RESUMO

Objective To analyze the trend of transitional care in recent ten years and to find the advantages and shortages in this field between home and abroad, so as to provide reference for nursing researchers in China. Methods The literatures about transitional care pub-lished from January, 2005 to August, 2016 from Web of Science and CNKI were retrieved, and the visualizing map was drawn by operating CiteSpaceⅡ. Results The annual number publication of transitional care steadily increased in the world in recent ten years. China issued a small amount of documents before 2012, and then the research of transitional care obviously increased, while the number was comparable to the international in 2015. USA played a leading role in the field;China issued only 2%of the total, ranking the 9th. By comparing domestic and foreign research hot topics, international transitional care studies paid more attention to nursing program and the effect, while China fo-cused on the research of the disease. Research frontier showed that international transitional care service expanded to more and more sub-jects gradually, and inclined to the continuation of management, community and family support nursing research, which was relatively lack in China. Conclusion In recent years, the research of transitional care received increasing attention in China, while the depth and breadth of study was still lacking. China should learn from foreign research hot topics and frontiers to explore transitional care system, and provied pa-tients discharged nursing support and self care knowledge, to enrich high quality nursing connotation.

RESUMO

By using the software CiteSpace Ⅱ,the paper makes a quantitative analysis and interpretation of research literatures on telemedicine in SCIE of Web of Science from three perspectives, namely the research hotspots, knowledge base and research fronts. The research hotspots of telemedicine mainly include tele-diagnosis,tele-monitoring and evaluation of the application effects of telemedicine. It sets forth key literatures representing the knowledge base one by one and reveals that most of them focus on clinical applications. The analysis of burst terms indicates that more attention has been paid to tele-monitoring and distance education of chronic diseases in recent years and mobile technology is one of the greatest driving forces for the development of telemedicine at the present stage.

RESUMO

This study was aimed to reveal current achievements and the future trend about Chinese materia medica (CMM) processing, which pointed future research direction for scholars.“CMM processing” was used as the subject term in document retrieval to the Web of Science (WoS) and CNKI. The CitespaceII and Ucinet & Netdraw were used to build mapping knowledge domains to acceptable both English and Chinese literature data. The results showed that the mapping knowledge for“CMM processing” for co-citation, source journal, author, key words and so on were established. It was concluded that the rapid present period of Chinese literature on CMM processing was earlier for around 15 years than English literature. And the total amount of English documents was much less than Chinese documents. Combing the developing process of CMM, it revealed its current achievements and future trend, which pointed future research direction for scholars, and moreover it put forward new thinking and method to summarize or expand traditional medicine and related research fields.

RESUMO

Objective To learn research cooperation and evolution process in the field of health management in China so as to provide evidence for decision-making.Methods A total of 2180 literatures were selected to investigate author affiliation, high output author, research cooperation, high frequency keywords, and research hotspot through information visualization tool CiteSpace Ⅱ.Results Domestic health management research literature had showed an increasing trend since 2007 and leveled off during recent 3 years (average annual output 446.7).A total of 4 216 authors contributed to 2 180 publications, resulting in an average number of authors per paper of 1.93.Researchers from all autonomous regions and municipalities in China had their health management research published (top five:Beijing,Jiangsu,Guangdong,Shanghai and Sichuan),expect for Qinghai,Tibet,Guizhou and Hainan.Forty-six authors had an occurrence frequency of ≥5.Forty-four keywords showed an occurrence frequency of ≥15 and centrality degree>0,including health check-up,health education, hypertension, diabetes, life behavior intervention and student health management. Conclusions Health management research have made a rapid progress in China during recent years.Increasing number of research institutions and teams have involved in health management research. However, scientific research cooperation in the field of health management is relatively loose, and interdisciplinary,cross-reginal and interagency cooperation is insufficient.

RESUMO

Objective To understand the evolution of health management research in China and 5-year development of Chinese Journal of Health Management.MethodsA total of 657 articles published in Chinese Journal of Health Management over the past 5 years were analyzed by using CiteSpace Ⅱ from the aspects of authors, organizations and fundings respectively.ResultsAbout1933authors and 625 organizations contributed to the publication of 657 articles.Every published article had 3 authors on average.Health management presentedin 24%articletitles.Fifty-four authorsshowed morethan 4 publications or a centrality of more than 0.HUANG Jian-shi,WU Liu-xin and ZENG Qiang showed higher productivity and centrality and cooperated well with BAI Shu-zhong,TIAN Jing-fa and HAN Jing.WANG Peiyu and DU Bing constituted their own collaboration team respectively.Authors with higher productivities were mainly from Institute of Aviation Medicine,Peking University Health Science Center,Beijing Physical Examination Center and Peking Union Medical College.Papers financially supported by national, provincial and other funding were increased over time.ConclusionOver half of publications presented in Chinese Journal of Health Management are directly related to health management, many of which are written by wellknown scholars.Taking Chinese Journal of Health Management as a platform, some research teams makeimportant contribution to promoting the development of health management.

RESUMO

Objective:To grasp the macro trend of the U.S.military medical advances through the knowledge mapping of 2 966 records in journal Military Medicine. Methods:CiteSpace Ⅱ running on Java platform was used. Results:Military medicine was closely related to federal medicine in the U.S.,and this relation was definite and clear. The missions of the U.S.military medical research institutions were different and were not obviously overlapping.A number of national agencies and military agencies as well as some experts formed the solid foundation for the development of military medicine. Key literature of military medicine could be visually displayed. The U.S. military medicine focused on combat casualties, PTSD, veteran affairs, dental emergencies and health promotion. Conclusion:Novelty, necessity and applicability of the knowledge mapping analysis method are displayed in the field of military medicine.
