RESUMO

In the present research, novel lanthanide coordination compounds [DyL(PhCOO)(CH3OH)](ClO4)2·(CH3OH)2 (1) were characterized by the compression of 2,6-diformyl-4-methyl-phenol (dmp) and 1,3-diamino-2-propanol using benzoate as the secondary ligand, where L indicates the deprotonated macrocyclic ligand. Through the high structural rigidity driven by the coordination of the macrocyclic ligand formed by condensation in methanol solution and sodium benzoate with Dy(ClO4)3·6H2O, compound 1 exhibits outstanding cyan-emitting fluorescence performance and potential applications as a fluorescent material. Additionally, hyaluronic acid (HA)/ carboxymethyl chitosan (CMCS) hydrogels were prepared with loaded resveratrol metal-organic complexes according to the synthetic chemical approach. In biological study, we evaluated the effect of hydrogels on oxidative stress on human dermal fibroblasts. Examined by molecular docking simulation, the results showed that the binding interactions were from the phenol group, the carboxyl group and also the "-N=" group, indicating Dy metal complex has excellent biological capability.

RESUMO

There has been an upsurge in signs of gloom, tension, dietary problems, and other dysfunctional behaviors in undergrad populaces lately. At the same time, the need for advisory services is constantly increasing. Some have interpreted these patterns as mental health emergencies that require immediate investigation and the development of possible treatments to meet the needs of students. Later, other studies have linked the observed increase in side effects to shape individual shape enhancement, especially the widespread use of web-based entertainment, and the time spent on such development is clearly a decrease in psychological well-being. Showed to be related while the use of personalized computing innovations has drastically changed the scene in which undergrads interact with one another and appears to have a significant impact on emotional wellness. Similar advances also offer various opportunities for psychological well-being improvement and dysfunctional behaviour treatment. In this segment, we examine the hardships and open doors for undergrad psychological wellness that PC gadgets give. We accentuate potential for extra examination in this field, as well as ways for people and associations to draw in more benefits with these advances in valuable and health-advancing ways.

RESUMO

Syphilis is an important health problem worldwide; however, few studies have probed the impact of syphilitic infection on T cell turnover. The mechanisms behind the frequency of T cell subset changes and the associations between these subsets during syphilitic infection remain unclear. Herein, we used a cell-staining method and flow cytometry to explore changes in T cell subpopulations and potential contribution of apoptosis and pyroptosis that triggered therein. We investigated caspase-1-mediated pyroptosis and caspase-3-mediated apoptosis of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, the major effector lymphocytes with pivotal roles in the pathogenesis of infectious diseases. We found that the levels of caspase-1 and caspase-3 increased in both the circulation and intracellularly in CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. Caspase-1 showed a continual increase from early latent stage infection through to phase 2 disease, whereas caspase-3 increased through to phase 1 disease but declined during phase 2. In addition, serum levels and intracellular expression of caspase-1 and caspase-3 were positively correlated. Overall, this study increases our understanding of how syphilitic infection influences CD4+ and CD8+ T-cell turnover, which may help with designing novel and effective strategies to control syphilis infection and prevent its transmission.
