[Exploration of the talent training mode of biology majors driven by high-quality employments in higher education--a case study of Huzhou University].

In recent years, driven by the support of national policies and societal needs for employments, talents in biology majors have been growing rapidly. To foster high-calibre biology talents for the society in the context of the "double world-class initiative" in higher education, this study analyzed the opinion of biology undergraduates in Huzhou University on employment and their professional recognition of biology majors. The aim of this study was to propose a high-quality employments-driven talent training mode for undergraduates in biology majors, so as to serve as a reference for the reform in training modes of other relevant majors.

Cultivation of Entrepreneurial Talents Through Virtual Entrepreneurship Practice in Higher Education Institutions.

The purpose is to study the influence of virtual entrepreneurship practice on entrepreneurial talent cultivation and innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher education institutions. First, a questionnaire is designed from three aspects: entrepreneurial awareness, entrepreneurial psychological quality, and entrepreneurial knowledge structure. Afterward, the questionnaire is issued to 200 students from a college in Shaanxi province, and SPSS 25 is chosen to analyze and characterize the virtual entrepreneurship practice education and the innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher education institutions. The results show that among all the subjects, nearly 20% of them do not understand entrepreneurship, nearly 85% of them concern about the risk of entrepreneurship, and nearly 70% of them take a negative attitude toward entrepreneurial failure. Meanwhile, the subjects have not formed an independent view on entrepreneurship, the subjects' basic entrepreneurial quality is poor, their entrepreneurship awareness is weak, and their entrepreneurial psychological quality is poor. The subjects lack entrepreneurial quality rather than entrepreneurial knowledge. Finally, some suggestions are put forward on education on virtual entrepreneurship practice in higher education institutions from four aspects: improving the external environment of entrepreneurship, improving the entrepreneurship curriculum in higher education institutions, improving the teaching staff, and developing the practice bases for entrepreneurship education. The results provide some ideas about promoting the comprehensive reform of talent training mode in higher education institutions.

The Talent Training Mode of International Service Design Using a Human-Computer Interaction Intelligent Service Robot From the Perspective of Cognitive Psychology.

To effectively improve the efficiency of international service design talent training and make it more in line with society's needs, we analyze the current status of international service design talent training and its professional training focus. Based on the above problems, from the perspective of cognitive psychology, artificial intelligence and human-computer interaction (HCI) technology are used to construct the international service design talent training mode of the HCI intelligent service robot. This mode can be used to solve the existing teaching problems by using novel means to ensure the quality of teaching. Finally, through the actual analysis of teaching cases, the effectiveness of the proposed talent training mode is verified. The HCI system is based on knowledge of cognitive psychology. According to the characteristics and functions of an educational robot, the robot is combined with traditional teaching activities, and the robot-assisted talent training mode is designed. Robot-assisted talent training is a feasible training method that can improve the efficiency of talent training. Students have confidence in their learning skills before the course, and the confidence is further strengthened after the end of the course. After the course, the students have a stronger sense of cooperation. This study can provide theoretical ideas for the research of international service talent training mode.

The Influence of the " Trinity System" Talent Training Mode on the Professionalism of Nurses / 中国医学伦理学

This paper firstly analyzed the importance of the nurses' professionalism,and then explained the nurturance advantages of the nurses'professionalism under the" trinity system" talent training and managing mode,including that it is beneficial to improve the students'ability of self-management and self-promotion; to improve their professional accomplishment in an all-round way; to strengthen the professional thought of students; to culti-vate the sense of professional identity of students; to promote professional ability and professional awareness.Final-ly,this paper expounded the influence of the talent training mode of " trinity system" on the nurturance of nurses' professionalism,and highlighted the advantages of enhancement of students'comprehensive quality and ability and the rapid adaptation to the nursing post.

Exploration on the Talent Training Mode of Medical Direction of Chain Management Major in Higher Vo-cational College / 中国药房

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for improving the quality of talent training for medical direction of chain man-agement major in higher vocational college. METHODS:The situation of pharmaceutical retail chain industry market was analyzed in China;the problems of talent training mode were summarized to put forward reform plan and measures according to disadvantag-es. RESULTS:Based on the market situation as continues expansion of pharmaceutical retail chain industry market scale,shortage of professional talent pool,the formulation of new retail mode in China,and training mode situation as not enough in-depth cooper-ation between college and enterprise,poor practicality and pertinence of course setting,irrational teachers'structure,teaching re-form could be conducted on the basis of modern apprenticeship system in following aspects,such as college and enterprise shared the responsibility of training and cultivating,student admission is recruitment;college and enterprise designed curriculum system and assessed students together;double tutorteam of college teacher and enterprise teacher was constructed. CONCLUSIONS:The talent training mode based on modern apprenticeship system is the entry point for teaching reform of medical direction of chain management major in higher vocational college,which is conducive to cultivate high quality pharmaceutical management talents meeting industry needs and social development.

This study is based on the requirements of the construction of applied undergraduate colleges and development of excellent doctor education training pilot project of the ministry of education. The situation of higher medical education and the requirement of health career development are analyzed. The medical talents training mode of three oriented which is taking the post competency of medical students as the frame is constructed. This paper expounds the background proposed by training mode from the internal drive, external drive and project boosting. With the national education policy as the basis, the theoretical basis of the international advanced education teaching idea, theory and standard is explained. The connotation of the training mode is revealed by the humanistic quality education, professional quality training and physical and psychological quality cultivating. The evaluation strategy of clinical medical per-sonnel training standards, index system, the implementation approach and evaluation methods which have certain feasibility and timeliness is established.

The exploration and practice of emergency personnel with order training based on school-enterprise cooperation / 中华医学教育探索杂志

This article introduced the practice of emergency personnel cultivation according to order form based on the cooperation between Cang Zhou Medical College and the Beijing Red Cross emergency rescue center. The implementation process: First, we tried and built cooperative relation with the enterprises and public institutions which had strong cooperative intention, high demand and advanced techniques by field investigation. Second, we signed order training agreement, made clear the rights and obligations of both sides. Then, we selected the best students and formed the ordered class. Both sides organized the professional construction committee together. After much argument we thrashed practical talent training projects and professional development plans and implemented them strictly. We also built up a high quality team which involved full-time teachers as well as part-time teachers with balanced age and education. Besides, we adopted two plus one training pattern and em-ployed the best (the rate of employment beyond 80%). Thus, the win-win situation of students, schools and hospitals was realized.

Research on talent training mode of ‘excellent doctor education training plan' for clinical medicine majors / 中华医学教育探索杂志

In order to implement the 'excellent doctor education training plan' for clinical medicine majors,a series of principles and measures were adopted to train medical students.On the basis of clearing ideas and goals of ‘excellent doctor education training plan',constructing cmriculum system based on basic clinical skills,innovatively constructing the practical teaching platform,optimizing practical teaching system,improving teaching methods,revising assessment and evaluation methods and employing an outstanding teaching team with reasonable structure,we constructed the talent training mode with ‘one goal,two processes,three combinations'.In conclusion,the talent training mode played an important role in the cultivation of medical talents in clinical medicine.
