RESUMO

Objective@#To investigate and analyze the drinking water quality among rural primary and secondary schools in Guanzhong area in 2018, and to provide a basis for the targeted improvement of water supply facilities.@*Methods@#Develop a questionnaire on the basic situation of centralized water supply in rural schools, according to the Standard Test Method for Drinking Water (GB/T 5750—2006) and the Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water (GB 5749—2006) for the rural school network in Guanzhong area. The peripheral water collection and testing carried out single factor and multifactor statistical analysis on the relationship between water quality influencing factors and water quality pass rate.@*Results@#The total qualified rate of drinking water quality in rural schools in Guanzhong area was 59.1%. Univariate analysis showed that water quality rate was affected by four factors including water source type, engineering type, sanitation permit and disinfection equipment use, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Unconditional two-class logistic regression analysis showed that disinfection (OR=3.14), engineering type (OR=2.05), and sanitation permit (OR=1.99)(P<0.05) affected the water quality pass rate.@*Conclusion@#It is recommended to further strengthen the investment in the renovation of water supply for rural schools in Guanzhong area, and specifically strengthen water supply treatment and standard disinfection.

RESUMO

To investigate the effects of soluble fms-like tyrosine kinase-1 on the vascular mimicry formation, proliferation, migration, and invasion of colorectal cancer SW480 cells. The recombinant plasmid pBLAST49-sFLT-1 or pBLAST49 control plasmid was transfected into SW480 cells to obtain hsFLT-1-SW480 or Ctrl-SW480 cells. The three-dimensional model culture, sulforhodamine B assay, scratch assay, and Transwell assay were performed to detect the vascular mimicry formation, proliferation, migration, and invasion of colorectal cancer SW480 cells, respectively. Western blotting was used to detect the expression of vascular endothelial-cadherin protein. Compared with Ctrl-SW480 cells, vascular mimicry formation ((0.85 ± 0.04) vs (7.40 ± 0.69), p < 0.05) and vascular endothelial-cadherin expression ((1.25 ± 0.08) vs (1.89 ± 0.03), p < 0.05) were significantly decreased, and the growth rate was also significantly decreased in hsFLT-1-SW480 cells ((32.54 ± 5.12) vs (88.13 ± 11.52), p < 0.05). Moreover, the migration ((0.46 ± 0.08) vs (0.94 ± 0.03), p < 0.05) and invasion capacity ((59.14 ± 3.64) vs (134.85 ± 10.16), p < 0.05) of SW480 cells were significantly inhibited upon soluble fms-like tyrosine kinase-1 transfection. soluble fms-like tyrosine kinase-1 inhibits cell proliferation, migration, and invasion of colorectal cancer SW480 cells through suppression of vascular mimicry formation, which provides a good basis for the development of new drugs for the treatment of colorectal cancer by targeting both angiogenesis and vascular mimicry formation.

RESUMO

Objective:To understand whether or not biofeedback therapy(BT)and cue- exposure therapy(CET)could decrease craving and heroin-related cue reactivity in abstinent heroin dependents. Methods:Adopting stratified sampling means,60 abstinent heroin dependents whose craving increased after cue exposed, were allocated to experiment group(n=36)and control group(n=24).The control group dependents received assistance and education.Beside the assistance and education, the experiment group also received 12 times combination therapies of BT and CET.Results:After therapies, the experiment group dependents' craving,EMG and skin conductance(SC)were all decreased compared with control group before cue exposures and after cue exposures[Before cue exposures, the indexes were:craving(3.06±7.26)mm vs.(22.32±20.26)mm;EMG(8.52±4.23)μV vs.(12.06±5.17)μV,SC(2.14±1.43)μS vs.(4.61±2.24)μS.After cue exposures the indexes were:craving(6.97±10.30)mm vs.(33.14±25.40)mm,MEG(8.72±4.31)μV vs.(14.79±5.86)μV,SC(2.15±1.33)μS vs.(4.49±2.59)μS;Ps≤0.01.Conclusion:The combination of biofeedback therapy and cue-exposure therapy could decrease the dependents' craving and cue reactivity sensitivity.
