RESUMO

The pathological basis of liver fibrosis is the deposition of extracellular matrix (ECM), and myofibroblasts are the main source of ECM. Epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) is one of production mechanisms of myofibroblasts. At present, a large number of studies have shown that intervention of key EMT molecules and signaling pathways as targets can reduce liver fibrosis. Based on literature review, this article summarizes the signaling pathways associated with EMT, important regulatory molecules, and drugs targeting EMT in the treatment of liver fibrosis, so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of liver fibrosis.

RESUMO

Objective@#To understand the status of doctor visit, rehabilitation and foster care of children with autism spectrum disorders in Heilongjiang Province, and to provide a scientific reference for improving ASD rehabitation education system and making the related policies.@*Methods@#Eight autism rehabilitation institutions were selected in Heilongjiang Province by stratified cluster sampling, 357 primary caregivers of ASD children participated in the survey by using the questionnaire "ASD Children’s Rehabilitation Education Status and Needs".@*Results@#The average age of abnormal behavior found of ASD children was (31.08±12.96)months, and the average age of first doctor visit was (35.88±13.20) months, the average age of diagnose was (38.64±13.20) months, and initial rehabilitation was (43.56±16.08)months. The proportion of children who had been diagnosed and have trained in the rehabilitation institutions before the age of 3 years was only 39.0% and 32.0%, respectively. The proportion of rehabilitation out of home town was 47.3%, and rehabilitation >20 hours per week was 73.4%. The proportion of fathers’ and mothers’ work lives affected was 34.5% and 67.8%, respectively, the differences were of statistical signficance(χ2=226.32, P<0.01). About 41.2% of ASD families received government financial support.@*Conclusion@#The average age of diagnose is late prolonged, and the proportion of children diagnosed and training before the age of 3 years was relatively low. There were obvious regional differences of rehabilitation education resources distributions of ASD in Heilongjiang Province. The results also demonstrate the need to sustain and enhance the coverage rate of the government financial support.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the characteristics and treatment for pneumatosis cystoides intestinalis (PCI). Methods Data of 12 PCI patients admitted to General Hospital of Tianjin Medical University from 1997 to 2015 were analyzed. The causes, endoscopic characteristics, therapeutic effects and prognosis were evaluated. Results Four cases were primary PCI due to long?term exposure to trichloroethylene or unknown reasons, while 8 other cases were secondary to Behcet's disease, connective tissue disease, emphysema, diabetes, therioma, etc. Endoscopic findings included bubble?like, linear, cobblestone?like, graped or beaded gas cysts, involving sigmoid in 6 cases, ascending colon in 3, descending colon in 2, duodenum in 2 and rectum in 1. After combination of medicinal and endoscopic treatment, symptoms of 8 patients were relieved, and the condition of 2 patients improved, while 2 patients died of malignancy. Conclusion Pneumatosis intestinalis is a rare disease, usually secondary to other diseases, which can be diagnosed by colonoscopy and ultrasonic endoscopy. Pathogenesis of PCI is still unclear. Single PCI can be cured with endoscopic resection. Multiple PCI can be managed with cyst clipping, antibiotics and intestinal flora regulator. Treatment of the original disease and early detection of complications can improve the prognosis and reduce recurrence of PCI.

RESUMO

In order to analyze the association of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in the MyoG and Myf5 genes with chicken growth traits, PCR-SSCP approach was used to detect the (SNPs). The general linear model was used to analyze gene interaction and genetic effects between different genotypes and growth traits of the Jinghai yellow chicken. For the MyoG gene, three genotypes (AA, AB and BB) were detected in the Jinghai yellow chicken population. Gene sequencing revealed one mutation (T36C) in the genotype BB in comparison to the genotype AA. For the Myf5 gene, three genotypes (CC, CD and DD) were detected in the Jinghai yellow chicken population. Gene sequencing revealed one mutation (A1313G) in the genotype DD in comparison to the genotype CC. Gene interaction effect has significant influence on 6, 8-week-weight and 300-day-weight. The least square analysis showed that individuals with BB genotype of the MyoG gene had higher bodyweight at 2, 4, 10, 12, 14 and 16 weeks compared to individuals with AA and AB genotypes. Individuals with CD genotype of the Myf5 gene had higher birth weight than individuals with CC genotype (P < 0.05). The interactive genotype AB*DD performs well at 6, 8 weeks and 300 days bodyweight. The results suggested that SNPs of the MyoG and Myf5 genes had certain effects on growth traits of the Jinghai yellow chicken.

RESUMO

Language is one of the basic tool for human to communicate in social and behavioral activities.Language development is an important part of the progress of growth for children. The period below 3years old is the critical time of language development.During this period, there are many factors influence the children's language development, including genetics, illness, family background, language environment, diet and other aspects.A full understanding of these factors contributes to promoting children's language development.
