Neste trabalho, a autora aborda questões acerca do self analítico usando a teoria de verdadeiro e falso self para abarcar os movimentos mentais do analista, presentes na experiência de supervisão. Está implícita a importância da transmissão da psicanálise, considerando os aspectos da função do analista e de seu contínuo processo de vir a ser.

In this work, the author approaches questions about the analytic self, using the theory of the true and false self to encompass the analyst's mental movements present in the supervision experience. The importance of the transmission of psychoanalysis is implicit, considering the aspects of the analyst's function and their continuous process of being.

Desvendando o velho órfão: o falso self como vida malograda / Understanding the old orphan: the false self as lacked life

Este artigo discute as ideias de verdadeiro e falso self de Winnicott no cenário brasileiro. O objetivo é apresentar como se compõe a estruturação desses tipos de selves relacionados a uma poesia chamada Velho Órfão, usada como ilustração para discutir o sentimento de alguém constituído em uma estrutura de falso self em contexto de vulnerabilidade, cujas implicações clínicas dessa questão são discutidas. Conclui-se que o processo de resgate do verdadeiro self é trabalhoso, mas possível, se o terapeuta estiver engajado nesse projeto com seu paciente, disponível a se comunicar com ele em uma dimensão existencial, no entanto haverá sempre o limite desse trabalho clínico em termos de saúde pública no Brasil.

This article discusses Winnicott's ideas of true and false self in the Brazilian scenario. The objective is to present how the structuring of these types of selves related to a poetry called Old Orphan is composed, used as an illustration to discuss the feeling of someone constituted in a false self structure in a context of vulnerability, whose clinical implications of this issue are discussed. It is concluded that the process of rescuing the true self is laborious, but possible, if the therapist is engaged in this project with his patient, available to communicate with him in an existencial dimension, however there will always be the limit of this clinical work in terms of public health in Brazil.

Um relato de experiência: reflexões sobre o gesto espontâneo / An account of experience: reflections about spontaneous gesture

O presente artigo tece considerações sobre o gesto espontâneo: conceito trazido por Winnicott que está diretamente relacionado à ação criativa e ao “verdadeiro-self”. O trabalho baseia-se no relato de experiência vivenciada por um grupo de estudantes de um curso de formação em psicoterapia de orientação psicanalítica. O grupo fez uma tentativa de experienciar o que o autor define como gesto espontâneo, através de uma produção pessoal. This paper weaves considerations about the spontaneous gesture: concept brought by Winnicott that is directly related to the creative action and the true self. The work is based on the report of experience experienced by a group of students in a formation course of psychoanalytic psychotherapy. The group made an attempt of experiencing what the author defines as spontaneous gesture through a personal production. This experience was considered essential for the understanding of this concept(AU)

Considerando as relações entre certos conceitos da Estética contemporânea e os recursos teórico-clínicos da obra de Christopher Bollas, o artigo apresenta como esse autor analisa a questão da experiência estética. A partir dos conceitos psicanalíticos de self e uso do objeto, entre outros, assim como de referências à arte e à cultura, presentes em sua obra, desenvolve-se uma concepção do fazer psicanalítico como poética, análogo ao fazer artístico, isto é, uma operação específica que confere à experiência uma forma (ou estrutura). Nesse processo, tal como se manifesta na psicanálise e na arte, há uma ideia de criatividade que envolve destrutividade.(AU)

Considering the relations between certain contemporary Aesthetics’ concepts and the theoretical and clinical resources of Christopher Bollas’s work, this paper presents how this author addresses the issue of aesthetic experience. Based on the psychoanalytic concepts of self and use of the object, among others, as well as on references to art and culture, which are present in his work, a conception on the psychoanalytic making as a poetics is developed, analogous to the artistic making, that is, a specific operation that gives the experience a form (or structure). In this process, as manifested in psychoanalysis and art, there is an idea of creativity which involves destructiveness.(AU)

Trauma e cuidado na constituição psíquica de uma jovem estudante de Medicina / Trauma and care in the psychic constitution of a young medical student

O presente trabalho propõe uma reflexão sobre o papel de uma constituição subjetiva traumática na escolha de uma profissão caracterizada pelo cuidado com o outro. Para tal, as ideias de Sándor Ferenczi e Donald Winnicott foram eleitas para a compreensão do material produzido por uma jovem estudante de Medicina com base em procedimentos-projetivos gráficos e de uma entrevista semidirigida. Por meio de seus relatos, especialmente acerca da carência em cuidados parentais e do despontamento em alto grau de uma personalidade intelectualizada e pouco sensível, depreende-se uma maturação marcada pela clivagem defensiva da personalidade. Tal condição estaria relacionada à propensão ao cuidado com o outro que, ao lado da importância identificatória que os profissionais da área médica foram investidos na infância da jovem estudante, teve influência admitida em sua escolha profissional.(AU)

This work proposes a reflection on the role of a traumatic subjective constitution in the choice of a profession marked by the care with the other. For such, the ideas of Sándor Ferenczi and Donald Winnicott were elected for the comprehension of the material produced by a young Medicine student through a semi-directed interview. From her reports, especially about the lack of parental care and the high degree development of an intellectualized and rather insensitive personality, a maturation marked by the defensive cleavage of the personality. Such condition would be related to the propension of caring with the other that, along with the identificatory importance that the medical professionals were invested in the childhood of the young student, had an admitted influence in her professional choice.(AU)
