RESUMO

Objetivo:

descrever a experiência positiva de acadêmicos de enfermagem quanto ao uso da Metodologia da Problematização com o Arco de Maguerez.

Metodologia:

relato de experiência de acadêmicas de enfermagem, durante o estágio rural, no município de Parintins-Amazonas, nos meses de março a maio de 2018. A experiência foi fundamentada na metodologia da Problematização do Arco de Maguerez, que partiu da realidade social, análise, levantamento de hipóteses e possíveis soluções para problemáticas encontradas no ambiente de trabalho do enfermeiro da atenção primária de saúde.

Resultados:

as ações realizadas trouxeram a comunidade para mais próximo da Unidade Básica de Saúde, havendo aumento na procura do serviço, sendo observada maior confiança e apreço pela equipe de saúde. A descrição da experiência mostrou a eficácia metodologia problematizadora do Arco de Maguerez para solução de um problema, visto que a todo tempo o pesquisador/enfermeiro pode encontrar novas dificuldades/problemas e recomeçá-lo.

Conclusão:

as metodologias ativas de aprendizagem ajudam as pessoas a promover em si mesmas as mudanças necessárias para obter uma melhor qualidade de vida e modificar os modos de viver
ABSTRACT

Objective:

to describe the positive experience of nursing students regarding the use of the Problem Methodology with the Arch of Maguerez.

Methodology:

report of experience of nursing students during the rural internship in the municipality of Parintins-Amazonas, from March to May 2018. The experience was based on the methodology of the Problem of the Arch of Maguerez, which started from the social reality, analysis, hypothesis assessment and possible solutions to problems found in the work environment of primary health care nurses.

Results:

the actions carried out brought the community closer to the Basic Health Unit, with an increase in demand for the service, with greater confidence and appreciation by the health team. The description of the experience showed the problematic methodology of the Arch of Maguerez to solve a problem, since at all times the researcher / nurse can find new difficulties / problems and start over again.

Conclusion:

active learning methodologies help people to promote in themselves the changes needed to achieve a better quality of life and change the way they live.
