RESUMO

To investigate the effects of different ratios of organic and chemical fertilizers on the yield and quality of Epimedium pubescens,so as to provide a scientific basis for the fertilization of high-yield and high-quality E. pubescens cultivation. In this experiment,a field plot test was conducted, and CK(without fertilizer) was set as the control group, with five treatment groups with different ratios of organic fertilizers and chemical fertilizers set up,namely OF0(100% chemical fertilizers),OF25(25% organic fertilizers),OF50(50% organic fertilizers),OF75(75% organic fertilizers),and OF100(100% organic fertilizers). The effects of different fertilization patterns on the agronomic traits, yield, effective component content, nutrient accumulation, and soil physicochemical properties of E. pubescens were determined, and the yield and quality of the medicinal herb were comprehensively evaluated by using the CRITIC weights method. It was found that the herb yield of each treatment group was significantly increased compared with the CK group, although the yield of the groups with both organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer was slightly lower than that of OF0. However, there was no significant difference, which indicated that the organic fertilizer combined with chemical fertilizer could ensure the herb yield. With the increase in organic fertilizer ratios, the medicinal components epimedin A,epimedin B,and epimedin C showed a tendency of first increasing and then decreasing, with the highest content in the OF25,while icariin showed a rising trend, with the best in the OF100. However, overall, the total flavonol glycosides ABCI accumulated the most in the OF25. The results of the CRITIC method showed that the top three fertilization treatments in terms of the comprehensive scores of the medicinal herb were OF25,OF50,and OF75. Organic fertilizer combined with chemical fertilizer is conducive to improving the soil's fertilizer holding and supply capacity, and the soil indexes are optimal in OF100. The soil enzyme activity is the highest in OF75. Meanwhile, organic fertilizer combined with chemical fertilizer can help the plant's uptake and accumulation of nutrients, and OF25 shows the most obvious effect.By comprehensively considering the influence of different ratios of organic and chemical fertilizers on the yield, effective component content, nutrient accumulation, and other indexes of E. pubescens,it is recommended that a 25% ratio(7 500 kg·hm~(-2)) of organic fertilizers and chemical fertilizers should be used in E. pubescens production in the first year,so as to promote the E. pubescens industry to increase yield and improve quality.

RESUMO

To explore the suitable fertilizing pattern for Saposhnikovia divaricata in the genuine producing area, a field trial was carried out to investigate the changes in the yield and quality of medicinal materials and soil in different fertilization patterns, such as organic fertilizer substitution(organic fertilizer+NPK fertilizer) and chemical fertilizer reduction(organic fertilizer+NPK fertilizer decrement and organic fertilizer+NPK fertilizer decrement+soil conditioner). The comprehensive analysis of all treatments was based on the medicine quality evaluation data set and soil quality evaluation data set, respectively, by CRITIC weight method. The results showed that(1) the yield of S. divaricate increased by 4.93%-12.67% under the organic fertilizer substitution mode, and the yield increased by 44.43% under the treatment of chemical fertilizer reduction YHT15, which was higher than that of the organic fertilizer substitution mode.(2) The quality of S. divaricate under the two fertilization modes was superior to the standard in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, and the application of biochar was helpful to improve the quality of S. divaricate quality, with an increase of 82.83%-181.54%. CRITIC method analysis showed that fertilization treatments with high comprehensive scores were YHT15, YH30, and YH15.(3) Soil quality under the two fertilization modes was higher than that under the control. The fertilization treatments with higher comprehensive scores of soil quality were YHT15, YHT30, and YHT. The fertilization mode of adding biochar as soil conditioner, applying an appropriate amount of organic fertilizer, and reducing part of chemical fertilizer is the appropriate way to develop ecological plantation of S. divaricata in the Baicheng area in the western Jilin province. The specific fertilization mode is as follows. The basic fertilizer was 361 kg·hm~(-2) superphosphate+110 kg·hm~(-2) potassium sulfate+82 kg·hm~(-2) organic fertilizer+10 000 kg·hm~(-2) rice husk biochar, and urea was applied as top fertilizer three times, 29, 29, and 20 kg·hm~(-2), respectively.

RESUMO

This study proposes a red tide risk assessment method based on intercriteria correlation (CRITIC), technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS), assessment of estuarine trophic status (ASSETS) methods and Monte Carlo simulation (MCS) to calculate the probability of each risk level. The integrated TOPSIS-ASSETS method is used to calculate the risk levels of each year, where index weight is determined by CRITIC method. MCS method is employed to calculate the probability of each risk level. The results showed that level III to level V indicates high possibility of red tides in the case study area (Tolo Harbor). The highest risk rating was level V in 1988. The change of the risk level of red tide is consistent with the real situation of the occurrence of red tide. Another case of the east part of Skagerrak Strait shows that the results of this method are consistent with field situation. When there is an error between the evaluation results and the real situation, MCS can further suggest the probability of error in the evaluation results. Meanwhile, sensitivity analysis was used to test the performance of the evaluation model and two comparative methods. The results show that the proposed risk assessment method has better performance than other methods and can provide an effective risk evaluation for red tide management.
