La familia y los valores. Un estudio cualitativo en la zona de Manchay / The family and the values. A qualitative study in Manchay

RESUMEN

Los objetivos del presente estudio son identificar los sentimientos y estrategias que utilizan los padres para logar el desarrollo de valore; así como, identificar cuáles con los valores que las madres tratan de desarrollar en sus hijos. Las técnicas utilizadas fueron Entrevista semi estructurada con esquema, revisión de archivos la observación directa. El estudio se realizó con 35 madres que trabajan, cuyas edades fluctuaron entre 17 y 45 años de edad, del sector B del Asentamiento Humano Manchay, distrito de Pacahacamac. Para el análisis de los datos se utilizó el análisis de contenido. Se concluye que existen diferencias en los sentimientos que les genera tanto a los padres y las madres por el hecho de trabajar fuera del hogar; estrategias que utilizan para formar en valores y manifiestan que los valores más importantes son la responsabilidad y respeto.

ABSTRACT

The main objectives of this study are to identify feelings and strategies used by parents to ensure the development of values, as well as to identify what are the values that mothers try to develop in their children. The techniques used were semi-structured interview scheme, reviewing files and direct observation. We performed the study with 35 working mothers, whose ages range between 17 and 45 years, all their were from sector B of Manchay in Pacahacamac. For data analysis the content analysis was used. We conclude that there are differences in the feelings that they generate both fathers and mothers by working outside home; strategies they use to train in values and show that the most important values are the responsibility and respect.
