RESUMO

Objective:To explore the relationship between sleep status and the disease in children with recurrent vertigo(RVC) by analyzing the objective sleep condition of children with recurrent vertigo. Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria of RVC, 50 children with RVC and 20 normal controls without RVC were selected. According to the vertigo questionnaire score, the RVC group was divided into mild, moderate and severe groups according to severity. Continuous polysomnography(PSG) was performed for all participants, and SPSS 25.0 statistical software was used to analyze the monitoring results. Results:①There were significant differences in sleep time of each period, total sleep time and sleep efficiency between RVC group and control group(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in sleep latency(P>0.05). The specific manifestations were that the proportion of sleep time in N1 and N2 phases increased, the proportion of sleep time in N3 and REM phases decreased, the total sleep time and sleep efficiency decreased in RVC group. ②The abnormal rate of sleep apnea hypopnea index, that is, the proportion of AHI≥5 times/h and the abnormal rate of lowest blood oxygen saturation in RVC group were higher than those in normal control group. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). ③There were significant differences in the proportion of AHI≥5 times/h and lowest SpO2 among mild group, moderate group and severe group(P<0.05). ④There was no significant correlation between the degree of vertigo and the abnormal rate of AHI in children with RVC, but there was a negative correlation between the degree of vertigo and the abnormal rate of lowest SpO2 in children with RVC. Conclusion:Children with RVC are often accompanied by sleep disorders, clinicians should pay attention to both the symptoms of vertigo and sleep condition in children. Polysomnography is non-invasive and operable, providing a new idea to the auxiliary examination of RVC in children. It is of certain clinical significance for the comprehensive treatment of children with RVC to actively improve vertigo symptoms and pay attention to improving sleep quality.

RESUMO

Background: To investigate the pathophysiology of age-related hearing loss (ARHL) and the mechanism of resveratrol (RSV) in prevention and treatment of ARHL. Methods: C57BL/6 mice of different ages were used in this study. Auditory brainstem response (ABR) was performed to assess hearing and identify abnormalities. Surface preparation and hair cell-specific marker Myo VIIa were employed to evaluated cochlear hair cell losses. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was to observe the microstructure of the organ of Corti (OC). The expression of related proteins in the RIPK1/RIPK3/MLKL pathway in cochlear tissue was detected by immunofluorescence. Results: In old mice (15 months), the ABR threshold increased significantly compared with the young mice. After 50 mg/kg RSV intervention, the hearing threshold of the old mice was significantly reduced at 8 kHz and 12 kHz as well as click. 100 mg/kg RSV led to a statistically significant reduction in hearing threshold only at clicks, whereas 300 mg/kg RSV showed no difference at all frequencies tested. In terms of cochlear hair cell loss, the damage of OHC and IHC was severe in old mice, but the damage was evidently reduced in RSV 50 mg/kg group. Notably, in the RSV 300 mg/kg group, the loss and disorientation of both the OHCs and IHCs were aggravated. Under SEM, a large number of OHCs were lost in the old group, but increased significantly in the RSV 50 mg/kg group, and even the OHCs were more seriously damaged in the RSV 300 mg/kg group. Furthermore, immunofluorescence showed that 50 mg/kg RSV significantly reduced the expression of RIPK3, RIPK1, and MLKL in the cochlea during aging, especially in necroptosis-sensitive regions OCs and SGN. Conclusion: Low-dose RSV inhibited RIPK3-mediated necroptosis in aging cochlea and delayed the onset of ARHL, which was a promising therapeutic strategy for ARHL.

RESUMO

To improve the analysis ability of point cloud 3D reconstruction of sparse images of nano-ceramic sculpture points, an automatic cloud 3D reconstruction method of nano-ceramic sculpture points based on sparse image sequence is proposed. Firstly, 3D angle detection and edge contour feature extraction methods are used to analyze 3D point cloud features of nano-ceramic sculpture point save image; secondly, the point cloud of the fuel economy image of nano-ceramic sculpture points is merged and the sloping action method is used to shape degradation to realize the information increase and fusion filtering of the fuel economy image of nano-ceramic sculpture points; finally, combined with the local mean denoising method, image is refined to improve the ability of sparse image outline structure of nano-ceramic sculpture points. The simulation results show that this method has high accuracy, good image matching ability, and high signal-to-noise ratio.

RESUMO

UNLABELLED: The patient was male, 20 years old, and complained of pain, bleeding and decreased vision after the right eye was injured by nail for an hour. PHYSICAL EXAMINATION: right exophthalmos, conjunctival edema, skin laceration at the lower eyelid of right eye, limitation of eye movement, asymmetric eyes and weak light-reflecting. X-ray showed: metallic foreign body shadow in the right orbit, 0.5 cm x 0.4 cm approximately. Orbit and paranasal sinus CT showed: 1 hematoma of the right eye and inside. 2 high density foreign body embedded in the bone wall of the inside of right orbit and ethmoid. 3 medial wall fracture of right eye orbit. 4 bilateral maxillary sinus and right ethmoidal sinus effusion. 5 slightly left side of nasal septum. The patient was initially diagnosed as foreign body in right ethmoidal sinus, skin laceration of right lower eyelid, retrobulbar hematoma.
