Background: Anterior shoulder dislocation is the most common type of shoulder dislocation and is easy to develop into recurrent type, causing economic burden to society. This study uses the bibliometric method to analyze the global research status, hotspots and trends of anterior shoulder dislocation, aiming to promote the exploration of anterior shoulder dislocation. Methods: The literature on anterior shoulder dislocation in the past two decades were retrieved and downloaded from the Web of Science Core Collection (WOSCC) database. CiteSpace, VOSviewer and bibliometrix package of R software were used to conduct scientific bibliometric analysis of the literature. Finally, some statistical graphics were performed in Graphpad Prism. Results: A total of 3914 publications related to anterior shoulder dislocation from 2003 to 2022 were retrieved and screened from the WOSCC database. The ranking of the analysis results showed that Provencher MT was the author with the highest frequency of occurrence. Rush University was the most notable contributor. The American Journal of Sports Medicine was the most comprehensive journal. The United States was the most prominent country. Keywords related to surgical treatment were more significant than others. Conclusion: In the past two decades, the research output on anterior shoulder dislocation have been increasing year by year. The focus has gradually shifted to surgical treatment. Surgical treatment may continue to be the research hotspots in this field in the future.

RESUMO

Natural gas hydrate (NGH) is a significant alternative energy resource in achieving carbon neutrality. The developmental trend and competitive landscape of NGH exploitation and production are crucial for policymakers in government, managers of enterprises, and researchers. This study introduces a novel framework for conducting an in-depth analysis of NGH, integrating patentometrics, technology evolution, and correlation relationships to monitor developmental trends and competitive landscape through patent analysis. The results indicate that China, the USA, and Japan have distinct technology advantages. Current technological developments in the NGH field focus primarily on extraction technologies, equipment, and processing systems. The co-opetition analysis among countries reveals that the most extensive international cooperation network is primarily in Europe and the USA, with national partnerships in Asia concentrated in China and Japan. Institutional cooperation remains limited, primarily within universities in China, while both the USA and Japan foster collaboration between enterprises. The competitive landscapes of key NGH-related technologies among countries and institutions are also examined. This study contributes not only to monitoring the developmental trend and competitive landscape in NGH but also to providing policy recommendations for government and enterprises regarding strategic management and collaborative innovation.

The unremitting pursuit of high-performance and multifunctional materials has consistently propelled modern industries forward, stimulating research and motivating progress in related fields. In such materials, polybenzoxazine (PBz) aerogel, which combines the virtues of PBz and aerogel, has attracted salient attention recently, emerging as a novel research focus in the realm of advanced materials. In this review, the preparation scheme, microscopic morphology, and fundamental characteristics of PBz aerogels are comprehensively summarized and discussed in anticipation of providing a clear understanding of the correlation between preparation process, structure, and properties. The effective strategies for enhancing the performance of PBz aerogels including composite fabrication and hybridization are highlighted. Moreover, the applications of PBz-based aerogels in various domains such as adsorption (including wastewater treatment, CO2 capture, and microwave adsorption), thermal insulation, energy storage as well as sensors are covered in detail. Furthermore, several obstacles and potential directions for subsequent research are delineated with a view to surmounting the prevailing constraints and achieving a realization of the shift from experimental exploration to practical applications.

The removal of waterborne pathogens from water is critical in preventing the spread of waterborne diseases. Electrochemical methods have been extensively researched and implemented for disinfection, primarily owing to their simplicity, efficiency, and eco-friendliness. Thus, it is essential to conduct a review about the research progress and hotspots on this promising technique. In this paper, we provided a comprehensive bibliometric analysis to systematically study and analyze the current status, hotspots, and trends in electrochemical disinfection research from 2002 to 2022. This study analyzed literature related to electrochemical disinfection or electrochemical sterilization published in the Web of Science database from 2002 to 2022 using CiteSpace and Biblioshiny R language software packages. The analysis focused on the visualization and assessment of annual publication volume, discipline and journal distribution, collaborative networks, highly cited papers, and keywords to systematically understand the current status and trends of electrochemical disinfection. The results showed that between 2002 and 2022, 1171 publications related to electrochemical disinfection were published, with an exponential increase in the cumulative number of publications (y=17.518e0.2147x, R2= 0.9788). The publications covered 76 disciplines with many articles published in high-impact journals. However, the research power was characterized by a large number of scattered research efforts and insufficient cooperation, indicating the need for further innovative collaboration. The citation analysis and keyword analysis suggest that future development in this field may focus on optimizing electrode materials, investigating the disinfection performance of ·OH based systems, optimizing conditions for actual wastewater treatment, and reducing energy consumption to promote practical applications.

OBJECTIVE: To establish the areas of research focus in the application of VR in rehabilitation medicine, analyze its themes and trends, and offer a reference for future related research in this field. METHODS: This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the development process, areas of research focus, and research trends in the field of the application of VR in rehabilitation medicine, using the Web of Science core dataset as the source and using a bibliometric analysis with CiteSpace. RESULTS: The application of VR in rehabilitation medicine was composed of three stages, and the research topics were reviewed from five perspectives: neurological rehabilitation, psychological treatment, pain distraction, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, and visual-spatial disorder. LIMITATIONS: The research data were sourced from the Web of Science core dataset only, and the data-sample size was not comprehensive. CONCLUSIONS: Overcoming VR-technology-induced vertigo, mental disorders from the overuse of VR, individualized treatments, and integration with traditional therapy are all challenges in the application of VR in rehabilitation medicine that require research. In addition, developing VR products with better experiences, constructing standardized guidelines, and conducting more high-quality clinical studies are all future research topics related to the application of VR in rehabilitation medicine.

Oxygen therapy is an effective clinical method for the treatment of respiratory disorders, oxygen concentrator as a necessary medical auxiliary equipment in hospitals, its research and development has been a hot spot. The study reviewed the development history of the ventilator, introduced the two preparation technique of the oxygen generator pressure swing absorption (PSA) and vacuum pressure swing adsorption (VPSA), and analyzed the core technology development of the oxygen generator. In addition, the study compared some major brands of oxygen concentrators on the market and prospected the development trend of oxygen concentrators.

Rare earth refers to a type of strategic resource. Countries worldwide have invested considerable money in relevant research. This bibliometric study was to evaluate the global situation of published rare earth research to discover rare earth research strategies in a wide range of countries. In this study, 50,149 SCI papers related to rare earth were collected. In addition, we divided the above papers into 11 main research fields according to discipline and keyword clustering, and divided the above theoretical cultures into different industry fields according to the keywords of the above papers. After that, the research directions, research institutions, funding, and other aspects of rare earth research in numerous countries were compared. The result of this study suggests that China's rare earth research has been generally in the leading position worldwide, whereas there are still some problems in the discipline layout, strategic strategies, green development, and fund support. Other countries place a greater focus on areas regarding national security strategies (e.g., mineral exploration, smelting, and permanent magnetism).

Environmental regulation faces theoretical and practical research challenges on global scale, due to differences such as language and policy environment. Research reflects the beneficial exploration of scholars, policymakers, and enterprises in the cognitive and behavioural norms of economic development, environmental protection, and social governance. This study demonstrated that the relevant research is motivated by the enaction of environmental regulations and discussed the influence of relevant research on the evolution of environmental regulations. Under the assumption that environmental regulations are consistent with related research, this study used 9185 papers in the field of environmental regulation from 2000 to 2019 to construct a research network panorama and explored the development and revelation of environmental regulation. The results revealed that environmental regulation research is motivated by the introduction of policies, and regulation is influenced by research evolution with the path of 'competitiveness-technological change-innovation.' In addition, after the twenty-first session of the Conference of the Parties (COP21), the number of studies increased significantly, with the USA in the leading position in the research field. Furthermore, governance strategies were inspired by real events, including the increasing concern with climate change, regional research preferences, and the promotion of information disclosure. These results suggest that environmental governors should focus on climate change, localisation, and mechanisms of information disclosure.

Pickled eggs enjoy a long processing history with unique flavor and rich nutrition but suffer from long pickling cycle due to the limitations of traditional processing methods. In terms of quality, salted egg whites have the disadvantage of high sodium content, and salted egg yolks have problems such as hard core and black circle around outer layer. Likewise, the quality of preserved eggs is challenged by the black spots (dots) on the eggshells and the high content of heavy metals in the egg contents. The sustainable development of traditional pickled eggs are hindered by these defects and extensive research has been carried out in recent years. Based on the elaboration of the quality formation mechanism of salted eggs and preserved eggs, this paper reviewed the processing principles and applications of rapid pickling technologies like ultrasonic technology, magnetoelectric-assisted technology, water cycle technology, vacuum decompression technology, and pulsed pressure technology, as well as the quality optimization methods such as controlling the sodium content of the salted egg whites, improving the quality of salted egg yolks, promoting the quality of lead-free preserved eggs, and developing heavy metal-free preserved eggs. In the end, the future development trend of traditional pickled eggs was summarized and prospected in order to provide theoretical guidance for the actual production.

Objective:To explore the research hotspot and development trend of ideological and political education of medical courses , analyze the existing problem, and provide a reference for the future development of ideological and political education of medical courses.Methods:The CNKI database was searched for the literature on ideological and political education of medical courses included from 2017 to 2021. Excel and CiteSpace were used for visual analysis of the publication time, publication quantity, main authors, research institutions, keywords, and mutated words of 1 257 articles included in the study.Results:In recent five years, the number of articles on ideological and political education of medical courses was on the rise; Zhao Wenxing, Liu Ruiting, and Yang Hongmei published a relatively large number of papers, while Heze Medical College, Fujian Health College, and Shanghai University of Medicine & Health Sciences published a relatively large number of papers. Keywords with high frequency included "teaching reform, "biochemistry", and "ideological and political education". The keywords with strong mediating centrality included "practical teaching", "ideological and political course", "medical English", and "humanistic quality". The keywords with high mutation intensity included ideological and political education, ideological and political curriculum, and professional quality.Conclusion:The ideological and political education is currently a hotspot of medical education. The current research topics include teaching reform and teaching practice. Clarifying the logic of curriculum ideological and political evaluation and gradually building the evaluation system and mechanism of curriculum ideological and political evaluation will be a hot research topic in the future.

Objective:To learn about the research status of osteoporosis fracture care in China, explore the research hotspots and development trends and provide reference for further development.Methods:The online analysis function of CiteSpace software was used to conduct metrological and visual analysis on the literature related to the osteoporosis fracture care from January 1, 2001 to December 31, 2021 in CNKI and Wanfang database.Results:A total of 2 915 articles were included and published. The number of articles published showed an overall upward trend. The institutions′ cooperation was not good, the key words were clustered as psychology, vertebral compression fracture, femur fracture, hip fracture, etc. The high intensity words were joint function, surgery, etc.Conclusion:Osteoporosis fracture care research continues to increase and expand in scope, but there is less cooperation between the institutions; the research hotspots of osteoporosis fracture care focus on clinical care paths, complication management, patient and caregiver psychology, etc.; future research trends mainly include osteoporosis fracture prevention, fracture liaison services, accelerated rehabilitation, multidisciplinary collaboration, etc

Moxibustion is one of the main first aid measures in ancient. Emergency moxibustion has a long history, which can be traced back to the “Foot and Arm Eleven Pulse Moxibustion Sutra (《足臂十一脉灸经》)” and “Yin and Yang Eleven Pulse Moxibustion Sutra (《阴阳十一脉灸经》)” unearthed from the Mawangdui Han Tomb. “Emergency Standby Remedies (《肘后备急方》)” in Jin dynasty used emergency moxibustion to treat as many as 28 kinds of emergencies; In the Tang and Song dynasties, moxibustion continued to develop, and the first emergency moxibustion monograph “Moxibustion for Emergency (《备急灸法》)” appeared; During the Ming and Qing dynasties, moxibustion was widely used in surgical emergencies. The long period of clinical practice confirmed that moxibustion has a definite effect on syncope, asthma, pain and diarrhoea, carbuncle sores and ulcers, leakage and dystocia, epilepsy and convulsions, epistaxis and laryngeal paralysis, and other emergencies, involving the departments of internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, pediatrics and ear-nose-throat. Moxibustion has the function of warming the meridians, reinforcing healthy qi and dispelling the evil, restoring yang to save from collapse. Besides, modern research has also proved that moxibustion played the role of anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and enhancing the immune system. Tracing the theory of moxibustion for emergencies is conducive to provide new ideas for the application of moxibustion in modern clinical emergencies, better inherit and develope the emergency treatment technology of traditional Chinese medicine, and promote the diversified development of modern emergency medicine.

@#Among the second round of “double first-class” construction universities, 12 universities are in the process of building first-class pharmaceutical and traditional Chinese medicine disciplines.The aim is to explore the innovative development trend of these 12 universities, based on their information related to pharmacy and traditional Chinese medicine in the past five years.The study used the PatSnap global patent database to search for pharmaceutical related patents applied by 12 universities from 2018 to 2022, and analyzed the information from perspectives such as application and authorization volume, technical themes, transfer and licensing status, and international patent situation.The results reveal that comprehensive universities and China Pharmaceutical University are superior to other pharmaceutical universities in terms of patent application volume and licensing rate.From the perspective of patent classification, most of the relevant patents involve the effective ingredients of drugs.Comprehensive universities and China Pharmaceutical University pay more attention to the research of anti-tumor drugs.Among all authorized patents, the quantity is insufficient, and most of them are exclusive licenses.The transfer of relevant rights mostly occurs between universities and enterprises.In terms of international patent applications, comprehensive universities dominate in terms of quantity, but the total amount is still insufficient.In the future innovation and development process of “double first-class” universities, it is necessary to improve the awareness of patent protection and layout, attract relevant talents, give full play to the advantages of university intellectual property information service centers, and promote the transformation of university achievements.

The incidence of spontaneous abortion (SAB) has been increasing year by year, and its etiology is complex, with limited treatment options, which poses a serious threat to social stability. The "disease-syndrome-therapy" research model can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for preventing miscarriage, but there has always been a lack of key and recognized diagnostic and treatment evaluation markers, which need to be further explored to establish a scientific and unified evaluation standard system. It is proposed to collect existing "disease-syndrome-therapy" SAB animal models, transplant and improve the model evaluation indicators, evaluate the degree of match between SAB animal models and the clinical characteristics of TCM and Western medicine diseases and syndromes, and compare the advantages and disadvantages of different SAB animal models in terms of construction methods, target selection, and evaluation indicators. In addition, the frontiers of TCM experimental research will be explored. In view of the current status and related bottlenecks of molecular biomarkers research on SAB TCM animal models, a single-cell multimodal omics research strategy will be proposed to break through the related evaluation defects of the "disease-syndrome-therapy" SAB and analyze the differences in various cell types, cell subpopulations, spatiotemporal trajectories, and gene expression in the mother-fetal interface tissue at the single-cell level. This will provide accurate guidance and model animal platform support for the in-depth study of disease-syndrome models, Zang-fu biology, and novel targeted drugs. It will also provide a basis for establishing a stable and repeatable "disease-syndrome-therapy" SAB animal model and evaluation indicator system, which is beneficial for the long-term development of TCM reproductive animal model research.

Molecular simulation is a new technology to analyze the interaction between molecules. This review mainly summarizes the application of molecular simulation technology in the food industry. This technology has been employed to assess structural changes of biomolecules, the interaction between components, and the mechanism of physical and chemical property alterations. These conclusions provide a deeper understanding of the molecular interaction mechanism in foods, break through the limitations of scientific experiments and avoid blind and time-consuming scientific research. In this paper, the advantages and development trends of molecular simulation technology in the food research field are described. This methodology can be used to contribute to further studies of the mechanism of molecular interactions in food, confirm experimental results and provide new ideas for research in the field of food sciences.

The current unilateral biportal endoscopy (UBE) technique was originated from Argentina and developed in South Korea, which was rapidly growing and popularizing in China. The adoption of spinal endoscopy, using small cameras placed inside body with continuous water irrigation, providing better surgical field with less tissue dissection and quicker recovery for patients. As with other disciplines, the use of spinal endoscopy in spinal surgery will become increasingly widespread. UBE technique will promote the popularization of spinal endoscopy in China with monoportal endoscopy technique. At the same time, biportal endoscopy has better expansibility, the application of accessory incision may provide solution for more complicated spinal disease. Chinese spine surgeon should better understand the trends in spinal endoscopy, seize the opportunity of the rapidly evolving in spinal healthcare, and to promote the popularization of UBE across the globe.

Carrying out social vulnerability research has become an important way to understand the sustainable development of resources, the environment, populations, and societies. Clarifying the research context and development trend of social vulnerability is of great significance to the follow-up theoretical research on and practical exploration of sustainable social development. With the help of a CiteSpace knowledge map analysis, this study reveals the research hotspots and their evolution in different periods and puts forward the key problems in and future direction of social vulnerability research in the future. This study found that the number of articles on social vulnerability research showed a steady upward trend and that the research experienced roughly three stages: an embryonic stage, a development stage, and a stable stage. The United States, Brazil, the United Kingdom, and China accounted for the majority of the research, but the intensity of cooperation between them is still weak. Vulnerability assessment and risk assessment in the context of policy and environmental change are hot topics in the current research. In the future, it is necessary to focus on the comprehensive research on the integrated and cross-scale research on social vulnerability, research on its occurrence and evolution, and on the dynamic monitoring as well as optimal regulation of social vulnerability under multiple pressures.

COVID-19 has had a considerable impact on society since 2019, and the disease has high mortality and infection rates. There has been a particular focus on how to best manage COVID-19 and how to analyze and predict the epidemic status of infectious diseases in general. Methods The present study analyzed the COVID-19 epidemic patterns and made predictions of future trends based on the statistics obtained from a global infectious disease network data monitoring and early warning system (OBN, http://27.115.41.130:8888/OBN/). The development trends of other major infectious diseases were also examined. Results The global COVID-19 pandemic showed periodic increases throughout 2021. At present, there is a high incidence in European countries, especially in Eastern Europe, followed by in Africa. The risk of contracting COVID-19 was divided into high, medium-high, medium, medium-low, and low grades depending on the stage of the epidemic in each examined region over the current period. The occurrence and prevalence of major infectious diseases throughout the world did not significantly change in 2021. Conclusions The COVID-19 pandemic has strongly impacted people's lives and the economy. The effects of global infectious diseases can be ameliorated by strengthening monitoring and early warning systems and by facilitating the international exchange of information.

The utilization of crop straw biomass resources is highly emphasized by governments and academia in recent decades. Based on the core databases of the literature in China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) academic journals, CiteSpace software is used to analyze and process the hotspots, and this study proposed the primary coverage and evolutionary trends of research on the utilization of crop straw resources. The thesis proposes the research development trend for improving the institutional mechanism of the utilization of crop straw resources, strengthening technology research and development, exploring the economic model of green cycle agriculture, accelerating the construction of the industrial system, and designing new paths of resource utilization in multiple ways, which helps estimate the development trend of the utilization of crop straw resources and provide inspiration and direction for future research and practices.
