In the structure of digestive diseases in children from 1.5 to 7 years on the 1st place are BD--70% on the 2nd--CG and CGD--14.7% on the 3rd chronic cholecystitis--8.9%, on the 4th FSD-5.9% and 5th place DU-0.5%. For dispensary observation in the children's clinic with digestive diseases consist of only 7.9 +/- 1.9% of children, which is 5.9 times lower than according to the active diagnostics data.
