RESUMO

Objective To analyze the current status, hotspots, and trends in the research field of traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods The relevant literatures on traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy combined with TACE treatment for hepatocellular carcinoma collected by China National Knowledge Infrastructure from January 1994 to December 2022,and use CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software to analyze its publication volume, authors, research institutions, and key words. Results This study included a total of 686 articles. The publication volume showed a fluctuating upward trend from 1994 to 2015,but it had decreased since 2016,indicating that further breakthrough research was needed in this field. The communication between authors and research institutions needed to be strengthened, with low levels of cross institutional and cross regional cooperation and uneven geographical distribution.Cooperation should be strengthened.High frequency key words included hepatocellular carcinoma,Chinese materia medica, interventional therapy, therapeutic, etc.,resulting in 9 key word clustering labels. Conclusion Currently, there is a lack of experimental research and related mechanism research, the future research hotspots of traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy combined with TACE treatment for hepatocellular carcinoma will focus more on traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy, interventional therapy, clinical observation, and cell apoptosis, which provides new ideas for researchers conducting related research in the future.

RESUMO

Tongue diagnosis is one of the diagnostic methods of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), but its development has always been restricted by the lack of objective quantitative indicators. With the rapid development of computer technology and the advent of the algorithm era, the modernization of TCM tongue diagnosis has gradually become a hot research spot. This paper annalyses the literature and related patents of the modernization of tongue diagnosis and summarizes the R&D progress and application of tongue diagnosis as well as related instruments. It is found that domestic and foreign scholars focus on tongue diagnosis related research and attach importance to the formulation of relevant international standards. Tongue collection and analysis technology continues to develop; tongue diagnostic instruments are also gradually enriched. At present, their applications are extended to family self-use, but they are still mainly used in teaching, scientific research and other fields, involving the clinical efficacy evaluation of TCM, clinical case classification and health management, and there is still much room for development. In the future, we should strengthen the communication between multi-regional research centers, promote the communication among talents in different fields, constantly make up for the deficiencies and promote the development of tongue diagnosis research.

RESUMO

Through the analysis of patent jurisprudence, it is proved that the Classical Prescription of Traditional Chinese Medicine (CPTCM) belongs to the scope of "existing technology" in the Law of Patent, and has lost the foundation of obtaining patent rights. Taking Japan's CPTCM as an example, based on the analysis of the administration of CPTCM and patent applications related to CPTCM in Japan, it is proved that CPTCM can not obtain patent authorization in Japan. Through the comparison of patent in China, the United States, Europe and worldwide region, it is proved that China is still the main source of patent applications for Traditional Chinese Medicine. At the end of the article, the author puts forward the suggestion of "active protection". It is believed that we should abandon the concept of patent-only protection and improve the influence of Traditional Chinese Medicine in worldwide from the aspects of industrial development, promotion ofits application, and intellectual property protection.
