RESUMEN

Hablar del lugar de la palabra y la escucha en la práctica médica, implica considerar el lugar del enfermo y el del médico; para ello a continuación se plantará un decir posible, allí, donde los enigmas de la vida y la muerte se enlazan sin palabras, dejando de lado al sujeto, en tanto el discurso médico le ubica como enfermo y no como sujeto de lenguaje. El presente constructo estará desarrollado en dos apartados, el primero se ocupa de abordar el concepto de cuerpo y sujeto, desde el psicoanálisis y el segundo dará cuenta del lugar de la demanda en la intervención médica (asunto que convoca igual a la práctica clínica en psicoanálisis).

ABSTRACT

Talking about the place of the word and listening in medical practice implies considering the place of the patient and that of the doctor; For this, a possible saying will be planted, there, where the enigmas of life and death are linked without words, leaving aside the subject, while the medical discourse places him as a patient and not as a subject of language. This construct will be developed in two sections, the first deals with addressing the concept of body and subject, from psychoanalysis and the second will account for the place of demand in medical intervention (a matter that calls for the same as clinical practice in psychoanalysis ).
