RESUMO

Introduction: Currently in China, there is a lack of well-defined and viable incentive mechanisms at the governmental and hospital levels to support the development of young medical talents, thereby hindering their growth Existing studies primarily investigate the current state and trajectory of incentives, yet they inadequately address the distinctive characteristics of various stakeholders involved in medical talent incentive processes, particularly the lack of research on incentive mechanisms with Chinese attributes. Methods: This study adopts evolutionary game theory to investigate the dynamics of replication and the strategies for achieving evolutionary stability in the comprehensive development of young medical talents, considering both scenarios with and without supportive policies. Results: In the absence of any supportive policy measures, the evolutionarily stable strategy (ESS) point is O(0,0), the unstable equilibrium point is C(1,1), and the saddle points are A(0,1), B(1,0). The initial state of the system is at the unstable equilibrium point C(1,1), which means that the young medical talents and medical institutions adopt a combination of strategies (actively seeking comprehensive development and taking incentive measures). Under the scenario with supportive policies, the ESS point is C(1,1), the unstable equilibrium point is O(0,0), and the saddle points are A(0,1), B(1,0). The initial state of the system is at the unstable equilibrium point O(0,0), which means that young medical talents and medical institutions adopt (N,N) strategy combinations (inactively seeking comprehensive development, implementing no incentive measure). Discussion: (1) Government incentives play a crucial role in motivating young medical talents to seek comprehensive development. (2) The level of government incentive support for young medical talents should exceed the cost increment of individual efforts. Additionally, the policy support provided by the government to medical institutions should surpass the incentive support offered by these institutions to young medical talents. This will enhance the motivation and encouragement efforts of medical institutions in actively promoting comprehensive development among young medical talents. (3) With the backing of certain government incentive policies, medical institutions implementing incentive measures and young medical talents actively seeking comprehensive development will establish a virtuous cycle of mutual promotion.

RESUMO

With the rapid urbanization in recent decades, resource shortage and environmental damage have hindered the process of urban sustainable development (SD). As a yardstick of sustainable development, the evaluation of resources and environment carrying capacity (RECC) and its decoupling relationship with social comprehensive development index (SCDI) are of great significance. In this paper, RECC and SCDI are taken as research objects to establish resource and environment system evaluation index system and social comprehensive development level evaluation index system, respectively. Then, the RECC and SCDI of 17 cities in Hubei province during 2009-2018 are calculated by the projection pursuit model based on genetic algorithm, and their spatial-temporal variance characteristics are analyzed. On this basis, the RECC-SCDI Tapio decoupling model is constructed to explore the decoupling relationship between RECC and SCDI. The result shows that: (1) The RECC of Hubei shows a V-shaped development trend during 2009-2018. The SCDI of Hubei rose steadily during 2009-2018. (2) RECC in western and eastern Hubei Province is higher than that in central Hubei Province. SCDI in eastern and central Hubei Province is higher than that in the west. (3) 11 of the 17 cities in Hubei Province have got rid of excessive dependence on resources environment for social development. The study could contribute to scientific and effective policies be formulated by government to promote urban sustainable development.

RESUMO

Providing universal quality health services is one of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) to achieve by 2030. We evaluated the sustainable and coordinated development of urban and rural medical care from 2008-2017 in Dalian, China, by developing an evaluation system based on population and health services. We used a comprehensive development index model and a coupling coordination model to evaluate the status and sustainable development of population and medical services in Dalian. The overall level of population development index in urban areas was significantly lower than in rural areas in the past decade. Comparing the data for 2008 and 2017, Zhongshan District (-31.51%), Ganjingzi District (-25.67%), Lyshunkou District (-35.45%), and Pulandian District (-19.59%) posted significant declines in the population development index. The overall medical service development index for both urban and rural areas registered a steady upward trend. In terms of the relationship between population and medical services, a more pronounced coupling running-in stage was observed among urban areas than among rural areas. Among urban areas, the coupling running-in stage in Zhongshan District (2013-2016) and Shahekou District (2011-2014) was most pronounced, while among rural areas, Jinzhou District (2012-2016, 0.684~0.756) had the most distinct coupling running-in stage. In terms of coordination development, we found that both urban and rural areas experienced a long period of moderate coordination stage. Among urban areas, except for some middle and mountainous districts with unstable changes in the coordination degree, the overall development trend in the region showed a stable transition from moderate coordination stage towards high coordination stage. From 2008 to 2017, only the coordination degree in Jinzhou District (-9.17%) showed negative growth. Although considerable efforts have been initiated to improve the coordinated development of Dalian's urban and rural populations and its medical services, the medical and healthcare systems still face numerous challenges.

RESUMO

Since the core of talent training in modern society has changed from allowing students to master knowledge to adapting them to a lifelong learning society, this paper studied the innovation education in higher education by combining human comprehensive development theory and deep learning. First, this paper described the training needs of innovative education talents. Second, based on the human comprehensive development theory and deep learning, it puts forward views on innovative quality education in colleges and evaluates the students' deep learning status by designing a deep learning evaluation model. From the perspective of students, a questionnaire for student-side use was designed according to the deep learning evaluation scale so that students could understand their deep learning status, make improvements based on their current situation, and improve the level of deep learning, thereby obtaining the inspiration of innovation education in higher education. The research shows that the students' mastery of knowledge and skills is the highest, indicating that the mastery of students in this respect has reached the standard. Although the mean value obtained by the process and method is greater than the median, it is almost the same as the median, which indicates that the students' mastery of the process and method is still lacking and further efforts are needed. In terms of psychology and values, the mean value is the lowest among the three dimensions and less than the median, indicating that students are the weakest in this respect and further improvement is required. In addition, a new teaching evaluation method was designed based on human comprehensive development theory and deep learning, contributing to innovation education in higher education in China.

RESUMO

Objective To discuss the effect of early comprehensive development mode on physical, intelligence and mental development of premature infants, and explore the feasibility of comprehensive development mode of preterm infants generally applied in child care clinic. Methods 90 cases of premature infants in intervention group from the beginning of the hospital before the intervention, continuous monitoring and comprehensive intervention including general system health, parenting guidance, family activities, growth monitoring, intelligence assessment, individualized instruction, and so on, for the timely correction of the anomalies. The 90 infants in the control group were only given conventional child health care after 1 month of corrected age. Results The nervous system abnormalities were detected 192 person-times in control group, while 129 person-times in intervention group at 3 months old, the detected rate of nervous system anomaly was higher in the control group than that in the intervention group (χ2=14.574, P=0.000). The body length of the intervention group was (74.31± 2.34) cm, the control group was (72.82 ± 2.13) cm. The body weight of the intervention group was (9.42 ± 0.93) kg, the control group was (8.11 ± 0.90) kg at 12 months old. The growth of weight and length of intervention group were higher than those of control group. The difference was statistically significant ( t=4.467, 9.602, P < 0.05). The development quotient was also assessed, the big activity sport, fine motor, adaptability, social behavior, development quotient of intervention group were (96.40±7.83) points, (95.45± 7.87) points, (98.33±10.87) points, (105.65±7.51) points, (101.45±7.36) points, and the control group were (92.53±6.57) points, (89.27±8.02) points, (94.26±9.88) points, (100.31±8.13) points, (95.65±6.93) points. The difference was statistically significant (t=2.628-5.443, P < 0.05). Conclusions Application of integrated early childhood development in premature infants can find early neurodevelopmental deviations of children and contribute to early intervention on premature infants. Using a combination of family and outpatient intervention may reduce the incidence of neurological abnormalities, improve the level of development of the intelligence assessment and promote premature infant intelligence, motor development and social adaptation ability.
