RESUMO

CIPKs are a subclass of serine/threonine (Ser/Thr) protein kinases. CBLs are ubiquitous Ca2+ sensors that interact with CIPK with the aid of secondary Ca2+ messengers for regulation of growth and development and response to stresses faced by plants. The divergent roles of the CIPK-CBL interaction in plants include responding to environmental stresses (salt, cold, drought, pH, ABA signaling, and ion toxicity), ion homeostasis (K+, NH4 +, NO3 -, and microelement homeostasis), biotic stress, and plant development. Each member of this gene family produces distinct proteins that help plants adapt to diverse stresses or stimuli by interacting with calcium ion signals. CIPK consists of two structural domains-an N-terminal domain and a C-terminal domain-connected by a junction domain. The N-terminal domain, the site of phosphorylation, is also called the activation domain and kinase domain. The C-terminal, also known as the regulatory domain of CIPK, further comprises NAF/FISL and PPI. CBL comprises four EF domains and conserved PFPF motifs and is the site of binding with the NAF/FISL domain of CIPK to form a CBL-CIPK complex. In addition, we also performed a bibliometric analysis of the CIPK gene family of data extracted from the WoSCC. A total of 95 documents were retrieved, which had been published by 47 sources. The production over time was zigzagged. The top key terms were gene, CIPK, abiotic stress, and gene expression. Beijing Forestry University was the top affiliation, while The Plant Cell was the top source. The genomics and metabolomics of this gene family require more study.

RESUMO

Objective To develop a clinical intelligent management system of dressing consumables to realize precision consumables management without increased manpower consumption. Methods The system was composed of four parts of storage box, display screen, detection unit and control processor. The storage box consisted of storage units, identification unit and an input panel. The storage unit included a box body,a lid and an electronic lock for locking the body and lid,and the lock was connected with the control processor. Results The system recognized the medical prescription automatically, and then corresponding dressing consumables were packed and ejected accordingly. Conclusion The system decreases the costs for time, manpower and medical service, and thus is worthy promoting practically for precision hospital consumables management.

RESUMO

Objective:To evaluate the influence of bone marrow stem cells ( BMSCs ) in the serological indicators of hepatolenticular degeneration combined liver fibrosis.Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into 3 groups: penicillamine group, BMSCs group and BMSCs+penicillamine group.BMSCs(2 ml)were injected into vein with normal saline(100 ml) every 10 days ( 3 times for a period of treatment).Liver tissue pathology biopsy was inspected and TBIL, ALT, ALB, CHE, PDGF-BB, TGF-β1, IL-6 and TNF-αwere detected at 0,4 ,8 and 12 weeks. Results: The level of serological indicators about liver functions were reduced in every group, while the changes in BMSCs+penicillamine group were especially obvious ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion: Penicillamine combined with BMSCs was effective in the improvement of liver functions of hepatolenticular degeneration combined liver fibrosis.

RESUMO

Objective To evaluate the effect of bone marrow stem cells (BMSCs) transplantation in the treatment of hepatolenticular degeneration of liver fibrosis. Methods Sixty cases with confirmed hepatolenticular degeneration of liver fibrosis were randomly divided into 3 groups: penicillamine group [40 mg/(kg·d)], BMSCs group and BMSCs + penicillamine group. Autologous BMSCs (2 mL) were injected into vein with normal saline (100 mL). Liver tissue pathology biopsy was inspected and the changes in HA, PCⅢ, LN, CⅣ, TIMP-1 and MMP-1 were observed at 0, 4th, 8th and 12th week during the therapeutic process. Results The level of serum fibrotic markers were reduced in every group , while the changes in BMSCs + penicillamine group were especially obvious (P < 0.05). Conclusion Penicillamine combined with BMSCs was effective in the therapy of hepatolenticular degeneration of liver fibrosis.

RESUMO

CD47 is a pluripotent molecule which plays a key role in the process of tumor immune escape.Blocking CD47 signal pathway can activate the macrophages to phagocytose tumor cells, which becomes a promising way for tumor immunotherapy.Monoclonal antibodies targeting CD47 have been the new focus during recent years.Present researches are carried out successfully, however it still needs more work before the clinical application of monoclonal antibodies targeting CD47.

RESUMO

Purpose The aim is to purify the peptide with antifu ngal activity from Aspergillus fumigatus culture fluid. Methods The pept ide was separated by ion exchange column chromatography and further purified by r everse phase HPLC,and the molecular weight was determined by tricine gel electro phoresis. Results A kind of peptide(FIP) with antifungal activit y wa s separated. The molecular weight was about 8 000. The detection result by MTT method showed significant antifungal activity of the peptide to 5 kinds of fung i.Conclusion The study provided a reliable basis for developin g drug and antiseptic.
