RESUMO
RESUMEN El cáncer de pulmón constituye un flagelo a la salud mundial; Cuba y dentro de ella la provincia de Camagüey, no escapan a este fenómeno. En tal sentido, se desarrolla un estudio de carácter investigación + desarrollo que debe derivar en el establecimiento de estrategias de intervención psicosocial con enfoque de género dirigidas a los pacientes diagnosticados en los hospitales Manuel Ascunce Domenech y María Curie que involucran a los afectados con esta situación de salud del municipio Camagüey en el período de enero del 2021 a junio del 2022, lo cual determina que se asuma como población a 192 individuos, de ellos 75 mujeres y 11 hombres. Por tanto, el objetivo del presente trabajo está dirigido a exponer los resultados iniciales del acercamiento teórico al tema, a partir de una revisión documental.
ABSTRACT Lung cancer is a global health scourge; Cuba and within it the province of Camagüey, do not escape this phenomenon. In this sense, a research +development study is developed that should lead to the establishment of psychosocial intervention strategies with a gender approach aimed at patients diagnosed in the Manuel Ascunce Domenech and María Curie hospitals that involve those affected by this situation of health of the Camagüey municipality in the period from January 2021 to June 2022, which determines that 192 individuals are assumed as a population, of them 75 women and 11 men. Therefore, the objective of this work is aimed at exposing the initial results of the theoretical approach to the subject, based on a documentary review.
RESUMO
The Coalition for a Healthier Community (CHC) initiative was implemented to improve the health and well-being of women and girls. Underpinning CHC is a gender-based focus that uses a network of community partners working collaboratively to generate relevant behavior change and improved health outcomes. Ten programs are trying to determine whether gender-focused system approaches are cost-effective ways to address health disparities in women and girls. Programs implemented through coalitions made up of academic institutions, public health departments, community-based organizations, and local, regional, and national organizations, are addressing health issues such as domestic violence, cardiovascular disease prevention, physical activity, and healthy eating. Although these programs are ongoing, they have made significant progress. Key factors contributing to their early success include a comprehensive needs assessment, robust coalitions, the diversity of populations targeted, programs based on findings of the needs assessments, evaluations taking into consideration the effect of gender, and strong academic-community partnerships. A noteworthy impact of these programs has been their ability to shape and impact public, social, and health policies at the state and local levels. However, there have been challenges associated with the implementation of such a complex program. Lessons learned are discussed in this paper.

Introducción: el Análisis de Situación de Salud (ASIS) es considerado como el insumo básico para la toma de decisiones en el sector salud, su conocimiento, comprensión y aplicabilidad permite la adecuada y pertinente planeación de intervenciones en salud. Objetivo: contribuir al perfeccionamiento del Análisis de la Situación de Salud en la Atención Primaria de Salud. Método: se realizó una revisión documental relacionada con el análisis de la situación de Salud y la atención primaria. Conclusiones: la introducción del enfoque de género en el ASIS permite una lectura diferente de la información que disponemos con un nivel de análisis superior de los problemas de salud.
Introduction: the Health Situation Analysis (HSA) is regarded as the basic input for the decision-making in the healthcare sector; knowledge about, understanding and applicability of this element allows adequate and relevant planning of health interventions. Objective: to contribute to the improvement of the Health Situation Analysis in the primary health care. Methods: adocumentary review was made on the health situation analysis and the primary health care. Conclusions: the introduction of the gender focus in the health situation analysis makes it possible to construe gathered information in a different way with upgraded analysis of health problems.
