RESUMO

Rechargeable aluminum batteries (RABs) are an emerging energy storage device owing to the vast Al resources, low cost, and high safety. However, the poor cyclability and inferior reversible capacity of cathode materials have limited the enhancement of RABs performance. Herein, a high configurational entropy strategy is presented to improve the electrochemical properties of RABs for the first time. The high-entropy (Fe, Mn, Ni, Zn, Mg)3 O4 cathode exhibits an ultra-stable cycling ability (109 mAh g-1 after 3000 cycles), high specific capacity (268 mAh g-1 at 0.5 A g-1 ), and rapid ion diffusion. Ex situ characterizations indicate that the operational mechanism of (Fe, Mn, Ni, Zn, Mg)3 O4 cathode is mainly based on the redox process of Fe, Mn, and Ni. Theoretical calculations demonstrate that the oxygen vacancies make a positive contribution to adjusting the distribution of electronic states, which is crucial for enhancing the reaction kinetics at the electrolyte and cathode interface. These findings not only propose a promising cathode material for RABs, but also provide the first elucidation of the operational mechanism and intrinsic information of high-entropy electrodes in multivalent ion batteries.

Mechanism-switchable nanomotors are expected to exhibit high adaptability and wide applicability. Herein, for the first time, we report a flask-shaped carbon@Pt@fatty-acid nanomotor with a light-induced switch between nonionic self-diffusiophoresis and bubble propulsion. This nanomotor is fabricated through superassembly of platinum nanoparticles on the surface of carbon nanobottles, and fatty acids are infused into the cavity of carbon nanobottles to serve as a light-sensitive switch. Such a nanomotor can be propelled via catalytic decomposition of H2O2 by platinum nanoparticles, exhibiting self-diffusiophoresis with opening-forward migration. Upon 980 nm laser irradiation, the fatty acids melt due to the photothermal effect and are released from the cavity, switching the dominant operational mechanism to bubble propulsion with bottom-forward migration. Compared with self-diffusiophoresis, bubble propulsion shows higher mobility and better directionality due to the hindered self-rotation. Simulation results further reveal that the confinement effect of the cavity, which facilitates the nucleation of nanobubbles, leads to the switch to bubble propulsion. This study offers an insight into the relationship between nanostructures, fundamental nanomotor operational mechanisms, and apparent propulsion performance, as well as provides a novel strategy for the regulation of movement, which is instructive for both the design and applications of nanomotors.

ObjectiveTo determine the situation and challenges of innovation platforms in China, and to explore the construction strategy of Shanghai Nutrition Innovation Platform, which is suitable for Shanghai and may achieve the research and transformation of nutrition innovation and population health, so as to coordinate, unite and gather the superior resources of all parties and promote nutrition innovation. MethodsConstruction scheme and operational mechanism of Shanghai Nutrition Innovation Platform were explored by literature review, expert consultation and questionnaire. ResultsThere were various forms of innovation platforms in China. However, challenges were identified, such as decentralizing force, resource rearrangement and insufficient sharing effect. Shanghai Nutrition Innovation Platform adopted a modular organizational structure, which was divided into central group, node group, and subject group. Shanghai Center for Disease Control and Prevention, as the central organization, is responsible for the platform operation management. The expert database as an academic committee selected key organizations from nutrition-related universities, research institutes, academic associations, centers for disease control and prevention, hospitals and the industry. Based on the opening of its own innovation resources, the platform made effective use of external innovation resources and formed a closely integrated nutrition innovation network of multiple disciplines. ConclusionThis study promotes the construction of innovation platform model of cooperation, co-construction and resource sharing, and provides reference for the construction of innovation platform in China.

Under the guidance of modern environmental governance concepts, there have been profound changes in the subject, structure, and operational mechanism of the modern marine environmental governance in China. This paper first classifies the subjects of modern marine environmental governance in China, as well as their relationships; analyses the structural characteristics from the three levels of rights, society, and region; explores the operational mechanism; and builds the framework of the modern marine environmental governance system in China. Both the central and local governments act as the leaders of the modern marine environmental governance system in China, and there have been many new changes in their relationships. On the one hand, the interest and goals of the central and local governments have gradually converged under the pressure system. On the other hand, local governments follow the principles of comprehensive governance regarding the coastline and collaborative cooperation is gradually beginning to occur. Different governance subjects are interrelated and intertwined to form a complete modern marine environmental governance structure, which includes the following three levels: the governmental power structure; the social structure, which involves collaboration between multiple entities; and the regional structure, which involves land-sea coordination in environmental governance. These structures each play their parts in the overall process of the marine environmental governance's institutional arrangements, process coordination, and feedback adjustments and ultimately constitute a dynamic and complete modern marine environmental governance operational system.

RESUMO

It presented in detail the acquisition of Qingdao Wan Jie Hospital by the Affiliated Hospital of Medical College Qingdao University, describing the operational mechanisms in organizational setup, specialty setup, personnel management, logistic management, hospital culture and branding of the newly acquired section. It also summarized the achievements in medical resources reorganization and advantages complementary without government investment in a fast and low-cost manner. It is demonstrated that hospital acquisitions are in line with the medical reform, as they expand the service coverage of public hospitals, and extend medical service to the communities and lower levels, thus enhancing hospitals' impact and reach to integrate medical resources in a short timeframe.
