RESUMO

Chickens exhibit extensive genetic diversity and are distributed worldwide. Different chicken breeds have evolved to thrive in diverse environmental conditions. However, research on the genetic mechanisms underlying chicken adaptation to extreme environments, such as tropical, frigid and drought-prone regions, remains limited. In this study, we conducted whole-genome sequencing of 240 individuals from six native chicken breeds in Xinjiang, China, as well as 4 publicly available chicken breeds inhabiting regions with varying annual precipitations, temperatures, and altitudes. Our analysis revealed several genetic variants among the examined breeds. Furthermore, we investigated the genetic diversity and population structure of breeds residing in extreme drought and temperature environments by comparing them. Notably, native chicken breeds exhibited different genetic diversity and population structures. Moreover, we identified candidate genes associated with chicken adaptability to the environment, such as CORO2A, CTNNA3, AGMO, GRID2, BBOX1, COL3A1, INSR, SOX5, MAP2 and PLPPR1. Additionally, pathways such as lysosome, cysteine and methionine metabolism, glycosaminoglycan degradation, and Wnt signaling may be play crucial roles in regulating chicken adaptation to drought environments. Overall, these findings contribute to our understanding of the genetic mechanisms governing chicken adaptation to extreme environments, and also offer insights for enhancing the resilience of chicken breeds to different climatic conditions.

Perfluorooctane sulfonamide (PFOSA) is an immediate perfluorooctanesulfonate (PFOS) precursor (PreFOS). Previous studies have shown PFOSA to induce stronger toxic responses compared to other perfluorinated compounds (PFCs). However, the specific nature of PFOSA-induced toxicity, whether autonomous or mediated by its metabolite PFOS, has not been fully elucidated. This study systematically investigates the immunomodulatory effects of PFOSA and PFOS in zebrafish (Danio rerio). Exposure to PFOSA compromised the zebrafish's ability to defend against pathogenic infections, as evidenced by increased bacterial adhesion to their skin and reduced levels of the biocidal protein lysozyme (LYSO). Moreover, PFOSA exposure was associated with disruptions in inflammatory markers and immune indicators, along with a decrease in immune cell counts. The findings from this study suggest that the immunotoxicity effects of PFOSA are primarily due to its own toxicity rather than its metabolite PFOS. This conclusion was supported by dose-dependent responses, the severity of observed effects, and multivariate analysis. In addition, our experiments using NF-κB-morpholino knock-down techniques further confirmed the role of the Nuclear factor-κappa B pathway in mediating PFOSA-induced immunotoxicity. In conclusion, this study reveals that PFOSA impairs the immune system in zebrafish through an autotoxic mechanism, providing valuable insights for assessing the ecological risks of PFOSA.

High basal autophagy and enhanced mitochondrial fission in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) cells support cell migration and promote plasticity of cancer cell metabolism. Here, we suggest a novel combination therapy approach for the treatment of TNBC that targets Drp1-mediated mitochondrial fission and autophagy pathways. Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) mediates a myriad of biological processes, including autophagy and mitochondrial function. In this study, we demonstrated that 5-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-3H-1,2-dithiole-3-thione (ADT-OH), one of the most widely utilized sustained-release H2S donors, effectively suppresses metastasis of TNBC cells in the absence of proliferation inhibition in vitro and in vivo. ADT-OH treatment ameliorated autophagy flux by suppressing autophagosome formation and induced mitochondrial elongation through decreasing expression of dynamin-related protein 1 (Drp1) and increasing expression of mitochondrial fusion protein (Mfn2). At the same time, ADT-OH downregulated mitophagy flux and inhibited mitochondrial function, eventually leading to the inhibition of migration and invasion in TNBC cells. In vivo, intraperitoneal administration of ADT-OH revealed a potent anti-metastatic activity in three different animal models, the MDA-MB-231 orthotopic xenograft model, the 4T1-Luci orthotopic model and the 4T1-Luci tail vein metastasis model. However, ADT-OH has an extremely low water solubility, which is a significant barrier to its effectiveness. Thus, we demonstrated that the solubility of ADT-OH in water can be improved significantly by absorption with hydroxypropyl-ß-cyclodextrin (CD). Remarkably, the obtained CD-ADT-OH demonstrated superior anti-cancer effect to ADT-OH in vivo. Altogether, this study describes a novel regulator of mammalian mitochondrial fission and autophagy, with potential utility as an experimental therapeutic agent for metastatic TNBC.

In recent decades, climate change and other anthropogenic activities have substantially affected groundwater systems worldwide. These impacts include changes in groundwater recharge, discharge, flow, storage, and distribution. Climate-induced shifts are evident in altered recharge rates, greater groundwater contribution to streamflow in glacierized catchments, and enhanced groundwater flow in permafrost areas. Direct anthropogenic changes include groundwater withdrawal and injection, regional flow regime modification, water table and storage alterations, and redistribution of embedded groundwater in foods globally. Notably, groundwater extraction contributes to sea level rise, increasing the risk of groundwater inundation in coastal areas. The role of groundwater in the global water cycle is becoming more dynamic and complex. Quantifying these changes is essential to ensure sustainable supply of fresh groundwater resources for people and ecosystems.

BACKGROUND: Trait compliance involves people reacting favorably to demands made by others across different situations. This may lead to susceptibility to external pressures, exploitation, and manipulation. Moreover, trait compliance was found to correlate with various mental health outcomes, such as depression and anxiety. The Gudjonsson Compliance Scale (GCS) is an efficient tool for assessing trait compliance in Western contexts. To date, no study has validated the psychometric properties of the GCS in Chinese populations. METHODS: Two college student samples from China were recruited. The first sample (N = 4,276) was used to conduct exploratory factor analysis. The second (N = 4,356) was used to perform a confirmatory factor analysis. The reliability, measurement invariance, and correlational tests were conducted on the two combined samples. RESULTS: The Chinese GCS showed a 3-factor structure, with two items deleted. Reliability was supported by moderate-to-good internal consistency of the three-factor scales and good internal consistency on the full scale. Strong measurement invariance across sex, ethnicity, and group recruitment was supported. Scores of the total scale and factor scales were found to significantly associated with several mental health problems. CONCLUSIONS: The Chinese version of the GCS appears to be a valid and reliable instrument for measuring trait compliance and could promote both the assessment and research on compliance in Chinese population.

Developing high-active and inexpensive electrocatalysts for oxygen evolution reaction (OER) is very important in the field of water splitting. The catalytic performance of electrocatalysts can be significantly improved by optimizing the electronic structure and designing suitable nanostructure. In this work, we represent the synthesis of hollow CoVOx/Ag-5 for OER. Due to the interaction of CoVOx and Ag nanoparticles, the electronic structure is optimized to improve the intrinsic catalytic activity. Additionally, the extrinsic catalytic activity of CoVOx/Ag is enhanced by the abundant active sites from the hollow structure. As a result, the CoVOx/Ag-5 demonstrates significantly enhanced OER catalytic activity with a low overpotential of 247 mV at 10 mA cm-2. In addition, it also exhibits excellent durability, without obvious attenuation in performance after continuous operation for 60 h. Furthermore, the catalyst can enable full water splitting with appropriate 100 % Faraday efficiency, demonstrating its practical application.

As an important half-reaction for electrochemical water splitting, electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction suffers from sluggish kinetics, and it is still urgent to search high efficiency non-platinum-based electrocatalysts. Mo-based catalysts such as Mo2 C, MoO2 , MoP, MoS2 , and MoNx have emerged as promising alternatives to Pt/C owing to their similar electronic structure with Pt and abundant reserve of Mo. On the other hand, due to the adjustable topology, porosity, and nanostructure of metal organic frameworks (MOFs), MOFs are extensively used as precursors to prepare nano-electrocatalysts. In this review, for the first time, the progress of Mo-MOFs-derived electrocatalysts for hydrogen evolution reaction is summarized. The preparation method, structures, and catalytic performance of the catalysts are illustrated based on the types of the derived electrocatalysts including Mo2 C, MoO2 , MoP, MoS2 , and MoNx . Especially, the commonly used strategies to improve catalytic performance such as heteroatoms doping, constructing heterogeneous structure, and composited with noble metal are discussed. Moreover, the opportunities and challenges in this area are proposed to guide the designment and development of Mo-based MOF derived electrocatalysts.

Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a formidable threat to human well-being, characterized by a largely enigmatic occurrence and progression mechanism. A growing body of literature has underscored the potential influence of propofol, a frequently administered anesthetic, on clinical outcomes in malignant tumor patients. However, the precise molecular mechanisms underlying the impact of propofol on the progression of CRC have yet to be fully elucidated. This study reveals a notable upregulation of LINC01133 expression in CRC cells subsequent to propofol treatment, which is mediated by FOXO1. Subsequently, a series of experiments were conducted to elucidate the role and mechanisms underlying propofol-induced LINC01133 in CRC development. Our study uncovers that the upregulation of LINC01133 exerts a substantial inhibitory effect on the proliferation, migration, and invasion of CRC cells. Further investigation revealed that LINC01133 can attenuate the proliferation, invasion, and migration of CRC cell lines through the miR-186-5p/NR3C2 axis. Results from in vivo experiments unequivocally demonstrated a significant reduction in the growth rate of subcutaneous implant tumors upon LINC01133 overexpression in CRC cells. These findings posit that propofol induces LINC01133 expression, leading to the inhibition of CRC progression. This revelation offers a novel perspective on propofol's antitumor properties and underscores the potential of LINC01133 as a promising therapeutic target for CRC.

Constructing heterogeneous catalysts can significantly boost the electrocatalytic activity due to the improved intrinsic catalytic activity induced by tailored electronic structure and optimized chemisorption to the reaction intermediates. RuO2 based electrocatalysts are especially attractive due to the high catalytic activity of RuO2. To reduce the usage of noble metal and improve the catalytic activity of catalyst, CoMoO4-RuO2 micro-flower was synthesized using a facile hydrothermal-calcination method in this work. CoMoO4-RuO2 exhibits a low overpotential of 177 mV at 10 mA cm-2 for oxygen evolution reaction (OER) and a high half-wave potential of 0.858 V for oxygen reduction reaction (ORR). Moreover, the Zn-air battery assembled using CoMoO4-RuO2 exhibit shows a high maximum discharge power density of 149 mW cm-2 and a large open circuit voltage of 1.38 V. The good performance can be attributed to the incorporation of RuO2, which not only induces extra catalytic active sites, but also forms heterojunction with CoMoO4 to optimize the electronic structure of CoMoO4-RuO2, thereby achieving a better equilibrium of absorption and desorption of intermediates. The work provides insights into designing RuO2 based electrocatalysts for advanced electrocatalysis.

In poultries, muscle growth is a quantitative trait controlled by multiple genes. The regulatory mechanisms governing muscle tissue growth and development in poultry, particularly during the early stages of growth, are intricate. Through the examination of leg muscle transcripts from Yili geese during various stages of development, this study offers valuable insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying the growth and development of Yili geese. This study aimed to perform a comparative analysis of the histological characteristics of leg muscles and the mRNA expression profiles of leg muscles in Yili geese at different ages (2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 wk). The objective was to identify differentially expressed genes related to muscle development in Yili geese and utilize bioinformatics to predict the potential biological functions of these genes. Through histological studies on leg muscle tissues, it was discerned that male geese at 4 wk exhibit a significantly reduced muscle fiber density in comparison to females (P < 0.01). In contrast, by the time they reach 6, 8, and 10 wk, their muscle fiber diameter and cross-sectional dimensions significantly outpace the females (P < 0.01). With the advancement in age, muscle fiber density tends to decrease. It is worth noting that 4- and 6-wk-old male geese have a substantially elevated muscle fiber density when matched against females (P < 0.01). Conversely, at the age of 10 wk, their muscle fiber density is notably inferior to the females (P < 0.01). Furthermore, male geese exhibit the most rapid increase in muscle fiber diameter and cross-sectional area between 4 and 6 wk of age. The density of muscle fibers in these geese significantly decreases from 4 to 8 wk. In contrast, female geese show the most pronounced growth in muscle fiber diameter and cross-sectional area between 2 and 6 wk, with a swift decline in density following the 6-wk mark, accompanied by a gradual reduction in the rate of muscle fiber growth. A comprehensive analysis of the leg muscle mRNA expression profiles from 12 Yili geese generated a cumulative total of 502,065,268 valid sequence reads, corresponding to a data volume of 75.30 Gb. In a comparative analysis between 4-wk-old and 2-wk-old groups (T4 vs. T2), 8-wk-old and 2-wk-old groups (T8 vs. T2), and 8-wk-old and 4-wk-old groups (T8 vs. T4), we identified 1,700, 1,583, and 221 differentially expressed genes (DEGs), respectively. Differentially expressed genes were significantly enriched in Gene Ontology (GO) terms such as organelle organization, cytoskeletal protein binding, cation transport, myosin complex, and actin cytoskeleton. Among the significantly enriched signaling pathways, 5 pathways were found to be significantly related to growth and development: adhesion patch, extracellular matrix receptor interaction, tight junction, TGF-ß signaling pathway, and MAPK signaling pathway, with a total of 38 differentially differentiated genes contained in these 5 pathways, and it was hypothesized that the above pathways as well as the DEGs in the pathways played an important role in the regulation of early growth and development of the Yili goose. This investigation serves as a foundational reference for elucidating the molecular regulatory mechanisms involved in the development of goose muscle. Furthermore, it contributes to the expansion of the theoretical framework concerning the genetic regulation of muscle growth in geese.

BACKGROUND: The study was conducted to find out the candidate microRNA (miRNA) and genes that associated with sperm motility of Yili goose through small RNA sequencing of testicular tissue of Yili goose, and provide a theoretical basis for the study of the regulation mechanism of sperm motility of Yili goose gander. RESULTS: In this study, five male geese with high sperm motility and five male geese with low sperm motility were slaughtered to obtain their testis tissues for small RNA sequencing, and biological information methods were used for data analysis. The results showed that a total of 1575 known miRNAs and 68 novel miRNAs were identified in the testis tissue of Yili goose, and 71 differentially expressed miRNAs and 660 differentially expressed genes were screened. GO functional analysis showed that miRNAs target genes were mainly involved in the binding, kinase activity, structural constituent of cytoskeleton and intermediate filament cytoskeleton. KEGG functional analysis showed that miRNAs target genes were significantly enriched in arginine and proline metabolism, glycolysis / gluconeogenesis, fructose and mannose metabolism and beta-Alanine metabolism and other pathways. miRNAs-mRNAs interaction network suggests miR-140/miR-140-3p/miR-140-3p-NKAIN3, let-7d-BTG1 and miR-145-5p/miR -145a-5p-CLEC2E may play an important role in testis development and spermatogenesis. CONCLUSIONS: The results of this study suggest that the sperm motility of Yili goose may be regulated by different miRNAs, and the target genes are significantly enriched in pathways related to sperm metabolism, indicating that miRNAs affect the sperm motility of Yili goose by regulating the metabolic process of sperm and the expression of related genes. This study can provide a reference for revealing the regulation mechanism of Yili goose sperm motility at the molecular level.

The Swan goose and Greylag goose are species of geese native to East Asia and Europe, respectively, and are widely believed to be the ancestors of Chinese and European domesticated geese. The Yili goose (YL) and European domestic geese originated from the Greylag goose, but the history of domestication is unclear. In this study, we sequenced and analyzed the genome of the YL goose and the Hortobagy goose to combine with other previously sequenced goose populations for in-depth analysis. The population genetic variations in Stone geese, East Zhejiang White Geese, Taihu geese and Zi geese were also identified and compared. The results showed that admixture gene flow existed in the YL geese population, which was introgressed by Chinese geese, suggesting that gene flow events were frequent and widespread among domesticated geese. Further selected sweep analysis identified candidate genes and metabolic pathways that may be related to the differences in morphology. Several genes such as TGFBR3L, CMYA5, FOXD1, ARHGEF28 and SUCLG2 are associated with growth, reproduction and fertility traits. The results of this study will help to understand the genetic characteristics of domestic geese and the genes affecting important traits and provide a basis for the improved breed of domestic geese.

Introduction: The investigation of trust vulnerability is important to the understanding of the potential mechanisms of trust formation and erosion. However, more effective exploration of trust vulnerability has been hindered due to the lack of consideration of risk sources and types of information. Methods: This study extended the investigation of asymmetry to both social and natural risk under experiential and descriptive decisions. Using the trust game as the decision-making paradigm and money as the subject matter, the research employed experimental methods to examine how people perceive and make decisions after being positively and negatively affected by natural and social risks. A total of 286 college students were participated in our study. Study 1 (n = 138) and Study 2 (n = 148) explored asymmetry in experiential and descriptive decision separately. Results: The findings indicated that when considering experiential information, negative information had a greater effect in reducing trust compared to the enhancing effect of positive information (t = -1.95, p = 0.050). Moreover, the study revealed that negative information had a stronger negative impact in the context of social risks rather than natural risks (t = -3.26, p = 0.002), suggesting that trust is vulnerable both internally and externally. Conversely, when considering descriptive information, the effect of both positive and negative information on trust was symmetrical, and the impact of negative information was less significant compared to that of natural risks, indicating that trust has a certain level of resilience (t = 2.25, p = 0.028). Discussion: The study emphasizes the importance of refining risk sources and information characteristics in complex scenarios in order to improve understanding of trust enhancement and repair.

Owing to the increasing incidence and prevalence of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) worldwide, effective and safe treatments for IBD are urgently needed. Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) is an endogenous gasotransmitter and plays an important role in inflammation. To date, H2S-releasing agents are viewed as potential anti-inflammatory drugs. The slow-releasing H2S donor 5-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-3H-1,2-dithiole-3-thione (ADT-OH), known as a potent therapeutic with chemopreventive and cytoprotective properties, has received attention recently. Here, we reported its anti-inflammatory effects on dextran sodium sulfate (DSS)-induced acute (7 days) and chronic (30 days) colitis. We found that ADT-OH effectively reduced the DSS-colitis clinical score and reversed the inflammation-induced shortening of colon length. Moreover, ADT-OH reduced intestinal inflammation by suppressing the nuclear factor kappa-B pathway. In vivo and in vitro results showed that ADT-OH decreased intestinal permeability by increasing the expression of zonula occludens-1 and occludin and blocking increases in myosin II regulatory light chain phosphorylation and epithelial myosin light chain kinase protein expression levels. In addition, ADT-OH restored intestinal microbiota dysbiosis characterized by the significantly increased abundance of Muribaculaceae and Alistipes and markedly decreased abundance of Helicobacter, Mucispirillum, Parasutterella, and Desulfovibrio. Transplanting ADT-OH-modulated microbiota can alleviate DSS-induced colitis and negatively regulate the expression of local and systemic proinflammatory cytokines. Collectively, ADT-OH is safe without any short-term (5 days) or long-term (30 days) toxicological adverse effects and can be used as an alternative therapeutic agent for IBD treatment.

BACKGROUND: In recent years, the issue of suicide caused by the stress of a contradictory relationship between graduate students and academic supervisors has aroused heated discussion in society. Based on the interpersonal psychological theory of suicide, this study aims to examine the influence of the perceived abusive supervision on graduate students' suicidal ideation and the parallel mediating roles of thwarted belongingness and perceived burdensomeness. METHODS: We conducted a cross-sectional online survey measuring perceived abusive supervision, interpersonal psychological needs and suicidal ideation among 232 Chinese graduate students. A structural equation model was constructed to test the hypothesis. RESULTS: The results showed that abusive supervision directly exacerbated suicidal ideation (ß = 0.160, 95% CI = [0.038, 0.281], p = 0.009) and indirectly influenced suicidal ideation through thwarted belongingness (ß = 0.059, 95% CI = [0.008, 0.110], p = 0.019) and perceived burdensomeness (ß = 0.102, 95% CI = [0.013, 0.191], p = 0.018). The indirect effect accounted for 50.15% of the overall effect. CONCLUSIONS: These findings enrich our understanding of the influence of supervisor-student relationship by integrating the literatures on educational and organizational behaviour, and provide practical insights for psychosocial interventions from the perspective of the interpersonal psychological theory of suicide.

BACKGROUND: In the period of the global pandemic, psychophysical problems induced by the fear of COVID-19 among college students deserve attention since the dormitory environment in college greatly increases the possibility of COVID-19 infection. METHODS: A hypothesized mediated moderation model was to be verified using a cross-sectional study among 2453 college students. Fear of COVID-19, insomnia, hope, and depression were assessed by using the relevant scales. RESULTS: (1) The fear of COVID-19 was positively correlated to depression (ß = 0.365, t = 5.553, 95% CI = [0.236, 0.494]); (2) hope moderated the influence of the fear of COVID-19 on depression (ß = -0.093, t = -4.066, 95% CI = [-0.137, -0.048]), as well as on insomnia (ß = -0.095, t = -4.841, 95% CI = [-0.133, -0.056]); and (3) the mediated moderation model with hope as the moderator and insomnia as the full mediating variable between fear of COVID-19 and depression was verified (ß = -0.060, 95% CI = [-0.093, -0.028]). CONCLUSIONS: The findings suggest that hope is a vital mechanism to explain the relationship between the fear of COVID-19 and depression in early adulthood. In practical application, mental health practitioners should focus on boosting hope and alleviating insomnia when addressing COVID-19-related depression issues among college students.

OBJECTIVE: The study aimed to explore the effect of circ_0008003 on the progression of non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its underlying regulation mechanism. METHODS: Expression of hsa_circ_0008003, miRNA (miR)-548I and karyopherin subunit α 4 (KPNA4) was examined by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction. Cell viability and proliferation ability were detected by cell counting kit-8 assay and 5-ethynyl-2'-deoxyuridine assay, respectively. Flow cytometry was performed to monitor cell apoptosis. Western blot assay was used to evaluate the protein levels of KPNA4, Bax, and Bcl-2. Cell migration and invasion were assessed by transwell assays. The targeted relationship between miR-548I and hsa_circ_0008003 or KPNA4 was confirmed by dual-luciferase reporter and RNA immunoprecipitation assays. Furthermore, the role of hsa_circ_0008003 in vivo was investigated by xenograft assay. RESULTS: Circ_0008003 expression was increased in NSCLC tissues and cell lines. Circ_0008003 knockdown reduced cell viability, migration, invasion, angiogenesis, and caused apoptosis in NSCLC cells. Moreover, miR-548I was targeted by circ_0008003, and miR-548I knockdown reversed the influence of circ_0008003 silence on NSCLC progression. KPNA4 was targeted by miR-548I, and miR-548I overexpression suppressed cell viability, migration, invasion, angiogenesis, and promoted cell apoptosis via decreasing KPNA4. In addition, circ_0008003 regulated KPNA4 expression via miR-548I. Circ_0008003 knockdown decreased NSCLC cell growth in the xenograft model. CONCLUSION: Circular RNA hsa_circ_0008003 promoted progression in NSCLC by sponging miR-548I and regulating KPNA4 expression, hinting that circ_0008003 participates in NSCLC pathogenesis.

The aim of this study was to explore the potential biological function of circular RNAs (circRNAs) in the sperm motility traits of Xinjiang Yili geese, and to provide a reference for analyzing the mechanism of regulation of Yili geese sperm motility. The 10 selected Xinjiang Yili Geese with high or low sperm motility (five for each group) were 3 years old, in good health, and were kept in the same feeding conditions. Yili geese were slaughtered for the collection of testicular tissue and high-throughput sequencing technology was used to screen differentially expressed circRNAs for bioinformatics analysis. Combined with the previously screened miRNAs related to the sperm motility of Yili geese, the circRNAs miRNAs regulatory network was constructed. The results showed that a total of 26,311 circRNAs were obtained from testicular tissues with high and low sperm motility, and 173 DECs were screened between the two groups (p < 0.05, |log2Foldchange|>0), of which 82 were up-regulated and 91 were down-regulated. Functional analysis of the source genes of these DECs showed that the source genes were mainly involved in biological processes. KEGG enrichment analysis showed that the source genes of DECs were mainly enriched in autophagy-animal, ubiquinone and other terpenoid-quinone biosynthesis, progesterone-mediated oocyte maturation, regulation of the actin cytoskeleton and other pathways. Furthermore, the visual regulatory network of differential circRNA-miRNA-mRNA was constructed, including 20 circRNAs, 18 miRNAs and 177 mRNAs, and nine core regulatory circRNAs were screened, including novell_circ_0045314, novel_circ_0019994 and novel_circ_0020422, etc., targeting ppy-mir-16, hsa-mir-221-3p, gga-mir-499-5p, etc. The results suggest that circRNAs may interact with miRNAs to further regulate mRNA to regulate sperm motility in Yili geese, so as to provide a reference for analyzing the molecular mechanism of sperm motility regulation.

In order to solve the problem of CT reconstruction imaging, this paper presents a study on the clinical application of preanesthesia in patients with tracheal stenosis. Patients with tracheal stenosis and multislice spiral CT virtual endoscopy (CTVE) were diagnosed, and their application effects were analyzed. Methods. 60 patients with tracheal stenosis were selected for clinical observation. The patients were given tracheal stenosis examination and multislice spiral CT virtual endoscopy. The examination results of the two groups were compared and analyzed by statistical methods. Results. There was no significant difference in the detection rate, sensitivity, accuracy, and specificity between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion. Multislice spiral CT virtual endoscopy combined with a fiberoptic bronchoscope for clinical diagnosis of tracheal stenosis can complement each other. Combined use can effectively improve the detection consistency, and is safe and reliable. It can be used as an effective means for the diagnosis of tracheal stenosis.
