RESUMO

Although the development of COVID-19 vaccines has been a remarkable success, the heterogeneous individual antibody generation and decline over time are unknown and still hard to predict. In this study, blood samples were collected from 163 participants who next received two doses of an inactivated COVID-19 vaccine (CoronaVac®) at a 28-day interval. Using TMT-based proteomics, we identified 1,715 serum and 7,342 peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) proteins. We proposed two sets of potential biomarkers (seven from serum, five from PBMCs) at baseline using machine learning, and predicted the individual seropositivity 57 days after vaccination (AUC = 0.87). Based on the four PBMC's potential biomarkers, we predicted the antibody persistence until 180 days after vaccination (AUC = 0.79). Our data highlighted characteristic hematological host responses, including altered lymphocyte migration regulation, neutrophil degranulation, and humoral immune response. This study proposed potential blood-derived protein biomarkers before vaccination for predicting heterogeneous antibody generation and decline after COVID-19 vaccination, shedding light on immunization mechanisms and individual booster shot planning.

RESUMO

Diabetes mellitus is a common disorder of endocrine and metabolic disorders. Long term hyperglycemia can lead to a variety of serious chronic complications, such as diabetic nephropathy, diabetic retinopathy, diabetes cardiovascular disease, and so on, threatening human life, health and safety. Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi is one of the most commonly used traditional Chinese medicine. Flavonoids are the main effective components of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. The flavonoids are mainly baicalin, baicalein, wogonoside and wogonin. The four have the effects of improving the renal function, insulin resistance and retinopathy of type 2 diabetic patients. The aim of this review is to summarize the pathogenesis and clinical research progress of baicalin, baicalein, wogonoside and wogonin in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and its complications.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the decisional value of susceptibility weighted imaging(SWI) in intravenous thrombolytic therapy to acute cerebral infarction. Methods According to cerebral microbleeds(CMBs) by SWI, 35 cases of acute cerebral infarction in window-time random were divided into experimental group(14 cases) with CMBs and control group(21 cases) without CMBs.After intravenous thrombolysis, the number of hemorrhagic transformation(HT) was counted by SWI, and statistic difference was compared between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).Results After intravenous thrombolytic therapy of acute infarction,12 cases with HT among experimental group, and only 2 cases with HT among control group, there was significant statistically difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion SWI sequence has greater sensitivity in detecting CMBs,and can also assess the state of blood brain barrier(BBB) and vascular wall indirectly. It plays a very important role in giving a decision in the treatment of intravenous thrombolytic with window-time.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To approach efficacy of Dianning tablet in the treatment of refractoriness epilepsy.METHODS: 180 patients with refractoriness epilepsy were randomized into treatment group, control group Ⅰand control group Ⅱ(n=60).Treatment group were given Dianning tablet produced by our hospital.Control group Ⅰwere treated with carbamazepine tablet and clonazepam tablet while control group Ⅱ were treated with valproate sodium tablet and clonazepam tablet. The efficacies of three groups were compared after 6 months.RESULTS: Treatment group was better than control groups in total effective rate, seizure frequency and improvement of EEG (P
