RESUMO

Against the backdrop of China's "double carbon" objective, the exploration of low-carbon land consolidation has become a prominent area of focus for enhancing the development of ecological civilization. In this study, three typical projects at different time points (2016, 2019, and 2022) in Wudi County were selected to measure the carbon effect of land consolidation from four perspectives: artificial and industrial materials, mechanical shift consumption, land use structure, and farmland ecosystem. Based on the calculation of carbon effect of land consolidation by using carbon emission coefficient method, the changes of land use structure and carbon storage of farmland ecosystem before and after land consolidation were corrected by using GIS tools and net ecosystem productivity (NEP) model based on remote sensing technology, and the carbon emission intensity of each land consolidation project was finally obtained. The study summarized the influencing factors of carbon emissions through the above analysis and uses the fuzzy interpretation structure (FISM) model to provide the hierarchy of influencing factors of carbon emissions, thus proposing a low-carbon promotion path for land consolidation. The findings of this study can serve as a useful reference for low-carbon land consolidation efforts. The results showed that (1) the first, second, and third projects emitted 6140.06 t, 1243.78 t, and 17,604.62 t of carbon, respectively. Among them, the largest contributors to these emissions were labor and industrial materials, followed by mechanical shift; land use structure and farmland ecosystem were the main sources of carbon sinks and have a positive impact on the carbon cycle. (2) The carbon emission intensity of project one, project two, and project three after standardization is 0.26, 0.49, and 0.25, respectively, which are all at a high level. (3) According to the FISM model categorized 15 low-carbon upgrading paths, it was recommended that the government take a leading role in Wudi County by developing a scientific and rational construction plan. Additionally, efforts were made to actively protect farmland and forest land from destruction, reduce energy and material consumption, increase carbon storage in the farmland ecosystem, and promote low carbonization of land consolidation to the fullest extent possible.

RESUMO

The level of energy green consumption is an essential factor influencing China's economy's high-quality development. In this paper, we select relevant panel data from 2010 to 2019 for 28 cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and surrounding areas, and use the DPSIR model and spatial econometric model to analyze the spatial divergence characteristics and driving factors of the energy green consumption index based on the construction of the energy green consumption level evaluation index system and index measurement. The results of this research are as follows: (1) The energy green consumption index has a distribution pattern of "high in the east and low in the west, high in the north, and low in the south," and the driving force (D) and response force (I) are the key factors influencing the spatial variation of the energy green consumption index. (2) The measurement results show that GDP per capita and built-up green coverage have a considerable positive effect on the energy green consumption index, whereas non-domestic energy structure has a significant inhibitory effect. (3) In terms of spatial spillover effects, greening coverage of built-up areas, industrial structure, and domestic energy structure, all have positive effects on neighboring regions' energy green consumption indexes, with positive spatial spillover effects, whereas GDP per capita, urbanization level, and non-domestic energy structure, all have negative spatial spillover effects. In light of the issues at hand, this paper suggests making good efforts to create and put into practice laws and policy norms, cultivate green energy-saving markets, vigorously promote the use and promotion of energy-saving technologies, and lower energy consumption in secondary industry and domestic consumption. The study's findings can help advance the modernization of the region's industrial structure and the growth of a green economy by providing the local government with a reference point for timely policy adjustments.

RESUMO

The essential connotation of self-confidence in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) culture includes three parts: the theoretical self-confidence of TCM represented by the overall concept and syndrome differentiation, the historical self-confidence that TCM has been in an important position for a long time in the history of medical development, and the realistic self-confidence that TCM has contributed to human health and safety, which reflect the profound historical roots and extensive mass foundation of TCM culture in China. However, due to the doubts of non-scientific theory, outdated theory and useless theory, the spread and development of TCM culture has also encountered reality dilemma. In order to achieve the fundamental purpose of improving the self-confidence of TCM culture, it is significant to eliminate these negative effects by optimizing the communication system, creatively transforming and innovatively developing TCM culture and upgrading the level of health services.

RESUMO

The professional quality of counselors directly affects the growth of medical students and the effect of school education management. At present, the counselors' professional quality is at an overall high level in medical universities and colleges in Xinjiang that can be competent for the job requirements. However, there still exist some problems. For example, the structure of cultural knowledge is unreasonable, the professional proficiency needs to be improved, the psychological quality needs to be strengthened, and so forth.Changing the knowledge and ideas, establishing a long-term mechanism, and the counselors themselves recognizing consciously and promoting initiative are the way to improve the counselors' professional qualities in medical universities and colleges in Xinjiang.

RESUMO

Objective:To explore the influencing factors of physicians' professionalism,to understand the cognitive status and changes of professional responsibility and put forward the corresponding strategy. Methods:The satisfaction and cognitive status of physicians'professionalism were investigated using the self-designed questionnaire that adapted to medical staff, and the data was analyzed using statistical software SPSS19.0.Results:It showed that the satisfaction with the job itself was quite high. But they thought that the work risk was high, their own value was difficult to realized, and the professionalism was lack of cultivation. Conclusions:It suggests to put forward measures and suggestions from the perspective of system reform, vocational education, hospital culture, social atmosphere,decision-making of doctors and patients together.
