Objective To study the effect of medical equipment on the first-aid and treatment for field wound in modern war.Methods Problems were collected and analyzed in inspecting medical equipment in frontier defense army.Results The development and quality of medical equipment affect the modern war and the health of commanders in different degrees.Conclusion Aiming at problems of military medical equipment,problems and countermeasures are proposed in the first-aid and treatment of field wound for the future.

Objective To discuss the principle and clinical application of microcomputer optometer.Methods The optometer is composed of singlechip,handle and LCD.The eyesight is examined by selecting exposure of random sample eye-chart mark 'E' within direction keys on the handle.Results The optometer has the merits of simple manipulation,exact result,small cubage,AC/DC power supply and so on.Besides,it prevents the testee from remembering eye-chart.Conclusion The optometer can be extensively used in hospital,school,every work unit or even family.

Objective To introduce the function characteristics and clinical application of PET/CT.Methods The technical performance of PET/CT was analyzed and its development trend was expected.Results PET/CT reflected physiology,pathology,biochemistry and metabolism of physical tissue at molecule level,and multi-slice CT images displayed subtle anatomic structure.Conclusion PET/CT achieves the combination of PET and CT images,which have significant diagnosis capability and clinical application value.

Objective To introduce the display principle and clinical application of PET-CT. Methods The display principle of PET-CT was analyzed. Results The status of tissue or organ were showed by using PET in the form of dissection images and the relative physiological parameters. Advanced CT technology exactly locates and indicates anatomic and functional information of target tissue or organ. Objective To design a multifunctional laryngeal mask development and can be used in clinical tracheobronchial foreign body removal, surgical lung lavage, lung surgery to stop bleeding and lung biopsy. Methods Three-way Laryngeal Mask is improved base on the traditional laryngeal mask, it adds a three-way channel(adapter), one end(port) of the threeway channel connected with the laryngeal mask, another end covered the seal cap from which can insert the fiberoptic bronchoscope or endoscope, one another end is a 15mm standard interface for connecting with the respiratory machine or anesthetic machine. The fiberopticscope or other kinds of endoscope will be inserted from the end of seal cap through the laryngeal mask body, the glottis enters trachea to bronchus. The standard end can be connected with the respiratory machine, in the process of operation can adjust the ventilation by manual control or machine-controlled. Results Through the clinical application testing, the use of the multifunctional laryngeal mask for all lung diseases surgery is successful completely, the degree of satisfaction is 100% and the effect of ventilation is excellent. Conclusion The multifunctional laryngeal mask can be widely used in the clinical various lung disease operation with safe, reliable, effective and advantages of fewer complications, which significantly expand the traditional use of laryngeal mask and considerably increase the security of anesthesia and operation.

Objective To provide precise data of encephalic pressure of the patients with higher encephalic pressure.Methods Through a hole bored in the proper position on the top of skull,a 1mm vessel,full of physiological saline,was inserted into the ventricle,whose outside was connected with the sensor through a 3-way stop cock.The sensor transformed the pressure into electrical signals and transmitted them to micro-computer C8051F020 for data processing.The value of pressure was then displayed on the LCD.Results Real-time and precise detection could be acquired by this intracranial pressure gage.Conclusion The digital intracranial pressure gage is easy-to-operate,simple and portable.

Objective To develop a new optometer controlled by micro-computer.Methods With AT89C51 single-chip as hardware and programmed by C language,the instrument applied,the optometer adopted LCD and international standard optotype.The optotype had 14 lines of object-finders,and only one line of random characters was displayed on the screen every time.The optometry distance was 3m.All procedures were controlled by singlechip.Results The case of memorizing eye-chart was avoided and the optometry was every simple.Conclusion The instrument eliminates mirror used for optometry short distance,and the optometry results can be stored and printed.It also has the merits of small volume,precise manufacture,simple operation,low cost and AC/DC power supply.
