RESUMO

Operation room is the most important link for carrying out medical activities in hospital whose demand for medical consumable material is also very large. With the increase of types of consumable material, the process of consumable material management in operating room becomes more complicated, and the traditional management mode can not meet the needs. In this paper, the technology of Internet of things and artificial intelligence is used to design an intelligent management system of high value consumable material in operating room which improves the efficiency of operation of high value consumable material in operating room, reduces the cost of manpower and improves the safety.

RESUMO

Objective:To realize the real-time bidirectional traceability closed-loop management for consumable so as to ensure the safety and quality of consumables usage. Methods: The RFID technique was adopted in the whole process and fine management system of medical high-value consumables to realize the whole process, fine, informationization and visual management for medical high-value consumables.Results: The management system has realized the whole process, informationization and fine management included of application, review and approval, purchasing, checking, accepting, warehousing, inventory management, warehouse-out and usage for high-value medical consumables.Conclusion: The system based on RFID technique can quickly identify information of consumable, and achieve operation of warehouse-in and warehouse-out in batching. Therefore, it is convenient in operation, and it can efficiently reduce the workload of clinical work and enhance the work efficiency.

Objective: To put forward to the incremental materials, especially for the idea on regular process monitoring management of high value consumables, consummate and establish a high value consumables manage mode on normalization, standardization, and routine for some drawbacks existed in medical consumable's management of increase in hospital. Methods:Through the whole integrated management with planned purchase, warehouse entry inspection, department allocate, patient employment, financial settlement and etc. Results: To ensure the dosage of high value consumables, the number of use registration check with the hospital fees in quantity, reduce the hospital turnover funds, reduce the backlog, avoid the waste. Make sure the safety of clinical use, put an end to mistake occurrence, which can improve the work efficiency, improve transparency and both responsibility. Conclusion: With the rapid development of medical science and technology, the dosage of high value medical consumables is increasing at an astonishing rate by every year, possess hospital capital flow and the proportion of hospital's gross income is rising year by year. Explore a viable high value consumables management mode is imperative, and to improve the management level of the hospital materials.
