RESUMO

ObjectiveTo understand the current status and development of research on the subject of domestic violence, and to grasp the main research hotspots in the field. MethodsThe literature in the core database of Web of Science were retrieved, and 20 417 literature related to domestic violence from January 1966 to September 2021 were sorted by using the CiteSpace software, and the number of literature, authors, research institutions and keywords were analyzed. Results①The volume of literature on domestic violence grown rapidly since 2015. ②Among the authors, Kelsey Hegarty, Gene Feder and others had large number of publications on domestic violence, moreover, the authors' cooperation formed some small collaborative groups and research groups of a certain scale. ③The research institutions were closely collaborating, among which University of North Carolina was the institution of highest number of publications, and Boston University was the institution with the strongest research centrality. ④Hot keywords kept developing and changing, and the current hot keywords were mainly dating violence, sexual violence and the perception and perpetration of domestic violence. ConclusionThe field of domestic violence has been studied by a large number of researchers and has given rise to many research hotspots.

RESUMO

Public health emergencies have occurred frequently in recent years, with the characteristics of difficult rescue and a complex environment. Helicopter emergency medical service is an effective way to deal with catastrophic events. The service can effectively shorten the transfer time taken for patient transfer between hospitals, directly send patients to the hospitals that meet requirements for clinical treatment, and avoid the possible delayed treatment caused by a secondary transfer. Helicopter emergency medical service in China is still in its infancy, and there are various problems in the actual operation. Strict whole process quality management is needed to achieve the expected outcome. The paper reviews the current situation of helicopter rescue for critically ill patients in China and suggests a set of quality management schemes (including base construction, rescue equipment allocation, rescue personnel selection, rescue system construction, and on-site rescue procedure standardization). Findings from this paper hope to provide evidence for the development of aviation rescue in China. This study is innovative and scientific.

RESUMO

The impoundment of the Three Gorges Reservoir (TGR) on the Yangtze River in China burdened its tributary backwaters with severe environmental problems.1 Confluence zones of reservoir tributaries with the Yangtze River main channel are main drivers of pollutant dynamics in the TGR2 and are thus keys to develop mitigation measures. Here, we show a novel experimental approach of spatiotemporal water quality analysis to trace water mass movements and identify pollutant transport pathways in reservoir water bodies. Our results show the movements of density currents in a major tributary backwater of the TGR. A huge interflow density current from the Yangtze River main channel transported its heavy metal carriage to the upstream reaches of the tributary backwater. Water from the upstream backwater moved counterwise and carried less but pollutant-enriched suspended sediments. This scenario illustrates the importance of confluence zone hydrodynamics for fates and pathways of pollutants through the widely unknown hydrodynamics of new reservoirs.
