RESUMO

Reductive soil disinfestation (RSD) is an emerging technique that ameliorates soil degradation, but its effects against antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) were unclear. Here, we examined soil properties, ARG types and numbers, and ARG profiles, and bacterial community compositions following 4 soil treatments: control; straw addition (SA); water flooding (WF); and RSD, both straw addition and water flooding. The results showed that the numbers of ARG types and subtypes decreased by 10.8% and 21.1%, respectively, after RSD, and the numbers of ARGs decreased by 18.6%. The attenuated multidrug, beta-lactam, macrolide, and phenicol resistance genes in the RSD soil corresponded to a decreased relative abundance of ARG subtypes (i.e., adeF, mdtM, TypeB_NfxB, mecA, nalC, OXA-60, and cmlA4). Taxa in phyla Proteobacteria, Actinobacteria, and Deinococcus-Thermus were the main hosts for dominant ARG subtypes and were inhibited by RSD. The selected bacterial genera and soil properties explained 83.4% of the variance in ARG composition, suggesting that the improved soil properties and the reduced potential ARG hosts produced by the interactions of straw addition and water flooding are likely responsible for ARG attenuation by RSD. Therefore, RSD has the potential to mitigate ARG pollution in soils.

RESUMO

Objective:To observe the efficacy of rosuvastatin combined with the conventional treatment in the patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI) and the influence on the serum levels of MMp2, vasostatin-2 and sICAM-1.Methods:Totally 136 patients with ACI were randomly divided into the routine treatment group and the rosuvastatin group with 68 ones in each .The patients in the routine treatment group were treated with the conventional treatment , and those in the rosuvastatin group were treated with rosuvastatin additionally. The treatment course was 15 days. The efficacy, adverse drug reactions and the changes of MMp 2, vasostatin-2 and sI-CAM-1 in the two groups were compared .Results:The effective rate was 92.65%in rosuvastatin group and that was 77.94%in the routine treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05).Conclusion:Rosuvastatin used in the patients with ACI has better clinical efficacy than the routine treat-ment, which can reduce the levels of MMp 2, vasostatin-2 and sICAM-1 and is worthy of clinical promotion .

RESUMO

We analyzed coupling expansion process of three different structures of stainless steel (SUS-316LI) stents by using finite element method (FEM) simulation in this study. Firstly we made specific analysis and comparison between three stents of deformation and stress-strain distribution in the coupling expansion process and then we described the shortening rate, radial bounce rate, expand nonuniformity, safety factor and other biological mechanics performance of the three stents quantitatively. And finally we analyzed the influencing factors and the best structure of the three kinds of the stainless steel stent comprehensively. Through all the processes, we have verified the rationality of the finite element simulation result by using the expansion test in vitro.
