RESUMO

Objective: To explore GRACE (global registry of acute coronary events)score on short term prognosis of ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI)in patients elder than 75 years with primary percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI). Methods: A total of 104 STEMI patients elder than 75 years with primary PCI in our hospital from 2011-11 to 2014-01 were studied. Based on GRACEscore at admission, the patients were divided into 2 groups: Lower/mid risk group, n=72 patients with GRACEscore at 112-154 (136.5±10.6) and High risk group, n=32 patients with GRACE score at 155-202(167.8±12.3). The baseline condition and outcomes were compared between 2 groups and the primary endpoint was 1 year mortality. Predictive value of GRACEscore on 1 year mortality was evaluated by ROC curve, the relationships between Lower/mid risk group, High risk group and clinical outcomes were assessed by log-ranksurvive curve andunivariate Cox regression analysis. Results: The area under ROC curve for GRACEscore predicting 1 year mortality was 0.788 with the sensitivity at 70.0%and specificity at 84.0 %.Univariate Cox regression analysis indicated that compared with Lower/mid risk group, High risk group had the higher risk of 1-year death (HR=5.75, 95% CI 1.486-22.256, P=0.0113); log-rank survive curve presented that High risk group had the higher 1 year mortality (21.9% vs 4.2%, P=0.0039). Conclusion: GRACE score may further distinguish the lower/mid risk and high risk populations in elder STEMI patients; it may also predict 1 year clinical prognosis.

RESUMO

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of moxibustion in treating knee osteoarthritis (KO) and analyze its cost-effectiveness.Method Fifty-eight KO patients were randomized into a moxibustion group and an electroacupuncture (EA) group, 29 cases in each group. The two groups were treated 3 times a week, for successive 4 weeks. The knee joint function and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) for knee joint pain were scored before and after the treatment, and the two groups were analyzed by using health economic methods.Result The knee joint function scores were significantly changed after the treatment in the two groups (P<0.05); the excellent rate was 96.6% in EA group versus 75.9% in moxibustion group, and the general excellent rate in EA group was markedly higher than that in moxibustion group (P<0.05); the total effective rate for pain was 93.1% in moxibustion group versus 96.6% in EA group, and the between-group difference was statistically insignificant (P>0.05). The cost-effectiveness ratio was 6.42 in moxibustion group versus 16.86 in EA group; the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio was 298.55 in EA group. Conclusion Moxibustion and EA both can effectively improve knee joint function and mitigate knee joint pain, while compared with EA, moxibustion has a higher health economic value.

RESUMO

Research on the gain on ignition question for preparing ore with fusion sample preparation technique was done, and a new correction method was worked out. After fusion sample preparation, sulphide ore would have a lot of sulfate, which would change the sample matrix dramatically, and the matrix effect was corrected with errors. In this paper, a new solution to measuring gain on ignition was put forward, and it was committed step that the sample having gain on ignition was redefined by sample having loss on ignition. Through conversion, the gain on ignition was corrected by subtraction method, and the matrix effect was corrected by theoretical influence coefficients. The analysis results of redefinition samples were converted into the primal samples lastly. The project took copper concentrates as the experimental object, it was found that the gain on ignition of this method was obviously different from the gravimetric method, but through influence evaluation, this error had little effect on test results, and may be reduced by flux. After correction of the gain on ignition, the standard deviation of the elements calibration curves for Cu, Fe and S were less than 0.14%, 0.074% and 0.14% respectively, which were obviousely superior to 0.21%, 0.15% and 0.19%. The results got from this method were in satisfactory agreement with certified values.

RESUMO

The peak position and line shape of S Kalpha, S Kbeta satellite line, and the ratio of (S Kalpha / S Kbeta), (Cu Lalpha / Cu Kalpha), and (Fe Lalpha / Fe Kalpha) of copper concentrate samples with different depositing methods were determined by a conventional X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. It is concluded that the valence of S, Cu and Fe changed during depositing in accordance with the changes of the lines, Copper concentrate sample (main mine phase is chalcopyrite, containing a little pyrite) was oxidized apparently after 2 years depositing. Part of S2-, Cu+ and Fe2+ in the sample were oxidized to high valence, and the sulphur atom combined with oxygen atom. The oxidation of the sample was influenced markedly by the storing method.

RESUMO

X-ray fluorescence analysis software Spectra Plus was used to calculate theoretical alpha influence coefficents of other elements to Cr in seven stainless steel standard samples, theoretical alpha influence coefficients of elements, by which Cr signal was enhanced, varied largely with the change of elements content. Variable theoretical alpha influence coefficients, which varied with elements content, were used to correct the matrix effects in stainless steel, the secondary excitation of Cr by other elements were corrected, and Cr (0.3%-20.8%) in stainless steel and low alloy steel could be analysed in accordance with one calibration curve. The matrix effects in samples can be corrected by variable theoretical alpha influence coefficients, so the measurable content range of calibration curve was enlarged. The contents of fifteen elements Al, Si, P, S, Ti, Cr, Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, As, Mo, Sn, W and Pb in stainless steel were measured by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, variable theoretical alpha influence coefficients were used to correct the matrix effects, and the analysis results are comparable to those obtained by wet chemical method.
