Introduction: Lupus is a diverse autoimmune disease with autoantibody formation. Lupus nephritis carries a grave prognosis. Complement involvement, namely, C1q deficiency, is linked to activity and renal involvement and could help in their assessment. LN therapies include plasma exchange, immune adsorption, and probably hemodiafiltration with online endogenous reinfusion (HFR), together with traditional immunosuppressive therapies. Aim: The aim of this study was to evaluate the role of HFR in improving signs and symptoms of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) activity and laboratory parameters in cases not responding to traditional immunosuppressive therapy. Settings and design: A controlled clinical study was conducted on 60 patients with lupus from Group A that was subdivided into two groups: cases 1 (47 patients), those who received traditional medical treatment, and cases 2 (13 patients), those who underwent HFR in addition to medical treatment. Group B consisted of two subgroups: control 1, composed of 20 healthy age- and sex-matched volunteers, and control 2, consisting of 10 cases with different glomerular diseases other than lupus. Methods and materials: Serum C1q was determined before and after the HFR as well as induction by medical treatment. Disease activity was assessed using SLEDAI-2K with a responder index of 50; quality of life was assessed using SLEQOL v2, and HFR was performed for the non-responder group. Results: C1q was lower in cases. It can efficiently differentiate between SLE patients and healthy controls with a sensitivity of 81.67% and a specificity of 90%. It can also efficiently differentiate between SLE patients and the control 2 group (non-lupus patients with renal glomerular disease) with a sensitivity of 83.33% and a specificity of 100%. C1q was more consumed in proliferative lupus, and correlated with anti-ds DNA, C3, and C4. Conclusions: C1q efficiently discriminates lupus patients and correlates with proliferative forms. HFR might ameliorate lupus activity and restore C1q.

Diets with an elevated content of fat, sucrose, or fructose are recognized models of diet-induced metabolic alterations, since they induce metabolic derangements, oxidative stress, and chronic low-grade inflammation associated with local and systemic accumulation of advanced glycation end-products (AGEs). This study used four-week-old C57BL/6 male mice, randomly assigned to three experimental dietary regimens: standard diet (SD), high-fat high-sucrose diet (HFHS), or high fructose diet (HFr), administered for 12 weeks. Plasma, heart, and tibialis anterior (TA) skeletal muscle were assayed for markers of metabolic conditions, inflammation, presence of AGEs, and mitochondrial involvement. The HFHS diet induced a tissue-specific differential response featuring (1) a remarkable adaptation of the heart to HFHS-induced heavy oxidative stress, demonstrated by an increased presence of AGEs and reduced mitochondrial biogenesis, and efficaciously counteracted by a conspicuous increase in mitochondrial fission and PRXIII expression; (2) the absence of TA adaptation to HFHS, revealed by a heavy reduction in mitochondrial biogenesis, not counteracted by an increase in fission and PRXIII expression. HFr-induced mild oxidative stress elicited tissue-specific responses, featuring (1) a decrease in mitochondrial biogenesis in the heart, likely counteracted by a tendency for increased fission and (2) a mild reduction in mitochondrial biogenesis in TA, likely counteracted by a tendency for increased fusion, showing the adaptability of both tissues to the diet.

La hemodiafiltración con reinfusión endógena del ultrafiltrado (HFR) es una técnica de diálisis caracterizada por un cartucho de resina con poder adsorbente que combina los mecanismos difusión, convección y adsorción en un solo esquema terapéutico. Después de cerca de 20 años de experiencia clínica con HFR, el presente artículo revisa la evidencia acumulada con esta técnica, planteando si la adición de la adsorción, como tercer mecanismo depurativo, debería ser el siguiente paso en el tratamiento de los pacientes en hemodiálisis. La HFR, a pesar de producir una extensa eliminación de toxinas urémicas, ha demostrado reducir la pérdida de nutrientes y componentes fisiológicos durante la sesión de diálisis frente a la hemodiafiltración on-line, mitigando el estado inflamatorio y el estrés oxidativo en esta población. Además de su facilidad de uso, la técnica también es altamente biocompatible y puede utilizarse en situaciones de un acceso vascular comprometido. En base a estas observaciones, la HFR parece ser una técnica especialmente útil para pacientes con elevada comorbilidad, incluyendo aquellos con fragilidad, desnutrición o enfermedad cardiovascular. En esta revisión, como panel de consenso de nefrólogos con experiencia clínica en HFR, examinamos la literatura existente y resumimos nuestros puntos de vista sobre cómo usar esta técnica, qué perfil de paciente puede ser más adecuado para la HFR, y cómo prescribir y monitorizar de manera práctica esta modalidad de diálisis (AU)


Hemodiafiltration with endogenous reinfusion of the ultrafiltrate (HFR) is a dialysis technique characterized by a resin cartridge with adsorptive properties that combines the mechanisms of diffusion, convection, and adsorption in a single therapeutic regimen. After nearly 20 years of clinical experience with HFR, this article reviews the accumulated evidence with this technique, considering whether adsorption reduction, as a third purification mechanism, should be the next step in the treatment of hemodialysis patients. HFR, beyond producing an extensive removal of uremic toxins, has demonstrated to reduce the loss of nutrients and other physiological components during the dialysis session as compared to online hemodiafiltration, ameliorating the inflammatory state and oxidative stress in this population. In addition to its ease of use, the technique is also highly biocompatible and can be used in patients with a compromised vascular access. Based on these observations, HFR appears to be an especially useful therapy for high-comorbidity patients, including those with frailty, malnutrition, or cardiovascular disease. In this review, we, as a consensus panel of nephrologists experienced with HFR, survey existing literature and summarize our views on when to use this technique, which patients may be best suited for HFR, and how to effectively prescribe and monitor this modality of dialysis in daily clinical practice (AU)

Shade tolerance is an ecological concept used in a wide range of disciplines, from plant physiology to landscaping or gardening. It refers to the strategy of some plants to persist and even thrive in environments with low light levels because of the shade produced by the vegetation proximity (e.g. in the understory). Shade tolerance influences the organization, structure, functioning, and dynamics of plant communities. However, little is known about its molecular and genetic basis. By contrast, there is a good understanding on how plants deal with the proximity of other plants, a divergent strategy used by most crops to respond to vegetation proximity. While generally shade-avoiding species strongly elongate in response to the proximity of other plants, shade-tolerant species do not. Here we review the molecular mechanisms that control the regulation of hypocotyl elongation in shade-avoiding species as a reference framework to understand shade tolerance. Comparative studies indicate that shade tolerance is implemented by components also known to regulate hypocotyl elongation in shade-avoiding species. These components, however, show differential molecular properties that explain how, in response to the same stimulus, shade-avoiding species elongate while shade-tolerant ones do not.

Plants respond to vegetative shade with developmental and physiological changes that are collectively known as shade avoidance syndrome (SAS). Although LONG HYPOCOTYL IN FAR-RED 1 (HFR1) is known to be a negative regulator of SAS by forming heterodimers with other basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) transcription factors to inhibit them, its function in genome-wide transcriptional regulation has not been fully elucidated. Here, we performed RNA-sequencing analyses of Arabidopsis thaliana hfr1-5 mutant and HFR1 overexpression line [HFR1(ΔN)-OE] to comprehensively identify HFR1-regulated genes at different time points of shade treatment. We found that HFR1 mediates the trade-off between shade-induced growth and shade-repressed defence, by regulating the expression of relevant genes in the shade. Genes involved in promoting growth, such as auxin biosynthesis, transport, signalling and response were induced by shade but suppressed by HFR1 under both short and long durations of shade. Likewise, most ethylene-related genes were shade-induced and HFR1-repressed. However, shade suppressed defence-related genes, while HFR1 induced their expression, especially under long durations of shade treatment. We demonstrated that HFR1 confers increased resistance to bacterial infection under shade.

Common wheat, Triticum aestivum, is the most widely grown staple crop worldwide. To catch up with the increasing global population and cope with the changing climate, it is valuable to breed wheat cultivars that are tolerant to abiotic or shade stresses for density farming. Arabidopsis LONG HYPOCOTYL IN FAR-RED 1 (AtHFR1), a photomorphogenesis-promoting factor, is involved in multiple light-related signaling pathways and inhibits seedling etiolation and shade avoidance. We report that overexpression of AtHFR1 in wheat inhibits etiolation phenotypes under various light and shade conditions, leading to shortened plant height and increased spike number relative to non-transgenic plants in the field. Ectopic expression of AtHFR1 in wheat increases the transcript levels of TaCAB and TaCHS as observed previously in Arabidopsis, indicating that the AtHFR1 transgene can activate the light signal transduction pathway in wheat. AtHFR1 transgenic seedlings significantly exhibit tolerance to osmotic stress during seed germination compared to non-transgenic wheat. The AtHFR1 transgene represses transcription of TaFT1, TaCO1, and TaCO2, delaying development of the shoot apex and heading in wheat. Furthermore, the AtHFR1 transgene in wheat inhibits transcript levels of PHYTOCHROME-INTERACTING FACTOR 3-LIKEs (TaPIL13, TaPIL15-1B, and TaPIL15-1D), downregulating the target gene STAYGREEN (TaSGR), and thus delaying dark-induced leaf senescence. In the field, grain yields of three AtHFR1 transgenic lines were 18.2-48.1% higher than those of non-transgenic wheat. In summary, genetic modification of light signaling pathways using a photomorphogenesis-promoting factor has positive effects on grain yield due to changes in plant architecture and resource allocation and enhances tolerances to osmotic stress and shade avoidance response.

Light and ambient high temperature (HT) have opposite effects on seed germination. Light induces seed germination through activating the photoreceptor phytochrome B (phyB), resulting in the stabilization of the transcription factor HFR1, which in turn sequesters the suppressor PIF1. HT suppresses seed germination and triggers protein S-nitrosylation. Here, we find that HT suppresses seed germination by inducing the S-nitrosylation of HFR1 at C164, resulting in its degradation, the release of PIF1, and the activation of PIF1-targeted SOMNUS (SOM) expression to alter gibberellin (GA) and abscisic acid (ABA) metabolism. Active phyB (phyBY276H ) antagonizes HFR1 S-nitrosylation and degradation by increasing S-nitrosoglutathione reductase (GSNOR) activity. In line with this, substituting cysteine-164 of HFR1 with serine (HFR1C164S ) abolishes the S-nitrosylation of HFR1 and decreases the HT-induced degradation of HFR1. Taken together, our study suggests that HT and phyB antagonistically modulate the S-nitrosylation level of HFR1 to coordinate seed germination, and provides the possibility to enhance seed thermotolerance through gene-editing of HFR1.

Conjugation driven by a chromosomally integrated F-plasmid (high frequency of recombination strain) can create bacteria with hybrid chromosomes. Previous studies of interspecies hybrids have focused on hybrids in which a region of donor chromosome replaces an orthologous region of recipient chromosome leaving chromosome size unchanged. Very little is known about hybrids with enlarged chromosomes, the mechanisms of their creation, or their subsequent trajectories of adaptative evolution. We addressed this by selecting 11 interspecies hybrids between Escherichia coli and Salmonella Typhimurium in which genome size was enlarged. In three cases, this occurred by the creation of an F'-plasmid while in the remaining eight, it was due to recombination of donor DNA into the recipient chromosome. Chromosome length increased by up to 33% and was associated in most cases with reduced growth fitness. Two hybrids, in which chromosome length was increased by the addition of 0.97 and 1.3 Mb, respectively, were evolved to study genetic pathways of fitness cost amelioration. In each case, relative fitness rapidly approached one and this was associated with large deletions involving recombination between repetitive DNA sequences. The locations of these repetitive sequences played a major role in determining the architecture of the evolved genotypes. Notably, in ten out of ten independent evolution experiments, deletions removed DNA of both species, creating high-fitness strains with hybrid chromosomes. In conclusion, we found that enlargement of a bacterial chromosome by acquisition of diverged orthologous DNA is followed by a period of rapid evolutionary adjustment frequently creating irreversibly hybrid chromosomes.

"Cast nephropathy" (CN) is a pathological feature of myeloma kidney, also seen to a lesser extent in the context of severe nephrotic syndrome from non-haematological diseases. The name relates to obstruction of distal tubules by "casts" of luminal proteins concentrated by intensive water reabsorption resulting from dehydration or high-dose diuretics. Filtered proteins form complexes with endogenous tubular Tamm-Horsfall glycoprotein. The resulting gel further slows or stops luminal flow upon complete obstruction of distal convoluted tubules and collecting ducts. Thus, a tubular obstructive form of acute kidney injury (AKI) is a common consequence of CN. The pathogenesis of CN will be reviewed in light of recent advances in the understanding of monoclonal disorders of B lymphocytes, leading to the release of immunoglobulin components (free light chains, FLC) into the bloodstream and their filtration across the glomerular basement membrane. Treatment aiming at reduction of the circulating burden of FLC may help recovery of renal function in a fraction of these patients, besides filling the void between the onset of AKI, histopathological diagnosis, and full response to pharmacologic treatment.

IncHI2 plasmids, possessing high flexibility and genetic plasticity, play a vital role in the acquisition and transmission of resistance determinants. Polymorphic mobile genetic elements (MGEs) generated by a chromosomally integrated IncHI2 plasmid in an individual Salmonella isolate have not yet been detected, and the mechanisms of the formation, excision, and dynamic evolution of a multidrug-resistant chromosomally integrated plasmid (MRCP) have remained obscure. Herein, we identified a 260-kb bla CTX-M-55-qnrS1-bearing IncHI2 plasmid within a Salmonella Muenster strain. Plenty of heterogeneous MGEs (new Escherichia coli chromosomally integrated plasmid or circular plasmids with different profiles) were yielded when this MRCP was conjugated into E. coli J53 with a transfer frequency of 10-4-10-5 transconjugants per donor. A bioinformatic analysis indicated that replicative transposition and homologous recombination of IS26 elements were particularly active, and the truncated Tn1721 also played a vital role in the formation of MRCP offspring. More importantly, when released from the chromosome, MRCP could capture and co-transfer adjacent chromosomal segments to form larger plasmid progeny than itself. Stability and growth kinetics assays showed that the biological characteristics of MRCP progeny were differentiated. This study provides an insight into a flexible existence of MRCP. The conversion between vertical and horizontal transmission endowed MRCP with genetic stability as a chromosomal coding structure and transferability as extra-chromosomal elements. This alternation may accelerate the acquisition and persistence of antibiotic resistance of clinical pathogens and enhance their ability to respond to adverse environments, which poses a great challenge to the traditional antibiotic treatment.

Chromosomal exchange and subsequent recombination of the cognate DNA between bacteria was one of the most useful genetic tools (e.g., Hfr strains) for genetic analyses of E. coli before the genomic era. In this paper, yeast assembly has been used to recruit the conjugation machinery of environmentally promiscuous RP4 plasmid into a minimized, synthetic construct that enables transfer of chromosomal segments between donor/recipient strains of P. putida KT2440 and potentially many other Gram-negative bacteria. The synthetic device features [i] a R6K suicidal plasmid backbone, [ii] a mini-Tn5 transposon vector, and [iii] the minimal set of genes necessary for active conjugation (RP4 Tra1 and Tra2 clusters) loaded as cargo in the mini-Tn5 mobile element. Upon insertion of the transposon in different genomic locations, the ability of P. putida-TRANS (transference of RP4-activated nucleotide segments) donor strains to mobilize genomic stretches of DNA into neighboring bacteria was tested. To this end, a P. putida double mutant ΔpyrF (uracil auxotroph) Δedd (unable to grow on glucose) was used as recipient in mating experiments, and the restoration of the pyrF+/edd+ phenotypes allowed for estimation of chromosomal transfer efficiency. Cells with the inserted transposon behaved in a manner similar to Hfr-like strains and were able to transfer up to 23% of their genome at frequencies close to 10-6 exconjugants per recipient cell. The hereby described TRANS device not only expands the molecular toolbox for P. putida, but it also enables a suite of genomic manipulations which were thus far only possible with domesticated laboratory strains and species.

Oliguric acute kidney injury due to traumatic rhabdomyolysis can be potentially lethal if the proper medical therapy combined with extracorporeal detoxification is not performed. Different extracorporeal techniques are available to overcome this syndrome. Here, we report the first case of removal of myoglobin and successful recovery from acute kidney injury in an elderly septic patient using supra-hemodiafiltration with endogenous reinfusion technique (HFR-Supra) combined with the medical therapy.

Introduction: The purpose of this study was to determine whether immediate weight-bearing as tolerated increased the risk of implant failure and decreased functional outcomes compared with restricted weight-bearing. Methods: From January 2010 to December 2018, 1,125 consecutive patients (≥65 years) with intertrochanteric fractures were identified. Of them, 130 patients were excluded, resulting in 995 patients in final cohort (563 receiving immediate weight-bearing and 432 receiving restricted weight-bearing). Propensity score (PS) matching yielded 403 patient pairs. Primary outcome was implant failure at 12 months. Secondary outcomes were implant failure at 3 months, functional outcomes at 12 months, and time to full weight-bearing. Results: Among 806 patients who were matched by PS, the mean age was 77.8 years (SD, 7.6), and 603 patients (74.8%) were women. After matching, there was no significant difference between immediate (10.0% [39/389]) and restricted (9.1%, [35/385]) weight-bearing for implant failure at 12 months (absolute risk difference, 0.93% [95% CI, -3.26 to 5.13%]; RR, 1.11 [95% CI, 0.69 to 1.80]; p = 0.66). Additionally, no significant difference was seen for implant failure at 3 months and functional outcomes at 12 months. Patients with immediate weight-bearing had shorter time to full weight-bearing (mean [SD], 87.6 days [7.5] vs. 121.3 days [11.0]; mean difference, -33.7 [95% CI, -35.0 to -32.3]; p < 0.001). Conclusions: Among older patients with intertrochanteric fractures, receipt of immediate weight-bearing as tolerated did not increase risks of implant failure or worsen functional outcomes compared with receipt of restricted weight-bearing. However, patients receiving immediate weight-bearing had a shorter time to full weight-bearing.

Shade caused by the proximity of neighboring vegetation triggers a set of acclimation responses to either avoid or tolerate shade. Comparative analyses between the shade-avoider Arabidopsis thaliana and the shade-tolerant Cardamine hirsuta revealed a role for the atypical basic-helix-loop-helix LONG HYPOCOTYL IN FR 1 (HFR1) in maintaining the shade tolerance in C. hirsuta, inhibiting hypocotyl elongation in shade and constraining expression profile of shade-induced genes. We showed that C. hirsuta HFR1 protein is more stable than its A. thaliana counterpart, likely due to its lower binding affinity to CONSTITUTIVE PHOTOMORPHOGENIC 1 (COP1), contributing to enhance its biological activity. The enhanced HFR1 total activity is accompanied by an attenuated PHYTOCHROME INTERACTING FACTOR (PIF) activity in C. hirsuta. As a result, the PIF-HFR1 module is differently balanced, causing a reduced PIF activity and attenuating other PIF-mediated responses such as warm temperature-induced hypocotyl elongation (thermomorphogenesis) and dark-induced senescence. By this mechanism and that of the already-known of phytochrome A photoreceptor, plants might ensure to properly adapt and thrive in habitats with disparate light amounts.

The present study demonstrates, using human protein microarrays and plasma and cerebrospinal fluid samples obtained pre-surgically and simultaneously from 46 hip fracture repair patients, that CSF exhibits an extraordinarily complex IgG autoantibody profile composed of thousands of autoantibodies. We show that the pattern of expression levels of individual autoantibodies in CSF closely mimics that in the blood, regardless of age, gender or the presence or absence of disease, indicative of a blood-based origin for CSF autoantibodies. In addition, using five longitudinal serum samples obtained from one healthy individual over a span of nine years, we found that blood autoantibody profiles are remarkably stable over a long period of time, and that autoantibody profiles in both blood and CSF show features that are common among different individuals as well as individual-specific. Lastly, we demonstrate that an elevated CSF/plasma autoantibody ratio is more common in elderly hip fracture repair patients that experienced post-operative delirium than in non-delirium subjects, thus highlighting the crucial role that blood-brain and/or blood-CSF barrier compromise may play in the development of post-operative delirium.

To compete with their neighbors for light and escape shaded environments, sun-loving plants have developed the shade-avoidance syndrome (SAS), a set of responses including alteration of plant architecture and initiation of early flowering and seed set. Previous studies on SAS mainly focused on dissecting molecular basis of hypocotyl elongation in seedlings under shade light; however, the molecular mechanisms underlying shade-accelerated flowering in adult plants remain unknown. In this study, we found that CONSTANS (CO) and PHYTOCHROME-INTERACTING FACTOR 7 (PIF7) have an additive effect on shade-induced flowering, but that LONG HYPOCOTYL IN FAR-RED1 (HFR1) represses early flowering by binding to CO and PIF7 and preventing the binding of CO to the promoter of FLOWERING LOCUS T (FT) and the binding of PIF7 to the promoter of pri-MIR156E/F. Under shade, de-phosphorylated PIF7 and accumulated CO, balanced by HFR1, upregulate the expression of FT, TSF, SOC1, and SPLs to accelerate flowering. Moreover, we found that the function of PIF7 in flowering time is independent of phyA. Collectively, these regulatory interactions establish a crucial link between the light signal and genetic network that regulates flowering transition under shade.

Syngas fermentation for producing biofuels and other products suffers from mass transfer limitations due to low CO and H2 solubility in liquid medium. Therefore, it is critical to characterize mass transfer rates of these gases to guide bioreactor design and optimization. This work presents a novel technique to measure the volumetric mass transfer coefficients (kia) for H2 and CO using gas chromatography in a non-porous hollow fiber reactor (HFR). The largest measured kia for H2 and CO were 840 and 420 h-1, respectively. A model was developed to predict kia for H2 and CO that agreed well with experimental data. This study is the first to measure, compare, and model both H2 and CO mass transfer coefficients in an HFR. Based on model predictions, HFRs have the potential to be a reactor of choice for syngas fermentation as a result of high mass transfer that can support high cell densities.

BACKGROUND: Since 1990, every 5 years, moss sampling is conducted within the European moss monitoring programme to assess the atmospheric deposition of airborne pollutants. Besides many other countries, Germany takes regularly part at these evaluations. Within the European moss monitoring 2015, more than 400 moss samples across Germany were taken according to a harmonized methodology for the assessment heavy metal and nitrogen input. In a pilot programme, eight of these sites were chosen for additional investigations on a broad range of organic contaminants to evaluate their accumulation in moss and thereby their presence in atmospheric deposition in Germany. Target compound classes comprised polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH), polychlorinated dibenzodioxins and -furans (PCDD/F), dioxin-like and non-dioxin-like polychlorinated biphenyls (dl-PCB, ndl-PCB), polyfluorinated alkyl substances, classical flame retardants as well as emerging chlorinated and brominated flame retardants. In total, 120 target compounds were analysed. For some analytes, comparisons of accumulation in moss and tree leave samples were possible. RESULTS: Except for certain flame retardants, PFAS, and ndl-PCB, substances of all other compound classes could be quantified in moss samples of all sites. Concentrations were highest for PAH (40-268 ng g-1) followed by emerging flame retardants (0.5-7.7 ng g-1), polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE; 0.3-3.7 ng g-1), hexabromocyclododecane (HBCD; 0.3-1.2 ng g-1), dl-PCB (0.04-0.4 ng g-1) and PCDD/F (0.008-0.06 ng g-1). CONCLUSIONS: Results show the widespread atmospheric distribution and deposition of organic contaminants across Germany as well as the suitability of moss as bioaccumulation monitor for most of these compound classes. Compared to nearby tree leaf samples, accumulation potential of moss appeared to be higher for pollutants of high octanol-air partition coefficient (KOA) and octanol-water partition coefficient (KOW).

AIM: To analyze management and outcomes in patients with CHF managed by specialists in heart failure (HF) or general cardiologists/physicians in real-life clinical practice. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Survival rate, rehospitalization rate, general health condition, and the administered therapy were evaluated for HF patients with reduced LV ejection fraction at three years of discharge from cardiological hospitals. These patients had been included in a prospective, multicenter, observational study, "The Russian Hospital HF Registry" (RUS-HFR). The first group consisted of patients who were managed at a specialized HF department of the Federal Center and followed up at the outpatient stage by a cardiologist specializing in HF (Group 1, St.­Petersburg; n =74). The other two groups (Group 2 and Group 3) included patients who were managed at other cardiological departments of the Federal Center (n=186) or the Regional Center (n=130) and subsequently followed up at the place of residence. RESULTS: After the discharge from the hospital, 58-95 and 12-19% of RUS-HFR patients were followed up by a cardiologist or a physician, respectively, on an outpatient basis while 5-23% of patients did not visit a doctor at all. In three years, the survival rate of Group 1, 2, and 3 patients was 80 vs. 78 (р>0.05) vs. 52% (р0.05) vs. 100% (p1,2.
