RESUMO

Four-electrode electrochemical cells are widely used for signal conversion in molecular-electronic transfer (MET) motion sensors. The most used ACCA (anode-cathode-cathode-anode) configuration has proven its performance and usefulness for obtaining a superior conversion factor and a wider frequency range over standard geophones at room temperature. However, the MET sensor conversion factor decreases a thousand-fold or more when the temperature drops from room temperature to 233 K. In the design suggested is this paper, a pair of additional gate (G) electrodes has been added outside the standard ACCA cell. An experimental study of the temperature behavior of the resulting G-ACCA-G six-electrode configuration showed that the effects of temperature changes on the cell conversion factor are 5.2 times weaker compared with the standard ACCA configuration.

RESUMO

Electrical Impedance Tomography (EIT) is a detection imaging technology developed 30 years ago. When the conventional EIT measurement system is used, the electrode and the excitation measurement terminal are connected with a long wire, which is easily affected by external interference, and the measurement result is unstable. In this paper, we developed a flexible electrode device based on flexible electronics technology, which can be softly attached to the skin surface for real-time physiological monitoring. The flexible equipment includes an excitation measuring circuit and electrode, which eliminates the adverse effects of connecting long wires and improves the effectiveness of measuring signals. At the same time, the design also uses flexible electronic technology to make the system structure achieve ultra-low modulus and high tensile strength so that the electronic equipment has soft mechanical properties. Experiments have shown that when the flexible electrode is deformed, its function is completely unaffected, the measurement results remain stable, and the static and fatigue performances are satisfactory. The flexible electrode has high system accuracy and good anti-interference.

RESUMO

The fourth basic circuit component, the memristor, has been proposed for a long time, but it is not mentioned in the experiment teaching system of Electrical and Electronic Technology. In this paper, an RC bridge oscillation chaotic circuit based on memristor is designed to solve this problem. The dynamical behavior of the circuit system is analyzed using Lyapunov exponents spectrum, bifurcation diagram, phase portrait and Poincaré map. A series of complex dynamical behaviors such as symmetric single-scroll coexistence, asymmetrical single-scroll coexistence, symmetric double-scroll coexistence and asymmetrical limit-cycle coexistence exist in the circuit system. This research plays a critical role in enriching students' knowledge and improving the experiment teaching system of Electrical and Electronic Technology.

RESUMO

This manuscript reviews the importance of disaster preparedness for the social services and public services professional. The value in separating fact from fiction in regard to probabilities for biological, chemical, and nuclear terrorism is highlighted. The various phases of disaster preparedness are elucidated along with the components of the effective all-hazards plan. Consideration of the psychological impact of disasters is presented in conjunction with the role of the mental health worker in the amelioration of outcomes. The role of electronic technology in disaster preparedness is elaborated, and useful websites are cited to facilitate disaster planning.

RESUMO

The qualitative functioning of any medical institution depends on both professional competence of its staff and document management. The contemporary society is moving towards e-document management. The topicality of investigation stems from necessity to give scientific rationale and put into practice modern information systems and electronic technologies in the activities of head nurses. The article considers realization issues of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of May 7, 2018 No. 204 "On national goals and strategic objectives of the development of the Russian Federation for the period until 2024". Among other "national development goals of the Russian Federation for the period until 2024, the Decree sets the goal to ensure the accelerated digital enabling in the economy and social sphere". Therefore, it is no coincidence that the Federal project "Creating a single digital circuit in health care based on unified state health information system" takes central position in the National Health Care Project. The study used content analysis, expert judgment, sociological and statistical methods. The introduction of the AWP SMS program into professional activities of senior medical nurses allows optimizing documents processing. Its effectiveness was evaluated using mathematical modeling methodology.

RESUMO

Low frequency hydrophone with a frequency range of 1-300 Hz for marine seismic exploration systems has been developed. The operation principle of the hydrophone bases on the molecular electronic transfer that allows high sensitivity and low level self-noise at low frequencies (<10 Hz) to be achieved. The paper presents a stabilization method of the frequency response within the frequency range at a depth up to 30 m. Laboratory and marine tests confirmed the stated characteristics as well as the possibility of using this sensor in bottom marine seismic systems. An experimental sample of the hydrophone successfully passed a comparative marine test at Gelendzhik Bay (Black Sea) with the technical support of Joint-Stock Company (JSC) "Yuzhmorgeologiya". One of the main results is the possibility of obtaining high-quality information in the field of low frequencies, which was demonstrated in the course of field tests.

RESUMO

The paper considers the development and experimental study of the characteristics of a high-temperature motion parameter sensor based on molecular-electronic technology (MET) operating at elevated pressures. Studies were conducted in an extended temperature range (25-125 °C) with a static external pressure of up to 10 atm. A pilot plant based on a high-pressure chamber with the ability to output an electrical signal was specially designed and commissioned. A family of amplitude-frequency characteristics of a ME sensor in an extended temperature range was obtained for the first time. A theoretical model was constructed and verified to describe the transfer function of the sensor at high temperatures and pressures. The activation energies of active carriers were calculated, and a prediction was made about the possibility of using the developed devices for the needs of the oil and gas mining industries.

RESUMO

A high-precision angular accelerometer based on molecular-electronic transfer (MET) technology with a high dynamic range and a low level of self-noise has been developed. Its difference from the analogues is in the use of liquid (electrolyte) as the inertial mass and the use of negative feedback based on the magnetohydrodynamic effect. This article reports on the development of the angular molecular-electronic accelerometer with a magnetohydrodynamic cell for the creation of negative feedback, and the optimization of electronics for the creation of a feedback signal. The main characteristics of the angular accelerometer, such as amplitude-frequency characteristics, self-noise and Allan variance were experimentally measured. The obtained output parameters were compared to its analogues and it showed perspectives for further development in this field.
