RESUMO

OBJECTIVE To construct the “school-enterprise-community” linkage community pharmaceutical care mode based on the WeChat mini program, upgrade the content and mode of community pharmaceutical care, and improve the quality of healthy life of the residents. METHODS Focusing on the pharmaceutical care needs of community residents, by integrating school, enterprise and community pharmaceutical resources, the WeChat mini program of “drug enjoying health” was created and the “online+offline” community pharmaceutical care mode was built. Using classified random sampling, mini program users were randomly selected as the observation group, and offline pair-assisted community residents as the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared around the three aspects of medication health knowledge mastery, medication compliance and medication behavior. RESULTS The “drug enjoying health” mini program consisted of four modules:“ drug for health”,“ drug for warmth”,“ drug for safety”, and “personal information”. The “school-enterprise-community” linkage community pharmaceutical care mode based on the “drug enjoying health” mini program began to be applied in July 2022, with 6 185 users, 2 732 recovery records of expired drugs, 941 times of pharmaceutical care, and 3 354 consultation orders. After the intervention, the qualified rate of medication health knowledge mastery, complete compliance rate, and the correct rate of medication behavior in the observation group increased from 33.53% to 76.87%, 20.23% to 46.26%, and 49.71% to 89.80%, respectively; the proportion of the increase after the intervention was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS This mode has effectively improved the quality of community pharmaceutical care, improves the health awareness of community residents in drug use, and promotes the standardization, rationalization and safety of residents’ drug use.

RESUMO

This study reveals the human mobility from various sources and the luxury nature of social distancing in the U.S during the COVID-19 pandemic by highlighting the disparities in mobility dynamics from lower-income and upper-income counties. We collect, process, and compute mobility data from four sources: 1) Apple mobility trend reports, 2) Google community mobility reports, 3) mobility data from Descartes Labs, and 4) Twitter mobility calculated via weighted distance. We further design a Responsive Index (RI) based on the time series of mobility change percentages to quantify the general degree of mobility-based responsiveness to COVID-19 at the U.S. county level. We find statistically significant positive correlations in the RI between either two data sources, revealing their general similarity, albeit with varying Pearsons r coefficients. Despite the similarity, however, mobility from each source presents unique and even contrasting characteristics, in part demonstrating the multifaceted nature of human mobility. The positive correlation between RI and income at the county level is significant in all mobility datasets, suggesting that counties with higher income tend to react more aggressively in terms of reducing more mobility in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Most states present a positive difference in RI between their upper-income and lower-income counties, where diverging patterns in time series of mobility changes percentages can be found. To our best knowledge, this is the first study that cross-compares multi-source mobility datasets. The findings shed light on not only the characteristics of multi-source mobility data but also the mobility patterns in tandem with the economic disparity. HighlightsO_LIHuman mobility data provide valuable insight into how we adjust our travel behaviors during the COVID-19 pandemic. C_LIO_LIHuman mobility records from Descartes Labs, Apple, Google, and Twitter are compared. C_LIO_LIMulti-source mobility datasets well capture the general impact of COVID-19 pandemic on mobility in the U.S. but present unique and even contrasting characteristics C_LIO_LIThe proposed responsive index quantifies the level of mobility-based reaction in response to the COVID-19 pandemic C_LIO_LIAll selected mobility datasets suggest a statistically significant positive correlation between the responsive index and median income at the U.S. county level. RESUMO

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for promoting the application ofwhole course tutorial systemin the practice teaching of medical higher vocational colleges. METHODS:Totally 106 students on internships of medical higher vocational colleg-es were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=53)and observation group(n=53). Control group received routineteaching method;observation group receivedwhole course tutorial systemteaching method on the basis of control group. Score, teaching quality and students'satisfactory degree were compared between 2 groups after the end of internship teaching. RESULTS:The scores of autonomous learning ability, comprehensive ability, communication ability, judgment ability, thinking and solving problem ability and total score in observation group were all significantly higher than control group after the end of internship teach-ing;the proportion of good teaching quality in observation group was significantly higher than control group, manifesting as high practical ability, good adaptability, caring patient, good learning condition;the satisfactory degree of students in observation group was significantly higher than control group(98.11% vs. 88.68%),there was statistical significance(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:The implementation ofwhole course tutorial systemteaching method in practice teaching of medical higher vocational colleges based on conventional teaching method achieves ideal effect and can improve the students'learning effect, teaching quality and stu-dents'satisfactory degree.
