RESUMO

@#Objective To analyze the related knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP)and the influencing factors of human papilloma virus(HPV)vaccine among 16 — 45 year old resident women in Pudong New Area. Methods Six of the 36streets(towns)in Pudong New Area were randomly selected as the survey site, the resident women aged 16 — 45 years were randomly selected excluding those with reading or comprehension disabilities and those with mental disorders, and a total of 1 022 valid questionnaires were collected through self-filling questionnaires to understand the KAP status of the HPV vaccine among the resident women in Pudong New Area. The relationship among KAP of HPV vaccine and its influencing factors were analyzed by univariate analysis and structural equation model. Results The overall awareness rate of HPV vaccine among 16-45 year old resident women in Pudong area was higher. Univariate analysis showed that marital status, educational level, employment status and household annual income were related to the awareness level of HPV vaccine(χ~2=12. 832,17. 636,16. 770 and 20. 030,respectively,each P < 0. 05);Age,marital status, employment status and children′s status were correlated with HPV vaccination level(χ~2= 12. 382,25. 777,8. 830 and 20. 138,respectively,each P <0. 05);HPV vaccine health education,HPV and HPV vaccine knowledge scores affected HPV vaccination status(χ~2=97. 561 and 68. 969,respectively,P < 0. 001);Subjects' knowledge of cervical cancer was positively affected by knowledge of HPV infection(γ_(11)= 0. 756,P < 0. 001). Knowledge of cervical cancer not only positively affected subjects′ attitudes towards the efficacy of HPV vaccine(β_(21)= 0. 557,P < 0. 001),also had a direct effect on the HPV vaccination behavior of the subjects, showing a promoting effect(β_(31)= 0. 274,P = 0. 004). Subjects′ approval of the efficacy of HPV vaccine had a positive effect on their actual vaccination behavior(β_(32)= 0. 175,P = 0. 016).Conclusion The willingness of the 16 — 45 year old resident women in Pudong New Area to inoculate HPV vaccine was positive, but the actual vaccination rate was low. It is suggested to strengthen the HPV vaccine publicity while strengthening the education of cervical cancer and HPV infection, and consider the necessity of including the suitable age males in the scope of human vaccination.

RESUMO

The occurrence of 26 antibiotics from three groups of Sulfonamides, Quinolones and Macrolides were investigated in the surface water of Pudong New Area, Shanghai in March (dry season) and June (wet season). As a result, the detection rates of the three groups were 20%, 81% and 56% (n = 10) with the concentration range of not detected-9.73 ng L-1, 30-344 ng L-1, and 14-107 ng L-1, respectively. Comparably, during wet season, the detection rates were 20%, 56% and 25% with the range of ND-14 ng L-1, 32-92 ng L-1, and ND-22 ng L-1, respectively. This indicates higher concentrations in dry season than that in wet season, which was attributed to the water dilution and weaker self-purification of the river during dry season. In addition, significant correlations were observed between SMA and most of Quinolones during dry season, and Quinolones and Macrolides during wet season, due to the similar sources. Considering for the typical wastewater sources in the investigated area, Quinolones were identified to be the most significant group in the aquiculture water. Furthermore, pharmaceutical manufacturing factory (PMF) and sewage treatment plant (STP) should be the serious point source pollution as the concentration in their effluents could range from ng L-1 to mg L-1. The occurrence and fate of antibiotics in the aquatic system of Pudong New Area need to be paid more attention to prevent the potential risk for human beings in the future study.

RESUMO

In the process of urbanization, high-intensity human activities have seriously disturbed the river networks, especially in the core urban areas of large cities. At present, a series of urban water environmental problems, such as urban waterlogging and non-point pollution, caused by damage to the river network structure and the decrease in surface permeability conditions in high-density urban areas have received widespread attention. In this study, the effects of the river network structure and urbanization on urban waterlogging were analyzed in the Pudong New Area by using the data of waterlogging sites on the Amap. The results showed that the average water surface ratio is 10.9%, the average river network density is 4.59 km/km2, and the comprehensive impervious ratio is 42.8%. From northwest to southeast, the impervious ratio of the Pudong New Area decreases gradually, and the water surface ratio and the river density increase gradually, while the areas with high waterlogging density are mainly concentrated in the northwest districts. The correlation coefficients indicate that the river network structure (-0.710 and -0.716) has a greater impact on waterlogging than urbanization (0.608) does. The current water surface ratio (10.9%) of the study area generally meets the requirements of the suitable water surface ratio (10.0%) in a rainfall return period of 50 years. However, the water surface ratio and the river density in about half of the districts did not meet the requirements of the suitable river network structure.

RESUMO

Objective To analyze the return on investment of 3 types of large medical equipments at Pudong's public hospitals in Shanghai. Methods Data on the numbers and purchasing expenditure, annual utilization headcounts, annual income and annual costs of the MRIs, CTs and DSAs were collected from these hospitals, and their breakeven points and recovery period were analyzed in the study. Results At these hospitals, CTs had relatively a higher return on investment in 2016, with 95 000 headcounts per hospital. At the interest rates of 1% , 3% and 5% , nine hospitals could recover their investment, at an average recovery period of 2.88 years, 3.23 years and 3.84 years respectively. That for DSS was poor. Conclusions These hospitals should improve the business performance of these equipments by means of rational purchase, enhanced utilization and sharing mechanism.

RESUMO

Objective To learn the acceptance of rural community health workers (CHWs ) following the reform of rural health workers′team building in Pudong New Area. Methods 3 295 CHWs were surveyed with questionnaire for their acceptance of the incentive policies, and chisquare test analysis was used to analyze the differences among CHWs in individual areas. Results Over 80.0% of the CHWs reported that they were motivated by the incentive policies to improve their professional competence, medical service and organizational commitment;40.9% of them reported that the policies improved their social status;and 47.3% of them believed the policies could promote the rural areas to attract and retain talents. When a comparison was made of CHWs′feedbacks on different aspects, significant differences indicated that the proportion of CHWs′positive attitudes was the highest at remote rural communities. Conclusions The rural health workers′team building reform could promote incentive on the CHWs,yet with obvious regional differences.

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the quantity and species distribution of diatoms in Chuanyang River of Pudong new area of Shanghai and provide references for the invesitigation of water body in forensic practice. Methods The water samples collected from 15 areas in Chuanyang River of Pudong new area in September 2012 were examined by microscope to identify the species of diatoms. Results Cyclotella and Pinnularia were found to be the dominant species within the 12 species of diatoms in Chuanyang River, which showed differences in species among the sections of Huangpu River, the center and the East China Sea. Conclusion The differences in subsectional distribution of diatom species in Chuanyang River may provide a new foundation for forensic identification in drowning cases especially in the deter-mination of falling location.
