ABSTRACT
In the last years there has been a tendency towards the identification of interventions with empirical support or also known as interventions supported in evidence. This mean that independent criteria of interventions types have been generated in Psychology and with this base we can review the present and the real state of the interventions and also know which ones are effective and which ones do not have empirical support. For this reason there are, nowadays, criteria and the identification of three types of therapy; The Well Established or Effective Therapies, Possibly Effective Treatments and Treatments in Experimental Phase. The criteria are reviewed. Author's studies made within a project of investigation are presented. In this way, the results of interventions satisfactorily designed and evaluated for different populations and problematic are presented.
