Labor and employment are important issues in social life. The demand for online job searching and searching for labor regulations in legal documents, particularly regarding the policy for unemployment benefits, is essential. Nowadays, each function has some programs for its working. However, there is no program that combines both functions. In practice, when users seek a job, they may be unemployed or want to transfer to another work. Thus, they are required to search for regulations about unemployment insurance policies and related information, as well as regulations about workers working smoothly and following labor law. Ontology is a useful technique for representing areas of practical knowledge. This article proposes an ontology-based method for solving labor and employment-related problems. First, we construct an ontology of job skills to match curriculum vitae (CV) and job descriptions (JD). In addition, an ontology for representing labor law documents is proposed to aid users in their search for legal labor law regulations. These ontologies are combined to construct the knowledge base of a job-searching and labor law-searching system. In addition, this integrated ontology is used to study several issues involving the matching of CVs and JDs and the search for labor law issues. A system for intelligent resume searching in information technology is developed using the proposed method. This system also incorporates queries pertaining to Vietnamese labor law policies regarding unemployment and healthcare benefits. The experimental results demonstrate that the method designed to assist job seekers and users searching for legal labor documents is effective.

According to the World Health Organization's World Report, approx. 950,000 children and young people < 18 years old die from an injury each year, and unintentional injury deaths account for a large portion of these cases. Here we used medico-legal documents to epidemiologically analyze the cases of unintentional injury deaths among children < 5 years old in Okayama Prefecture, Japan from 2001 to 2015. Age, sex, manner/cause of death, and various circumstances of the incident were investigated. There were 73 unintentional injury deaths during the study period. Drowning (n=29), suffocation (n=24), and transport accidents (n=13) were the major categories of unintentional injury deaths. Twenty-two cases (30.1%) were autopsied. Differences in the characteristics of the unintentional injury deaths by age were observed. Information which cannot be obtained from Vital Statistics was available from medico-legal documents, and detailed characteristics of unintentional injury deaths among children < 5 years old were elucidated. Investigating medico-legal information is one of the meaningful measures for the prevention of unintentional injury deaths among children in Japan.

Se realizó una revisión bibliográfica sobre los aspectos que comprende la confección de una historia clínica, tanto convencional como homeopática. Aunque ambos documentos tienen como fin recoger los datos objetivos proporcionados por el paciente, así como los subjetivos, obtenidos de los exámenes físico y complementario, difieren en cuanto a los síntomas utilizados para el diagnóstico, por lo cual se considera oportuno complementar los criterios al evaluar al paciente desde el punto de vista holístico
A literature review on the aspects involved in making either a conventional or homeopathic medical record was carried out. Although both aim at collecting the objective data provided by the patient, as well as the subjective ones, obtained from the physical and complementary exams, they differ as for the symptoms used for the diagnosis, reason why it is convenient to supplement the approaches when evaluating the patient from the holistic point of view

La historia clínica desempeña un papel fundamental en la calidad de la atención médica-estomatológica, es vital en la interrelación entre los diferentes niveles de atención. Los problemas en su confección, son atribuibles al desconocimiento de funciones, tipos, beneficios o perjuicios derivados de un contenido incompleto. El propósito del artículo es valorar la importancia de la calidad de la historia clínica estomatológica, por su valor en el diagnóstico preciso, como herramienta del método clínico y como documento médico legal. La historia clínica "ideal" es la que refleja de forma fidedigna todas las características clínicas del paciente y su evolución periódica. Los estomatólogos deben de reflejar todo el pensamiento médico durante el tratamiento del paciente, a fin de lograr mayor calidad en la historia clínica.
The medical history plays a fundamental role in the quality of dentistry care, and it is vital in the interrelation among the various levels of care. The problems encountered in its preparation are attributable to the lack of knowledge about its functions, types, benefits or possible damages caused by the incomplete contents of the document. The objective of this article was to assess the significance of the quality of a dental history for accurate diagnosing, for the clinical method in dentistry and as a medical legal instrument. The ¨ideal¨ clinical history is the one that shows in a reliable way all the clinical characteristics of a patient and his/her systematic progress. It is important that the dentist expresses his/her medical thinking in the history during the treatment of a patient in order to raise the quality of the medical history.
