[23-year course of lymphomatoid papulosis with transition into T-cell cutaneous lymphoma]. / 23-Letni przebieg papulosis lymphomatoides z przejsciem w lymphoma cutaneum T-cellulare.

A 63-year old patient who had suffered from mild lymphomatoid papulosis with periods of relapse and spontaneous remissions is presented. After 23 years of that chronic dermatosis he developed a malignant lymphoma covering skin, lymph nodes and internal organs, which was confirmed by histopathological examination. Despite intensive chemo and X-ray therapy the patient died. The importance of continuous follow-up of usually benign lymphomatoid papulosis is stressed.

[Therapeutic trial with fucidin in systemic scleroderma]. / Therapieversuch mit Fucidin bei systemischer Sklerodermie.

The signs and symptoms in systemic sclerosis were improved by systemic therapy with fucidine. In patients with untreated systemic sclerosis, asparaginic acid and glutaminic acid were increased in blood serum and asparagine and glutamine decreased. These compounds with fucidine therapy normalized.

Treatment of systemic scleroderma with fucidine with regard to some free amino acids contents before and after therapy.

In 7 patients with systemic scleroderma and acroscleroderma improvement was observed after the administration of fucidine. In the same time 4 amino acids contents, which had been abnormal prior to the therapy, normalized.

[Occupational dermatoses in workers of a prefabricated houses' factory]. / Berufsdermatosen bei den Arbeitern einer Fertighausfabrik.

Dermatological examinations in workers of the Dwelling Houses Factory were performed 1-5 years apart. On the whole 1011 subjects have been examined. The most frequent professional disease was oil acne brought about by the contact with anti-adhesive oils. The effects of the kind of anti-adhesive oils, the post at work (degree of exposure to the contact with oil) as well as the work period on the acne changes have been analyzed. It was found that the most acnogenic preparation was formol, then ceramic oil while isoform proved to be much less active. It was shown that the longer the work period the more decreased the oil acne morbidity. A low percentage of allergic contact eruption (1.8%) is probably related to the highly mechanized production cycle.
