RESUMO

Investigating the therapeutic effect of genistein (Gen) on postmenopausal senile vaginitis (SV) and its mechanism of action. Adult SPF female Wistar rats were selected to establish a bilateral ovariectomized animal model (OVX), which simulated senile vaginitis dominated by estrogen deficiency in ovarian dysfunction. After 14 days of continuous treatment, the morphology of vaginal epithelial tissue was observed and various types of epithelial cells were counted, and the body mass and uterine and vaginal index of rats were measured. the levels of vaginal tissue secretion, microorganism, hormone and glycogen in each group were measured and the reproductive health was evaluated clinically. The protein expression and mRNA expression of epidermal growth factor (EGF) and E-cadherin (E-cadherin) in vaginal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR, respectively. Result showed that Genistein lowered vaginal pH, increased vaginal index and vaginal health score, thickened epithelial layers and improved vaginal tissue atrophy after administration. Genistein also increased the contents of glycogen and Lactobacillus in vagina, and promoted the expression of EGF, E-cadherin protein and mRNA. To sum up, there is no significant change in serum E2 and FSH levels, indicating that genistein has no effect on hormone levels in rats. genistein promoted the proliferation of vaginal epithelial cells, thickened epithelial layers and the vaginal wall, which improved the resistance of vaginal epithelium, the recovery of self-cleaning ability and healed the vaginal wound and erosive surface to improve atrophy.

RESUMO

Objective To study and analyze the effect of gynecological external washing combined with nursing intervention on the treatment of senile vaginitis. Methods 100 cases with senile vaginitis patients in Zhejiang medical health group Hangzhou hospital (June 2015 to January 2017) were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, 50 patients in each group. The control group was received gynecological prescription(from Sophora flavescens, Stemona alum and other substances) rinse bath. Based on this treatment, the experiment group were given corresponding nursing intervention measures, to pay attention to the mental health of the patients, actively communicate with patients, health education, to inform the pathogenesis and treatment principle of vaginitis related, to give the basic nursing and vaginal douche nursing. The effect and the adverse reaction in the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate in the experimental group was 96%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (80%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group and the control group was 2 % and 4% respectively, and there was no significant difference. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of gynecological external washing combined with nursing intervention on the treatment of senile vaginitis is ideal, high safety. No adverse reactions were added. It is worthy of promotion.

RESUMO

Objective To study and analyze the efficacy of Metronidazole Suppositories, conjugated estrogen, estrogen ointment and psychological intervention in the treatment of senile vaginitis. Methods 100 cases of senile vaginitis patients in our hospital from February 2015 to August 2016 were selected as the research object. They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, each group had 50 cases. The control group was treated with the treatment of patients in the experimental group of Metronidazole Suppositories, Metronidazole Suppositories, conjugated estrogen ointment in the treatment of psychological intervention on the mental status of patients and patients, strengthen communication and exchanges, increase confidence in the treatment and the treatment compliance of patients. The therapeutic effects of the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed. Result After the corresponding treatment, 3 patients in the experimental group were invalid. In the control group, 10 patients were ineffective. The effective rate of the experimental group was 96.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.0%), with statistical difference (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group and the control group was 2% and 4% respectively, and there was no significant difference. Conclusion Metronidazole Suppositories, combined estrogen ointment and psychological intervention in the treatment of senile vaginitis clinical effect is good, high treatment efficiency, low incidence rate of adverse reaction, has clinical significance.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE:To systematically review the clinical efficacy of Tibolone tablet in the treatment of senile vaginitis, and provide evidence-based reference for clinical treatment. METHODS:Retrieved from PubMed,Medline,CJFD,CBM,VIP and Wangfang Database, randomized controlled trials(RCT)about Tibolone tablet in the treatment of senile vaginitis were collct-ed. Meta-analysis was performed by using Rev Man 5.2 software after data extract and quality evaluation. RESULTS:Totally 10 RCTs were enrolled, involving 909 patients. Results of Meta-analysis showed Tibolone tablet can significantly improve the cure rate of senile vaginitis [RR=1.46,95%CI(1.32,1.61),P<0.001],maturation vaginal cell index score [SMD=1.83,95%CI(1.65, 2.01),P<0.001] and vaginal health score [SMD=1.56,95%CI(1.21,1.92),P<0.001],reduce recurrence rate [RR=0.07,95%CI (0.02,0.18),P<0.001] and vaginitis score [SMD=-1.44,95%CI(-1.79,-1.08),P<0.001]. CONCLUSIONS:Tibolone tablet has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of senile vaginitis,it can improve the vaginal mucosa estrogen and vaginal environment, reduce recurrence rate.

RESUMO

Objective To explore the effect of vitamin B on the treatment of senile vaginitis .Methods A total of 124 pa-tients suffered senile vaginitis were included in the study , who were accepted the treatment of compound metronidazole suppositories and estriol cream.By simple randomization, the patients accepted the treatment of vitamin B were divided into the observe group and control group. The difference of the clinical efficacy, symptoms and signs and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results ①There′s no significant difference of total effective rate between the observed group(93.55%) and the control group(88.71%)(P>0.05).②After treatment, the increased secretion, vaginal itching, vaginal burning, vaginal wall congestion and secretions microscope cleanliness were significantly improved than that before the treatment in both of the groups(P<0.01).③The recurrence rate in the observed group(24.24%) was significantly lower than the control group (60%).Conclusion Vitamin B could improve the symptoms and reduce relapse rate of senile vaginitis .
