RESUMEN
El Tricobezoar Gastro-Duodenal es una forma rara de tricobezoar gástrico el cual pasa a través del píloro y se extiende hacia el intestino delgado, y más raros los casos de recurrencia. Se presenta el caso de una mujer peruana de 30 años y se revisa brevemente la literatura respecto a epidemiología, características clínicas, diagnóstico y tratamiento.
ABSTRACT
The Rapunzel syndrome, is a rare form of gastric trichobezoar extending throughout the bowel, and more rare the recurrence. Acase history of a 30-year-old peruvian women is described. The epidemiology, clinical features, diagnosis, complications, treatment, and literature are reviewed briefly.
