RESUMO

Materials exhibiting high-performance electromagnetic wave absorption have garnered considerable scientific and technological attention, yet encounter significant challenges. Developing new materials and innovative structural design concepts is crucial for expanding the application field of electromagnetic wave absorption. Particularly, hierarchical structure engineering has emerged as a promising approach to enhance the physical and chemical properties of materials, providing immense potential for creating versatile electromagnetic wave absorption materials. Herein, an exceptional multi-dimensional hierarchical structure was meticulously devised, unleashing the full microwave attenuation capabilities through in situ growth, self-reduction, and multi-heterogeneous interface integration. The hierarchical structure features a three-dimensional carbon framework, where magnetic nanoparticles grow in situ on the carbon skeleton, creating a necklace-like structure. Furthermore, magnetic nanosheets assemble within this framework. Enhanced impedance matching was achieved by precisely adjusting component proportions, and intelligent integration of diverse interfaces bolstered dielectric polarization. The obtain Fe3O4-Fe nanoparticles/carbon nanofibers/Al-Fe3O4-Fe nanosheets composites demonstrated outstanding performance with a minimum reflection loss (RLmin) value of - 59.3 dB and an effective absorption bandwidth (RL ≤ - 10 dB) extending up to 5.6 GHz at 2.2 mm. These notable accomplishments offer fresh insights into the precision design of high-efficient electromagnetic wave absorption materials.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Postpartum depression (PPD) is a common psychological disease among puerperal women, and postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction is a common disease among pregnant women. The occurrence of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction will increase the incidence of PPD. AIM: To explore the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing combined with electrical stimulation of pelvic floor muscles and the rectus abdominis on PPD. METHODS: From April 2020 to January 2022, 100 parturients with a rectus abdominis muscle separation distance > 2.0 cm who underwent reexamination 6 wk after delivery at our hospital were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into either an observation group (n = 50) or a control group (n = 50). There was no significant difference in the general data between the two groups (P > 0.05). Both groups were treated by electrical stimulation. The observation group was additionally treated by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing. A self-designed Depression Knowledge Questionnaire was used to evaluate the awareness of knowledge on depression in all patients 3 wk after intervention. The Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) was used to evaluate the depression before intervention and 1 wk and 3 wk after intervention, and the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS-8) was used to evaluate the medication compliance. SPSS19.0 was used for statistical analyses. RESULTS: The rate of awareness of knowledge on depression in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The scores of MMAS-8 were comparable between the two groups before intervention (P > 0.05), but were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group at 1 wk and 3 wk after intervention (P < 0.05). The HAMD scores were comparable between the two groups before intervention (P > 0.05), but were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group at 1 wk and 3 wk after intervention (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing combined with electrical stimulation of pelvic floor muscles and the rectus abdominis is effective in the treatment of postpartum depression and worthy of clinical promotion.

RESUMO

The preparation of geopolymer from alkaline solid waste instead of strong alkali presents the disadvantage of low early strength. However, improving the early mechanical properties of the geopolymer to meet the engineering requirements is challenging. In this paper, the effects of different moulding pressures and curing methods on the properties of red mud-ground granulated blast furnace slag activated by municipal solid waste incineration fly ash (MSWIFA)-carbide slag (CRMG) were studied and evaluated in terms of compressive strength and XRD, FTIR, SEM, and MIP techniques analysis. The results showed that the moulding pressure of 30 MPa could increase the compressive strength at 3 d by 182% and decrease the porosity from 30.28% to 27.38%. These results are attributable to the fact that the moulding pressure causes the particles to be tightly bound and promotes the geopolymerisation reaction. High-temperature (HT) curing could accelerate the hydration reaction and increase the compressive strength at 3 d by 133.7% and 141.6% compared with those obtained by water curing (WC) and room-temperature (RT) curing, respectively. Microscopic analyses showed that HT curing can promote the generation of C-(A)-S-H gel, geopolymer gel and hydrate calcium chloroaluminate (HCC), fill the pores, and increase the structure's compactness. Finally, the proposed method was verified by synthesising geopolymer pavement bricks (GPB), and the compressive strength at 3 d was found to reach 54 MPa under an optimal curing method (moulding pressure of 30 MPa, 90 °C for 12 h). Compared with concrete pavement bricks, GPB presents broad application prospects for saving economic costs and protecting the environment. The results provide a theoretical basis and technical support for the application of CRMG in rapid demoulding projects such as unfired bricks.

RESUMO

Objective: To explore the role of high-quality nursing on blood glucose, pregnancy outcome, and neonatal complications in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods: Altogether, 148 patients with GDM admitted to our hospital were selected as the research participants, 83 of whom received high-quality nursing as the observation group (OG). Another 65 patients received only routine care as the control group (CG). The blood sugar level, blood pressure value, and adverse pregnancy outcomes of the OG and the CG of patients after intervention were compared. The changes of psychological state and nursing satisfaction of the OG and the CG of patients were observed. The blood lipid level and neonatal complications of the OG and the CG were detected. Results: The blood sugar level of the OG was lower than that of the CG (P < 0.05). The systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of patients in the OG were lower than those in the CG after nursing intervention (P < 0.05). The abnormal delivery rate in the CG was evidently higher than that in the OG (P < 0.05). After intervention, SAS and SDS scores in the OG were lower than those in the CG (P < 0.05). The number of people who needed improvement and were dissatisfied in the OG was evidently lower than that in the CG (P < 0.05). TG and LDL-C in the OG were lower than those in the CG (P < 0.05). The total incidence of complications in the CG was evidently higher than that in the OG (P < 0.05). Conclusion: High-quality nursing can reduce blood sugar and blood pressure of GDM patients and has a great protective effect on maternal and infant health, which is worthy of clinical practice.

RESUMO

Flame-retardant, thermal insulation, mechanically robust, and comprehensive protection against extreme environmental threats aerogels are highly desirable for protective equipment. Herein, inspired by the core (organic)-shell (inorganic) structure of lobster antenna, fire-retardant and mechanically robust aramid fibers@silica nanocomposite aerogels with core-shell structures are fabricated via the sol-gel-film transformation and chemical vapor deposition process. The thickness of silica coating can be well-defined and controlled by the CVD time. Aramid fibers@silica nanocomposite aerogels show high heat resistance (530 °C), low thermal conductivity of 0.030 W·m-1·K-1, high tensile strength of 7.5 MPa and good flexibility. More importantly, aramid fibers@silica aerogels have high flame retardancy with limiting oxygen index 36.5. In addition, this material fabricated by the simple preparation process is believed to have potential application value in the field of aerospace or high-temperature thermal protection.

RESUMO

INTRODUCTION: A refined nursing process is utilized to formulate a detailed early postsurgical activity plan. The postsurgical activity aims to conduct focused and planned interventions to address the early postoperative activities of patients, enhance the awareness and compliance of the patients through the early postsurgical activities. Currently, in traditional clinical practice, there is no clear evidence showing the effect of initial postsurgical actions related to the rehabilitation of inpatients undertaking abdominal operations. The present study will systematically evaluate how initial postsurgical actions impact the rehabilitation of patients undertaking abdominal operation through the analysis of relevant domestic and foreign literature. OBJECTIVE: Analyze the how initial postsurgical actions impact the rehabilitation of abdominal surgery inpatients. METHODS AND ANALYSIS: The present systematic study will retrieve randomized controlled trials and case-control studies from online databases. The retrieved studies will describe the initial postsurgical activities in inpatients undergoing abdominal surgery. Accordingly, the following databases are searched for the aforementioned types of studies: Cochrane library, China National of Knowledge Infrastructure, Web of Science, PubMed database, WanFang database, and Embase database. Studies from inception to August 19, 2021 will be searched. The quality evaluation and data extraction for the studies that will satisfy the inclusion criteria will be conducted by 2 independent researchers. A meta-analysis on the postoperative indicators will be performed using RevMan 5.3.5 software.
