RESUMO

Objective@#To explore the relationship between adolescents physical fitness and depressive symptoms, and to provide reference for the early prevention and intervention of depressive symptoms and improvement of physical fitness in Chinese adolescents.@*Methods@#From September to December 2021, a total of 8 102 adolescents were selected by random cluster sampling method in Shanghai, Urumqi, Changsha and Kunming. The Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale(CES-D) was used to investigate the depressive symptoms, and completed grip strength, standing long jump, 50 m running, modified sitting forward flexion, 20 s repeated traverse, 30 s sit ups, 20 m round trip running (20 m SRT) test. χ 2 test, Goodman Kruskal Gamma and Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the relationship between physical fitness index(PFI) and depressive symptoms.@*Results@#The overall detection rate of depressive symptoms in adolescents with high level PFI was 23.4%, and the detection rate of low level adolescents was 26.3%, with a statistically significant difference ( χ 2=6.73, P =0.01). There was a significant positive correlation between PFI and depressive symptoms in the high school group ( G=0.09, P <0.05) and the boy group ( G=0.12, P < 0.05 ), and there was no significant association between PFI and depressive symptoms in the junior high school group and the girl group ( P >0.05). After adjusting for gender and age in the Logistic regression model, compared with those with high PFI, the risk of depressive symptoms in those with low PFI was 1.18 times (95% CI =1.05-1.33).@*Conclusion@#There is a correlation between physical fitness and depressive symptoms in adolescents. Adolescents with low PFI are at higher risk of developing depressive symptoms than those with high PFI.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of scalp acupuncture plus electroacupuncture in treating migraine without aura. Methods Three hundred and twenty-six patients with migraine without aura were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 157 cases and a control group of 169 cases. The treatment group received scalp acupuncture plus electroacupuncture and the control group, medication alone. The Pain Rating Index (PRI) score and the TCM syndrome rating scale score were scored in the two groups of patients before and after treatment. The numbers of taking medicine and the numbers of headache attacks were compared between the two groups of patients during treatment. An analysis was made of factors influencing the therapeutic effect on migraine. Results There were statistically significant differences in the PRI score and the TCM syndrome rating scale score at the end of treatment and at one, two and three months of follow-up compared with before treatment in the two groups (P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the PRI score and the TCM syndrome rating scale score at the end of treatment and at one and two months after it between the treatment and control groups (P<0.05). There was a statistically significant difference in the weekly number of taking medicine between the treatment and control groups during treatment (P<0.05). There was a statistically significant difference in the number of headache attacks between the treatment and control groups at two, three and four weeks of treatment (P<0.05). In the treatment group, the therapeutic effect at one, two and three months of follow-up was related to both TCM syndrome type and the VAS score; the therapeutic effect at two months of follow-up was related to the sex; the therapeutic effect at three months of follow-up was related to the educational level. Conclusion Scalp acupuncture plus electroacupuncture is an effective way to treat migraine without aura.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVETo study the efficacy and safety of Naoxintong capsule treatment of stroke recovery with Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome (cerebral infarction), and to compared the non-inferiority analysis with the positive drug Tongxinluo capsule.

METHODTaking Tongxinluo capsules as control, randomized, double-blind, controlled, multi-center clinical experiments were studied. The evaluating indexes included the decrease of integral value of stroke patients, changes in traditional Chinese medicine, the improvement of the patient viability status (disability level), Chinese stroke scale (CSS), activities of daily living (DAL) scale and barthel index (BI ) points.

RESULTThe total effect of the two groups, Chinese and other symptoms, showed no significant statistical significance.

CONCLUSIONNaoxintong capsule stroke recovery, with Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome (cerebral infarction) has a therapeutic effect, and more secure.
