RESUMO

Introduction: China's urbanization process continues to deepen with social development, but the optimal utilization of ecological, economic resources and Public Health (PH) problems are becoming increasingly severe. Methods: This paper analyses the optimal use of urban resources based on PH. Here, the public space of urban settlements is selected as the research object. Firstly, the connotation and essence of the ecological economy and Low-Carbon Economy (LCE) are analyzed. Secondly, the characteristics of public space in urban settlements are studied based on PH. The public space satisfaction evaluation model in urban settlements is constructed with five first-level and 12 second-level indicators. Finally, a questionnaire is designed to analyze urban households' outdoor activities and evaluate public space in settlements. Results: The influencing factors of residents' satisfaction with public space in settlements are obtained through regression analysis. The results show that residents' satisfaction with the public space of the settlement is mainly evaluated from three aspects: the accessibility of public space, the integrity of public space, and the pleasure of public space. The influence coefficients are 0.355, 0.346, and 0.223, respectively, indicating that the influence degree of the three principal factors decreases in turn. Conclusion: We can optimize the utilization of urban residential public space resources from the aspects of accessibility, integrity and pleasure, so as to promote residents to go to public spaces for outdoor activities and physical exercise, which is more conducive to the public health of residents.

RESUMO

Anxiety on college campuses has increased due to the COVID-19 epidemic's profound effects on society. Much research has been conducted on how the built environment influences mental health; however, little has been undertaken on how it affects student mental health in the context of the epidemic from the architectural scale perspective of academic buildings. Based on online survey data, this study develops multiple linear regression and binary logistic regression models to investigate students' satisfaction ratings of the academic buildings' physical environments during the epidemic and how these satisfaction ratings affect students' anxiety tendencies. According to the study's findings regarding the natural exposure perspective, students who perceived the academic building's poor semi-open space view (p = 0.004, OR = 3.22) as unsatisfactory factors were more likely to show anxiety tendencies. In terms of the physical conditions, students who were dissatisfied with the noise level in the classroom (p = 0.038, OR = 0.616) and the summer heat in semi-open spaces (p = 0.031, OR = 2.38) were more likely to exhibit anxiety tendencies. Additionally, even after controlling for confusing distractions, the general satisfaction rating of the academic building's physical environments (p = 0.047, OR = 0.572) was still able to significantly and negatively affect students' anxiety tendencies. The study's findings can be used in the architectural and environmental planning of academic buildings focusing on mental health.

RESUMO

Constructing a doctor-patient community with a shared future requires efforts from both the medical supply side and the patient demand side, with special attention to the needs of patients. Continuously meeting and improving the needs of patients is the starting point, ultimate goal, and evaluation standard for constructing a doctor-patient community with a shared future. Therefore, this paper proposed the proposition of "what patients need", that is, what needs do patients have and how to meet their needs. The fundamental needs of patients are to diagnose and treat diseases and recover from illness, which are specifically manifested in the demands to narrate the disease’s feelings, the willingness to participate in medical decision-making, the experience of diagnosis and treatment in the process of medical treatment, and the satisfaction evaluation of the hospital’s performance appraisal. On the basis of clarifying the needs of patients, this paper proposed the paths and methods to meet patients’ needs, and provided new ideas for constructing a doctor-patient community with a shared future.

RESUMO

Objectives: To investigate and evaluate the key factors related to job satisfaction performance of home healthcare nurses (HHNs). Methods: A total of 31 HHNs from three community hospitals in Zhejiang province were invited to participate in the study. They completed a questionnaire survey based on the home healthcare nurse job satisfaction scale (HHNJS) from February to March 2022. Consistent fuzzy preference relation (CFPR) methods and important-performance analysis (IPA) were used to obtain the attribute weights and performance for HHNs job satisfaction. Results: The results showed that the attributes of C 13, C 14, C 15, C 23, C 24, C 42, C 51, and C 52 were key factors influencing HHNs job satisfaction. Conclusion: The hybrid multiple-criteria decision-making (MCDM) model can help home-healthcare-agency administrators better understand the key factors related to HHNs job satisfaction and establish reasonable improvement strategies.

RESUMO

Continuous improvement of rural human settlements is a major realistic requirement of China's economic and social development in the context of rural revitalization. Tracking and evaluating the phased progress of human settlement construction in stages represent important techniques for ensuring continual improvement. To improve the current objective data-based index system, this paper focuses on the villager-centered evaluation system at the village level. Factor analysis is used to screen the original data from the questionnaire and minimize the dimensions to synthesize common factors on the basis of empirical results. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) according to weight, the satisfaction evaluation system includes five common factors: living support facilities, nonagricultural industry income, agriculture production income, transportation infrastructure, and comprehensive ecological improvement. The results show that construction investment is beneficial, but not directly proportional to the villagers' satisfaction. Actual improvement is not keeping up with the demand for public fitness, cultural, and recreational facilities. On the other hand, changes in villagers' lifestyles may reduce the need for commercial facilities; (2) according to the evaluation model, the indicators can be classified into four categories on the basis of the weight assessment score, all of which can provide differentiated construction strategies to avoid duplication and inefficient resource waste. The survey data's indicators of major differences between villages, such as public transportation and sanitation, need further discussion; (3) the gap between actual improvement actions and villagers' needs gives an optimization path for rural construction. The experiences of sample villages in well-developed areas can be used as a model for policy formulation in other regions, and a long-term follow-up investigation should be included in future studies.

RESUMO

With the continuous expansion of urban scale with dense population and traffic and the gradual improvement of residents' requirements for environmental quality, the traditional evaluation method relying on acoustic energy is not enough to reflect the feelings of urban crowds about acoustic environment quality. The acoustic environment quality evaluation method based on human subjective perception has gradually become one of the research focuses in the field of environmental noise control. In recent years, various subjective and objective acoustic characteristic parameters have been introduced into the study of acoustic environment assessment in the global literature. However, the extraction of "effective characteristics" from a large number of physical and psychoacoustic characteristics contained in acoustic signals and the creation of a scientific and efficient subjective evaluation model have always been key technical problems in the field of acoustic environment evaluation. Based on subjective human perceptions, the overall acoustic environment quality evaluation of urban open spaces is studied in this paper. Based on the "effective characteristic" parameters and the subjective characteristic proposed in the previous research, including equivalent continuous A-weighted sound pressure level (LA), the difference between median noise and ambient background noise (L50 - L90), Sharpness (Sh), as well as satisfaction (Sat), the multivariable linear regression algorithm is used to further study the intrinsic correlation between the proposed "effective characteristics" and subjective perception. Then, a satisfaction evaluation model of the acoustic environment based on "effective characteristics" is built in this paper. Furthermore, the soundwalk evaluation experiment and the MATLAB numerical simulation experiment are carried out, which verify that the prediction accuracy of the proposed model is more than 92%, the consistency of satisfaction level is more than 88%, as well as the changes in the values of Sh and L50 - L90 have a significant impact on the satisfaction prediction of the proposed model. It shows that the proposed "effective characteristics" more comprehensively describe the quality level of the regional acoustic environment in urban open space compared with a single LA index, and the proposed acoustic environment satisfaction evaluation model based on "effective characteristics" has significant accuracy superiority and regional applicability.

RESUMO

Mobile medicine plays a significant role in optimizing medical resource allocation, improving medical efficiency, etc. Identifying and analyzing user concern elements from active online reviews can help to improve service quality and enhance product competitiveness in a targeted manner. Based on the latent Dirichlet allocation (LDA) topic model, this study carries out a topic-clustering analysis of users' online comments and builds an evaluation index system of mobile medical users' satisfaction by using grounded theory. After that, the evaluation information of users is obtained through an emotional analysis of online comments. Then, in order to fully consider the uncertainty of decision makers' evaluations, rough number theory and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to confirm the conclusions of experts and indicators and to evaluate the satisfaction of mobile medical users. The empirical results show that users are satisfied with the service quality and content quality of mobile medical apps, and less satisfied with the management and technology qualities. Therefore, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of strengthening safety supervision, strengthening scientific research, strengthening information audit, attaching importance to service quality management and strengthening doctors' sense of gain. This study uses text mining for index extraction and satisfaction analysis of online reviews to quantitatively evaluate user satisfaction with mobile medical apps, providing a reference for the improvement of mobile medical apps. However, there are still certain shortcomings in the current study, and subsequent studies can screen false reviews for a deeper study of online review information.

RESUMO

Sentiment analysis of online and offline integrated teaching in universities is being paid more and more attention. Many universities have carried out online teaching activities. However, due to the lack of face-to-face teaching, the lack of emotional communication is the key problem affecting the quality of online teaching. We analyze the relations from the perspectives of the change of teaching mode, the reconstruction of teacher-student relationship, and the transmission of emotional attitude of teachers and students in this paper. Then based on the Bayesian network (BN) theory, the satisfaction of online teaching can be evaluated from the aspects of emotion analysis, learning investment, and teaching interaction. Further, some suggestions are put forward to improve the satisfaction of online teaching.

RESUMO

As mental health navigation services continue to be implemented, the need for valid and reliable tools to assess the quality of these services increases. While case managers target individuals with severe mental illness and aim to reduce burden and cost, and increase independence, navigation services target all individuals with a range of mental health and/or substance use issues, with the aim of reducing barriers to treatment and coordinating individualized care. The current study evaluated satisfaction with a navigation service using a new 22-item questionnaire, the Navigation Satisfaction Tool (NAVSAT). Forty clients completed a web-based version of the NAVSAT to evaluate satisfaction with a family mental health navigation service in Toronto, Canada. Descriptive statistics on the sample and range of treatments/services are provided. The NAVSAT has excellent reliability (Cronbach's alpha = 0.96) and face validity. Satisfaction with the following navigation-level factors were the best predictors of overall satisfaction with navigation; the navigator's ability to recommend the appropriate treatment (ß = 0.116, p = .05), intake procedures (ß = 0.364, p = .005), and the principal contact's satisfaction with his/her frequency of contact with the navigator (ß = 0.602, p = .001). Satisfaction with the following provider-level factors were the best predictors of overall satisfaction with the referred service; the referred service's ability to improve the youth's well being (ß = 0.684, p < .001), and the referred service's ability to listen and understand the family's concerns (ß = 0.356, p = .001). The NAVSAT appears to be a reliable tool for measuring satisfaction in the current sample. If these findings are replicated in a larger population serving youth and young adults in transition, the NAVSAT may prove to be a helpful guide for program evaluation and development for navigation and treatment services for this population.

RESUMO

Objective To constructthe nurse job satisfaction index evaluation system by analytic hierarchy process (AHP) so as to provide theoretical basis for nursing managers. Methods Semi-structured interviews and literature review were used in establishing the preliminary nurse job satisfaction evaluation index system. The Delphi method was applied in expert consultation and a three-level index system was established, the weight, the largest eigenvalue and the weight vector were all calculated. Index consistency was inspected. Results 4 first-level indicators, 13 second-level indicators and 39 third-level indicators were established. The weight was 1.630 0-3.280 0 for the first-level indicators, 0.4494-1.4723 for the second-level indicators and 0.0913-0.783 9 for the third-level indicators. The weight vector was 0.038-0.616 for the first-level indicators,0.045-0.750 for the second-level indicators and 0.041-0.875 for the third-level indicators. The max-eigenvalue was 4.231 for the first-level indicators,6.226 for the second-level indicators and 4.176 for the third-level indicators. The consistency test value of judgment matrix ranged from 0.000 to 0.077, and the consistency ratio was less than 0.1. Conclusions With distinct gradation, clear structure, reasonable weight and rich content, the index system provides a theoretical basis for the nurse job satisfaction evaluation.

RESUMO

Objective Our purpose was to evaluate the teaching satisfaction of clinical epi-demiology among medical postgraduate and to come up with measures for further improvement of teaching quality. Methods A self-administered questionnalre was given to all the medical postgradu-ates and doctoral students of Grade 2013 by cluster sampling when they finished the course of clinical epidemiology. A total of 559 graduate students, including 324 graduate students (58%), 235 doctoral students (42%), recruitment graduate students 350 (62.6%), on-the-job graduate student 209 (37.4%).The contents of the questionnalre included many aspects such as the investigation object in general, teaching materials evaluation satisfaction, curriculum and teacher satisfaction evaluation. Respondents ' self-administered manner was adopted. Parallel input was done by using Epidata software; data were analyzed with SPSS 19.0 software, continuous variable was made by x±s, categorical variables was expressed by n(%). Continuous variables were compared among groups by t test and analysis of vari-ance. Classification grouping variable was compared by chi-square test, and P<0.05 for the difference was statistically significant . Results Overall evaluation of theory was below that of the internship teaching materials. The satisfaction rate of practicability, meeting the learning needs and difficulty degree for theory and practice teaching material were 83.7% (468/559), 87.5% (489/559), 67.1% (375/559) and 92.7%(518/559), 89.6%(501/559), 83.0%(464/559) respectively. 41.6%(87/209) of on-the-job students and 36.7% (119/324) of postgraduates considered theory teaching material was difficult for them. The satisfaction rate for faculty teaching attitude (99.5%, 556/559), faculty teaching method (98.6%,551/559), the theories combining with practice teaching method (97.5%, 545/559) were high, but the satisfaction rate for teaching hours was low (67.4%, 377/559), with one third students consider more hours for the course. Conclusion The Teaching effect of clinical epidemiology is falrly good in our school. The postgraduates are satisfied with the teaching materials, curriculum setting, and teach-ing faculty. But there are also some shortcomings. In the future teaching work, we should appropriately increase the hours, and set corresponding teaching contents and methods according to the different learning characteristics of the on-the-job graduate students and recruitment graduate students, to improve the teaching effect and teaching quality.
