Tratamiento de comunicaciones bucoantrales mediante la interposición de colgajos rotacionales y por deslizamiento / Treatment bucoantrales communications by bringing rotational and sliding flaps

RESUMEN

Se describen dos casos clínicos que presentaron comunicación bucoantral como complicación post-exodoncia. Todos los pacientes presentaron el signo de Valsalva positivo como diagnóstico clínico y en un caso se comprobó la perforación amplia del hueso alveolar correspondiente a la raíz palatina del primer molar superior. Un caso fue tratado mediante abordaje vestibular y dos casos recibieron como tratamiento un abordaje palatino.

ABSTRACT

Two clinical cases are described that presented bucoantral communication like complication post-exodoncia. All patients presented the sign of positive Valsalva as clinical diagnosis and in a case he was proven the wide perforation of the alveolar bone corresponding to the palatine root of the first superior molar. A case was treated by means of vestibular boarding and two case received as treatment a palatine boarding.
