RESUMO

The synergetic effect between dual oxides in binary metal oxides (BMO) makes them promising electrode materials for the detection of toxic chemicals, and biological compounds. In addition, the interaction between the cations and anions of diverse metals in BMO tends to create more oxygen vacancies which are beneficial for energy storage devices. However, specifically targeted synthesis of BMO is still arduous. In this work, we prepared a nickel oxide/tin oxide composite (NiO/SnO2) through a simple solvothermal technique. The crystallinity, specific surface area, and morphology were fully characterized. The synthesized BMO is used as a bifunctional electrocatalyst for the electrochemical detection of dopamine (DPA) and for the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER). As expected, the active metals in the NiO/SnO2 composite afforded a higher redox current at a reduced redox potential with a nanomolar level detection limit (4 nm) and excellent selectivity. Moreover, a better recovery rate is achieved in the real-time detection of DPA in human urine and DPA injection solution. Compared to other metal oxides, NiO/SnO2 composite afforded lower overpotential (157 mV @10 mA cm-2), Tafel slope (155 mV dec-1), and long-term durability, with a minimum retention rate. These studies conclude that NiO/SnO2 composite can act as a suitable electrode modifier for electrochemical sensing and the HER.

RESUMO

Objective To study compatibility stability of Danshen injection combined with dopamine injection in 5% glucose injection. Methods The relative contents of tanshinol sodium, protocatechuic aldehyde, rosmarinic acid,salvianolic acid B in Danshen injection and Dopamine hydrochloride in dopamine injection were determined by HPLC in 6h after the compatibility in the above infusion at 5 ℃,25℃,35 ℃ under dark and light,and the changes in pH value,appearance and insoluble particles were also observed.ResuIts There were no significant changes in appearance and pH value at 5℃,25℃,35 ℃ under dark,insoluble particles were in line with Chinese Pharmacopoeia,and the relative content of tanshinol sodium, protocatechuic aldehyde, rosmarinic acid,salvianolic acid B and Dopamine hydrochloride were above 99%(compared with 0h) in 6h.In the light conditions,as the temperature raised,the extension of storage time,the relative content of Dopamine hydrochloride was not significantly decreased,but the content of tanshinol sodium, protocatechuic aldehyde, rosmarinic acid and salvianolic acid B had declined,while pH value also had a certain degree of reduction,the insoluble particles had no obvious change.ConcIusion The mixture of Danshen injection and dopamine injection in 5%glucose injection is stable under dark conditions in 6h, illumination and temperature maybe the main factor affecting the stability of Danshen injection combined with dopamine injection.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of combined application of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae injection and dopamine injection on peritoneal dialysis patients.METHODS: By self-control method,the peritoneal dialysis solution of 22 patients with ambulant continued peritoneal dialysis was added with 20 mg dopamine injection and 12 mL Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae injection for dialysis of 14 days.The D/P values of urea nitrogen(UN) and creatinine(Cr),week's peritoneal UN clearance index(KT/V),the clearance rate of Cr(Ccr),week's total KT/V,Ccr,reabsorption rate of glucose and the net amount of 24 hours' ultrafiltration were recorded before and after medication.RESULTS: The addition of dopamine injection and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae injection to the peritoneal dialysis solution resulted in significant higher values in week's peritoneal KT/V,Ccr and week's total KT/V,Ccr and the net amount of 24 hours' ultrafiltration as compared with before medication(P
