RESUMO

This article analyzes the factors that explain the increased use of special reports by hospital facility auditors, such as the structured interview, wondering if they look like evaluation studies. It examines their training, impact, and the institutional use implicit in the performance audit. From an anthropological perspective, the audit could traditionally be considered as "Rituals of Verification," recognizing the procedure and the evaluation of social effects, in public management. Therefore, sampling represents an effective and efficient tool for carrying out the statutory audit activity in the health care facilities where the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) virus is treated. However, the performance established a regulatory dimension compared to the concept of verification. In addition, auditing practices may often seem "trivial, inevitable part of a bureaucratic process," but taken together and over time, they are probably part of a distinct cultural artifact. As we have seen, the reasons that justify the activation of a clinical audit can be numerous: patient complaints, occurrence of adverse events such as the case of COVID-19, performance with inadequate results, publication of new guidelines; however, the "bet" is that in the future the awareness that auditing is an irreplaceable part of professional practice will mature among professionals.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVES: To develop and validate a global occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS) model for Japanese companies. METHODS: In cooperation with a Japanese company, we established a research team and gathered information on occupational health and safety (OHS) practices in nine countries where the target company operated manufacturing sites. We then developed a model hypothesis via research team meeting. The model hypothesis was introduced to local factories in Indonesia and Thailand as trial sites. We evaluated the roles of the company headquarters, the implementation process, and any improvements in OHS practices at the sites. Based on the results, a global OHSMS model was formalized for global introduction. RESULTS: The model consisted of both headquarters and site roles. These roles were well-functioning, and OHS at the sites improved. Two issues concerning the functioning of the headquarters were identified: the need to establish a reporting system to the headquarters and the need to support the improvement of specialized human resources. By improving the model hypothesis to address these issues, the model was formalized for global introduction. CONCLUSIONS: The global OHSMS model was based on the use of methods and specialized human resources relevant to each region and their common objectives, as well as evaluation indicators based on the minimum requirements of the company headquarters. To verify the effectiveness of this model, the experiment should be extended to other countries.

RESUMO

Objective: To propose a reasonable and feasible system of performance audit indicators for New Rural Cooperative Medical System(NCMS). Methods:Using the balanced score card as amended to perform the evaluation. Results:From 5 dimensions, 37 indicators were used to perform comprehensive evaluation for the NCMS. Conclusion: The indicator system is suit for the current situation, as well as audit evidence through questionnaires to obtain the required data of the system;it provides a better evaluation of the NCMS performance.

RESUMO

This paper puts forward some suggestions on the invitation-to-bid-based purchase of medical devices on the basis of four-year experiences and the analysis of current mode. The fund money should be appropriated into a uniform accounts and be supervised by some departments. The consequences of the invitation-to-bid-based purchase should be quantized. The performance audit of related departments should be carried out.
