RESUMO

Objective To analyze the CT features of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis and its relationship with glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc) level. Methods A total of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis were selected from January 2015 to January 2017 in the Second Hospital of Datong Coal Mine Group LTD.According to the level of HbA1 c,the patients were divided into three groups,of which A group(HbA1c < 7%) 32 cases,B group(HbA1c,7% ~ 9%)40cases,C group (HbA1c >9%)48cases.MSCT examinations were performed before treatment and 6 months after treatment. The morphological characteristics and therapeutic effects of pulmonary lesions were compared among the three groups. Results The mean lesiondiameter of C group [(6.1 ± 2.1) cm] was significantly higher than that of A group [(3.4 ± 1.2) cm] and B group [(4.3 ± 1.7) cm],which of B group was significantly higher than that of A group, the differences were statistically significant (t =9.478,6.735,3.039,all P < 0.05).The large shadow (83.3 %),multiple cavities (83.3 %),and cavitation(75.0%) in C group were significantly higher than those in A group and B group, which in B group were significantly higher than those in A group, the differences were statistically significant(x2 =9.525,7.018,6.865,all P < 0.05).The proportion of lymph node enlargement in C group(83.3%) was significantly higher than that in A group, the difference was statistically significant(x2 =4.444,P < 0.05).After 6 months of standardized anti tuberculosis treatment, the effective rate of C group(68.8%) was significantly lower than that of B group(85.0%)and A group (100.0%),which of B group was significantly lower than that of A group, the difference were statistically significant (x2 =5.236,12.308,3.171,all P < 0.05).Conclusion The CT features of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis are closely related to the level of HbAlc.With the increase of HbAlc level, the diameter of lung lesions increased and invasively increased.

RESUMO

Objective To establish a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatograph ( RP-HPLC ) method for determination of equilibrium solubility and oil/water partition coeficient of phloridzin in different solvents. Methods A RP-HPLC method was established to detect the concentration of phloridzin in water and different organic solvents. The partition coefficients in the n-octanol-water/buffer solution systems of phloridzin were determined by shaking flask method. The Inertsil ODS-3 (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5μm) column was used and the detection wavelength was 284 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL??min-1, and acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid(30??70)was used as mobile phase. Results The equilibrium solubility of phloridzin was 2.07 mg??mL-1 in water and 838.63 mg??mL-1 in methanol at 25 ℃.A good linear relationship of phloridzin was obtained within the range of 0.054 9-1.098 0 μg.The regression equation was Y=2 152.9X+7.26 (r=0.999 9).The solubility values of phloridzin were higher in ethanol and propylene glycol than in other solvents. Conclusion RP-HPLC method is simple, quick and accurate for the determination of phloridzin.Phloridzin was almost insoluble in petroleum ether and poorly soluble in water. The equilibrium solubility is higher in methanol than in other solvents. The apparent distribution coefficient of phloridzin varies significantly with pH under the alkaline conditions but less in the acidic solution.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the changes of serum N-terminal proBNP (NT-proBNP) ,carbohydrate antigen 125(CA-125) and high sensitive CRP(Hs-CRP) levels in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF) ,to evaluate the severity of CHF using the three markers alone or in combination .Methods A total of 62 patients with CHF(CHF group) from our hospital were select-ed .Among them ,13 cases were in NYHA class Ⅱ ,27 cases were in class Ⅲ and 22 cases were in class Ⅳ .The control group in-cluded 54 patients without CHF .Serum levels of NT-proBNP ,CA-125 and Hs-CRP were detected in CHF group and control group . The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) were detected by echocardiography .Results The serum levels of NT-proBNP ,CA-125 and Hs-CRP of CHF group before treatment were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0 .01) ,and the serum levels increased with the degree of severity of heart failure .There were statistically significant difference among patients in NYHA classⅡ ,class Ⅲ and class Ⅳ (P< 0 .01) .There was a high correlation between NT-proBNP ,CA-125 and LVEF (NT-proBNP vs . LVEF ,r=0 .934 ,P<0 .01 ;CA-125 vs .LVEF ,r=0 .878 ,P<0 .01) ,a low correlation between Hs-CRP and LVEF(r=0 .437 ,P<0 .05) .Compared with the single marker detection ,the combined detection of NT-proBNP ,CA-125 and Hs-CRP increased the AUC .Conclusion The combined detection of NT-proBNP ,CA-125 and Hs-CRP can increase the value of the observed severity of heart failure .

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To study the optimum supercritical- fluid extraction technique for Xiangjiang Granula essential oil. METHODS: The orthogonal test was adopted to optimize the extraction process using the content of Ligustilide and the yield rate of essential oil as indicators, and 95% ethanol as co- solvents. The content of Ligustilide was determined by HPLC, using Phenomenex Luna C18( 250nm? 4. 6nm, 5? m) as column and methanol- 0. 5% glacial acetic acid( 30∶ 70) as mobile phase, with the detection wavelength set at 280 nm. RESULTS: The optimal extraction conditions were: temperature at 50℃ , pressure at 45MPa, extraction time for 3h, and 95% ethanol as co- solvents. The Ligustilide had a good linearty relationship between 5. 1~ 25. 5? g? mL- 1( r=0. 999 8) . CONCLUSIONS: This technique is easy, convenient and workable, and can provide theoretical support for production.
