this paper proposes to realize human-computer interaction with the help of advanced science and technology, create an interactive teaching environment, and realize interactive learning in an English environment. This paper designed a control experiment of the experimental group and the control group to verify the impact of human-computer interaction teaching on students' English performance and investigated students' performance and teachers' feelings and their related opinions on human-computer interaction learning. The experimental results of this paper show that human-computer interactive English teaching can help to enhance students' interest in English learning and improve English expression significantly.
