RESUMO

Objective:To synthesize the findings of qualitative research on the treatment experience of cancer patients receiving immune checkpoint inhibitors therapy to provide a basis for developing relevant health education strategies and other supportive care interventions. Methods:Qualitative research on the treatment experience of cancer patients receiving immune checkpoint inhibitors therapy, published by May 2022, were searched in English and Chinese databases, including Cochrane Library, PubMed, Embase, PsycINFO, CINAHL, Web of Science, CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, and CBM. The quality of the included studies was evaluated by Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal Tool for qualitative studies. The research results were summarized and Meta-synthesis using the pooled integration method. Results:A total of 13 articles were included and 62 findings were grouped into 12 new categories according to their similarities. These 12 categories resulted in 4 synthesized findings: life was affected, facing multiple decision scenarios, presence of some unmet needs and gaining positive experiences and personal growth. Conclusions:Although patients experience some positive experiences, a large proportion of them experience significant health distress. Healthcare professionals should develop targeted health education with supportive care strategies on the basis of a comprehensive assessment.

RESUMO

Objective:To summarize the research on the application of online health community-based user personain the field of cancer at home and abroad, so as to provide reference for the related research and application in this field in the future. Methods:Computer search of CNKI, China biomedical literature database, VIP, Wanfang, Web of Science, Embase, MEDLINE, PubMed, CINAHL, Cochrane Library, a total of 10 Chinese and English databases, focused on the relevant research on building user personas based on online health communities in the field of cancer, and the search time limit was from the establishment of the database to April 20, 2022. Literature was screened, data extracted and summarized. Results:Totally 11 literatures were included. The construction process of user persona based on online health community included data collection, tag extraction and persona presentation. The functional diversity and implementation feasibility were showed in the application content in the field of cancer. It can quickly identify the differences in health information needs of cancer patients, provide personalized decision support and nursing services, strengthen health information education, and improve patients′ self-management ability. Conclusions:The integration of user persona and cancer field based on online health community was in the initial exploration stage, and the feasibility and effectiveness of promoting patients′ health behavior were confirmed by existing studies. In the future, it is still necessary to be promoted in the empirical research on its application in clinical practice, so as to lay a foundation for providing targeted patient health management programs in the future.

RESUMO

ObjectiveTo explore the psychosocial factors affecting pregnancy reactions of primipara, so as to alleviate pregnancy reactions in early pregnancy stage. MethodsBasic information scale, Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90), Pregnancy Pressure Scale (PPS) and Pregnancy-unique Quantification of Emesis and Nausea (PUQE) were used to assess the primiparas in a hospital from April to June 2020, thereafter, multiple linear regression was used to screen the main psychosocial factors affecting pregnancy reaction. ResultsA total of 100 pregnant women completed the survey, and the scores of PUQE, PPS and SCL-90 were (4.39±1.14), (10.89±6.94) and (112.75±22.27), respectively. Analysis showed that the pregnancy reactions were mild in 93 cases (93%), moderate in 6 cases (6%) and severe in 1 case (1%). One-way ANOVA results showed that there was no significant difference in PUQE score among primipara of different age, working status, education levels and average annual family incomes (F=0.57, 0.07, 0.89, 0.51, P>0.05). Multifactorial regression analysis showed that pregnancy stress, SCL-90 score, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, depression levels, hostility, paranoia and others had statistical significance (P<0.05 or 0.01). ConclusionThe main psychosocial factors influencing pregnancy reaction are the pregnancy stress and psychosomatic symptoms including obsessive-compulsive symptoms, depression levels, paranoia, hostility, sleep status, diet and others.

RESUMO

Objective To explore the related risk factors of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) in Uygurs population of Xinjiang area. Methods A total of 966 Uygurs individuals undergoing physical examination in the First Affiliated Hospital and physical examination center of Xinjiang Medical University were collected and performed the questionnaire investigation, blood biochemical detection and B-type ultrasound examination;the subjects were divided into the NAFLD group (569 cases) and non-NAFLD group (397 cases) according to the physical examination situation. The NAFLD group was performed the correlation analysis of risk factors according to the body mass index (BMI) and waist to height ratio (WHtR) stratification. Results BMI and WHtR had statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05);overweight(OR =2.527,P<0.05) and obesity(OR=1.938,P<0.05) were the risk factors of NAFLD.The multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that BMI,fasting plasma glucose (FPG) and triacylglycerol (TG) were associated with NAFLD(P<0.05) and the risk factors of NAFLD.Conclusion BMI,WHtR,FPG and TG are the risk factors of NAFLD,and have a certain clinical significance in the evaluation and prediction of NAFLD high risk population.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Improving survival of random skin flaps has important implications of reconstruction, and various kinds of agents have been tested for this purpose. In this study, the effects of Xuebijing (XBJ) injection on random skin flap survival in rats were evaluated. MATERIALS AND METHODS: McFarlane flaps were established in 40 rats divided into two groups. XBJ was injected into the test group, and the same concentration of saline was injected into controls. Tissues were stained with hematoxylin and eosin stain and immunohistochemically evaluated, and the survival area of the flaps, superoxide dismutase, and malondialdehyde contents were examined. RESULTS: Compared with the control group, we found the mean survival area of the flaps in the test group was significantly larger, expression of vascular endothelial growth factor and superoxide dismutase activity increased markedly in the test group, malondialdehyde level in the test group was significantly lower, and the hematoxylin and eosin-stained slices showed that inflammation was clearly inhibited in the test group. CONCLUSIONS: In summary, XBJ improved survival of random skin flaps.
