RESUMO
Se realizó un estudio descriptivo de corte con el objetivo de determinar los factores psicosociales que favorecen el inicio del consumo de bebidas alcohólicas presentes en los adolescentes del IPU Batalla de Jigüe del municipio Bartolomé Masó Márquez en el período septiembre 2013 a mayo 2014. El universo estuvo constituido por 206 estudiantes. La muestra quedó conformada por 68 adolescentes, seleccionados de forma aleatoria. Para obtener la información se aplicó el inventario de autoestima de Cooper Smith y un cuestionario diseñado para identificar los factores psicosociales que favorecen el inicio del consumo del alcohol en la adolescencia. Se obtuvieron como resultados que el 88,23 por ciento refirió presentar dificultades para el empleo de su tiempo libre. El 97,05 por ciento de los adolescentes expresó que la mayoría de sus amigos les gusta consumir bebidas alcohólicas. En el 73,53 por ciento estuvo presente el factor dificultades para resistir las presiones de su grupo de amigos. Se destacó la presencia del factor macrosocial dificultades en el empleo adecuado del tiempo libre. La influencia del grupo de amigos con conductas de riesgo resultó el factor microsocial que más se identificó en la muestra de estudio. El factor personal que más estuvo presente fue la dificultad para resistir las presiones de su grupo de amigos(AU)
It was performed a descriptive study with the objective to determine the psychosocial factors that favor the onset of alcohol use in adolescents of the Pre University School Batalla de Jigue at Bartolome Masó Márquez municipality in the period of September 2013 to May 2014. The universe was constituted by 206 students. The sample was formed by 68 adolescents selected at random. For the information it was applied the self- esteem Cooper Smith inventory and a questionnaire designed to identify the psychosocial factors that favor the onset of alcohol use in adolescents. As results we can say that 88.23 percent of the students referred that they had some difficulties when planning their free time. 97.05 percent of them expressed that most of their friends like alcoholic drinks. In 73.53 percent it was present the difficulty factor to resist the pressure of their group of friends. It was remarkable the macrosocial factor regarding the difficulties in the proper use of the free time. The influence of the group of friends with risk behavior was the microsocial factor especially identified in the sample of study. The personal factor mainly presented was the difficulty to resist the pressure of the group of friends(EU)
