RESUMO
Study of homeostasis in patients with extended pulmonary tuberculosis revealed suppression of immunologic reactivity accompanied with a decrease of values for the system of fibrinolysis. Prognostic criteria of favourable and chronic course of this morbid condition were established. The use of fibrin-stabilizing factors, along with the activators of fibrinolysis, and vasoactive substances, in the combined treatment of this patient population was pathogenetically documented.
