ABSTRACT
Based on an experience report on the curricular internship of the Graduation in Collective Health of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, we approach the challenge of educating health professionals attentive to the singularities of health work processes. Based on the students' approach to Primary Care in the city of Esteio, in 2016, we developed practices of institutional support and permanent education, reï¬ecting on the diï¬erent times involved in the management of the Uniï¬ed Health System. These devices were identiï¬ed as strategic in the formation of sanitarians involved with co-management in the Uniï¬ed Health System. The curricular internship, as learning at work, incorporated permanent education as a pedagogical practice and developed as intervention- learning, also implementing university action as an action in the health system for the qualiï¬cation of work inside the health system.
